How to Pray about the Hunter Biden Conviction
Hunter Biden’s conviction on three federal charges related to a 2018 gun purchase was confirmed by a jury, making headlines as a significant legal event. Hunter Biden was found guilty of falsely stating on his gun application that he was not using drugs, despite being allegedly addicted to crack cocaine, and possessing a firearm while being a drug user. This conviction could result in up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000, although as a first-time offender, he is unlikely to receive the maximum penalty.
Have you taken your place on the wall?
Following the Hunter Biden conviction, the first son expressed gratitude for his family’s support and emphasized his ongoing recovery journey. His sentencing is set for mid-October, just before the presidential election, marking a historic moment as the first time a sitting president’s child has been convicted of a crime. President Joe Biden has publicly supported his son, acknowledging the judicial process and expressing pride in Hunter’s resilience and recovery.
Special Counsel Weiss stressed that the Hunter Biden conviction was primarily about the illegal choices made during his addiction, rather than the addiction itself. Weiss emphasized the danger of combining drugs and firearms and thanked Attorney General Merrick Garland for the independence given to the special counsel’s office. The Hunter Biden conviction underscores the rule of law and the serious consequences of illegal actions taken during addiction.
How to Pray about the Hunter Biden Conviction
Hunter Biden’s legal troubles are not over yet. How should we pray not just about this specific conviction, but about the future as well?
- Thank God for truth and justice. Following the unprecedented Trump conviction, many worried that justice in America had become blatantly two-tiered. Thank the Lord that, at least in this case, the truth and justice prevailed.
- Pray for our justice system. While this verdict is an answered prayer, some feel that the president’s son is likely to appeal the verdict. Pray that justice is not corrupted and that God’s will would be done.

There remains a two-tiered justice system- do not be fooled by this verdict. The jury came to the only decision they could with the information that was presented. With all the hoopla of Second Amendment Rights – the jury could not come to any other decision than this one.
One really only has to look at the Biden Laptop Report to see the extent of the
criminality of this family.
It is but an election ploy.
Lord God, thank you for giving the judge and jury the desire for justice! I pray for this man that through this, bringing Hunter to the end of Himself, You would draw Him to You Lord! This is the ultimate prayer request, Just like all humans, Hunter is a soul with a body. he needs Jesus! Please have Your way and save Him, God!
Unfortunatley I do not believe the sincerity of the conviction. I believe it’s a ploy to convince America that “justice” is being applied to all.
It is interesting that this conviction, which should have happened so long ago, came in just after Trump’s conviction.
I know these corrupt and dishonest characters know exactly what they are doing. Deceiving the nation one more time.
May the Lord almighty disclose the real truth and we know one day justice will be served. For all!
I feel the same way. I pray for truth to be revealed!
Conspiracy theories are great fun and tickle the ears – but they are not reality. A Christian does not wander in that way.
After all the accusations of the justice system that you have happily promulgated – you find a ‘just’ case brought by the DOJ. Don’t you find that a bit hypocritical. A jury found Trump guilty and that must have been corrupt – a jury finds Biden guilty, and you rejoice. This is a disgrace. To rejoice in one’s misfortune is not a Christian attitude – perhaps we did not expect anything better.
I have always admired IFA but I cannot say I thank God for ANYONE’S conviction. I wish your focus had been more on praying for Hunter’s recovery from addiction. I do thank God no one was HURT as a result of his illegal action, and he does need to be held accountable. But I find the whole situation incredibly sad.
