House Speaker Nancy Pelosi debuted a 1,120-page coronavirus rescue bill after Democrats tanked the Senate proposal on Sunday night.
The bill includes a wish list of pet issues of left-leaning activists including:
- Additional funding for Planned Parenthood
- Carbon offsets for airlines
- Same-day voter registration, early voting, voting by mail, ballot harvesting
- Diversity requirements, including the provision that federal agencies to use businesses and financial institutions owned by minorities or women.
- Automatic extension of alien visas
And more!
What was once a bill aimed at swift relief for Americans, has become a bill laden with pork and pet projects, benefitting special interest groups over the American people. At a time when our leaders should put politics aside and work for the good of the nation, partisan funding tactics are being played, all while delaying aid to those Americans who need it most. It is a pivotal time for our nation–will we pursue policies and programs that help but don’t enslave with more entitlements, or will we veer off course and build this response on a false foundation?

We believe that abortion must be made illegal. God knew each person before we were conceived in our mothers womb. That is what the bible says. Any congressman or senator who votes pro choice or allows for abortion is guilty of cold blooded murder. You can not have a personal relationship with Jesus or be a born again christian and vote to uphold abortion rights. It is impossible to be a christian and vote yes for prochoice for abortion. steve

Lord, please cause this evil plan to fail. These people do not belong to you and only intend to use this crisis to bring down our President. They know he will veto this bill and they will tell everyone that they should blame the President and the Republicans for holding up this stimulus aid. I pray that everyone will see right through this. I believe they will bring destruction upon themselves when most Americans catch on. Lord, thank you that things are being exposed that prayer warriors need to know about. Amen
Father may this bill be refused until it is clean of this pork. Give our senators courage not to cave and give our representatives the courage to accept the Senate’s version of aid. May the support of especially abortion be thrown out.
While God is speaking life, others are speaking of funding death. Lord I ask that you will intervene on behalf of these funds and cause this country to be good and righteous stewards of this money. I ask that you keep the devil’s hand off of this money and distribute these funds as the Lord wills in Jesus name Amen.

Lord Jesus help soften hardened hateful hearts whose main sole intent is to destroy Donald Trump. Help them put aside hatred and work for the American people especially those whose income has stopped due to being independently employed such as the caterer above. Lord come into that Senate chamber and work a miracle in Jesus Name. Amen .
I am a self employed caterer who’s business has been shut down because of the corona virus. I have a daughter who has cancer and her family’s self employed business has been shut down as well. This stimulus package is a lifeline for many many people who have suddenly found themselves without an income. But I can not justify profiting from a check that is handed over at the sacrifice of more aborted babies.
We have a moral obligation to be willing to suffer in our stand for innocents who can not stand for themselves. I have democratic friends who are strongly against abortion as well. I believe there are multitudes of multitudes of people on both sides of the political arena who’s voices need to be heard. We have a moral obligation to make our voices heard. This should be happening all across our nation.
Thank you for this avenue to send our thoughts and prayers and convictions to our government officials. My plea to our republicans who are now on the front line of this battle is this:”Don’t Settle!”

Lord God use this shaking to stir the hearts of so many wicked people in the White House. Put the fear of God in them and remove the veil that is blocking them from knowing you. Let Nancy Pelosi see her own evil in this package she wants to sneak in. Wake up these people, Lord! We want your will done! Amen
Hearts need to be stirred in the halls of congress and throughout the federal bureaucracy, not just the White House.
