After a fragile coalition government collapse, Israel will have elections for the fifth time in three and a half years. In a joint statement, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Alternate Prime Minister Yair Lapid announced Monday that they are giving up on their efforts to stabilize the coalition, and as a result, new elections will be held, probably on October 25th. Lapid will become caretaker prime minister until the election and until the new government comes into power.
William Koenig, an author and the director of Koenig – World Watch Daily, says this ill-fated coalition was all about getting rid of Benjamin Netanyahu….
“Based on the polls a couple of weeks ago, it is once again going to be a 50/50 election,” he relays….

Father God would you move upon the people to bring back Benjamin Netinnaheu. Nothing is impossible for you and you Love Israel and so do we!!
We pray for a government that doesn’t embrace abortion & homosexuality, and that allows people freedom to choose whether or not to be vaccinated! Of all people who should be opposed to being guinea pigs for medical purposes, you’d think the Jews would be the most against that – open their eyes, Lord!

Well, this is an ongoing problem, and people can debate the merits of the parliamentarian system, and Israel faces many challenges, but I would not say that “Israel is in trouble.” She definitely needs prayer, but God will see her through. He has guaranteed her future. Lord, raise up a government to serve Your purposes at this time for Your people.

Division seems to be everywhere and Israel is no exception. This doesn’t bode well considering – “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation” – “And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.” Satan knows this, and uses division to accomplish his evil ends. Must be why God’s word talks so much about unity and being united as the body of Christ, or even saying “as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” Prayers for a unity in Israel born out of their faith and shared identity as God’s chosen people and a Messianic revival where many come to know Jesus’s true identity and accept Him as the Savior that He is. http://www.mtothe5th.wordpress.com
Lord…. bring a conviction to those in the government who once stood with Netanyahu to join him once again for the good of Israel; to embrace unity and to fill the six seats needed for Netanyahu to regain his position as prime minister. So Israel would not need to go through elections once more. Lord watch over Israel and your people … and send your Angels to move this situation forward for your praise and Glory! In Jesus Name, Amen
I pray that ISRAEL and it’s Govt. would repent of their sins, so that repentance would birth revival in that nation and that during this time many would accept Yeshua as Lord and be saved in Jesus Name!
