On June 14, 1948, the United States began its membership into the World Health Organization, hoping to spare our nation “the haunting fear of devastating epidemics” and to liberate men and women everywhere from the “overhanging dread of preventable disease.” Seventy-five years later, however, the fruit of this partnership is showing nothing but rotten results, especially when it comes to pandemic response and treating diseases such as Covid-19. While epidemics are still a threat, something much more dangerous is wreaking havoc in our world. It’s not a virus or bacterium, but the endgame is just as deadly when it comes to our children and families.

Global organizations like the WHO claim they want to protect the health of our youth. But the scope of this “protection” goes beyond diseases and pandemics. In fact, it extends into the realm of sexuality education, which the WHO deems critically important to their plans for a sustainable future. Digging into their programs reveals a detailed scheme to undermine morality, decency and innocence. In this way, it appears as if morality itself is treated as a disease that must be tackled, modified and then redefined.

A revised edition of the WHO’s International technical guidance on sexuality education lays out a shocking plan to transform society into an “open and socially inclusive world” that excludes “judgement-laden information.” This guide, which is published and edited through UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), is part of the CSE program, better known as Comprehensive Sexuality Education. Its stated aim is to empower youth to “take control and make informed decisions about their sexuality and relationships freely and responsibly.”

Page 4 of the guide contains a message from Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO:

“We are convinced that if we do not meet young people’s calls for good quality comprehensive sexuality education, we will not achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) we have set for 2030, and the commitment that has been made to leave no one behind. With this in mind we are committed to supporting countries to apply the Guidance, and hope that teachers, health educators, youth development professionals, sexual and reproductive health advocates and youth leaders–among others– will use this resource to help countries to realize young people’s right to education, health and well-being, and to achieve an inclusive and gender equal society.”

Labeled as “positive and affirming,” the WHO’s sexuality education blueprint is meant to be used by curriculum developers, school principals, educators and health authorities as a teaching and accountability tool. The groundwork is provided to introduce concepts such as sexual relationships and “stimulation” to children as young as five. Differences between biological sex and gender are defined as well. Children aged 9-12 are taught about masturbation, contraceptive measures and same sex attraction. Youth aged 12-15 years are instructed on how to question social and cultural norms that impact sexual behavior, as well as demonstrate ways to challenge practices they feel are unjust when it comes to gender roles. Other topics in the guide include homophobia, transphobia, and reproductive rights.

The WHO maintains they are equipping youth with information and skills because “abstinence-only programs which instruct young people to not have sex outside of marriage are ineffective in preventing early sexual activity and risk-taking behavior, and potentially harmful to young people’s sexual and reproductive health.” They claim that CSE (Comprehensive Sexuality Education) “addresses safer sex, preparing young people–after careful decision making–for intimate relationships that may include sexual intercourse or other sexual activity.”

Digging into the document reveals troubling advice, particularly in section 7, which is labeled as Sexuality and Sexual Behavior. For children ages 5-8, the first key idea listed in 7.1 is that “it is natural for humans to enjoy their bodies.” 7.2 elaborates by explaining, “people show love for other people in different ways, including kissing, hugging, touching and sometimes through sexual behaviors.” For 9-12-year-olds, section 7.2 states that “people have a sexual response cycle, whereby sexual stimulation (physical or mental) can produce a physical response.” Next, it says, “masturbation does not cause physical or emotional harm, but should be done in private.” Guidance for 12-15-year-olds in the same segment insists that “each person’s decision to be sexually active is a personal one, which can change over time and should be respected at all times.”

The specific objectives outlined in the guide allow educators to design lessons based around the learning goals, but the cold, hard truth is that all ideas can be interpreted according to each facilitator’s own discretion and personal moral code. While the guide acknowledges that attitudes toward sexuality can vary based on religion and culture, the concepts are presented in a one size fits all fashion. This robs parents of their basic right to protect their children from exposure to ideas their young minds cannot yet understand, whilst also undermining their ability to instill a moral code regarding sexuality.

The WHO’s agenda in sexuality education becomes more apparent when looking at their document titled Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe. Page 38 addresses information and skills designed for children ages 0-4. Under sexuality, it suggests teaching about “early childhood masturbation” and the “discovery on one’s own body and own genitals” which will enable children to “gain an awareness of gender identity.” Under Sexuality and Rights (p. 39) it suggests that children have “the right to explore gender identities.” By ages 4-6, the guide maintains that children should “consolidate their gender identity (p. 40).” The concepts of being in love and sexual intercourse are presented to children ages 6-9 on page 42, along with the idea that “their own experience and expression of emotions is right and important” because a child’s feelings are valuable.

While the information presented in the guide is disturbing enough, there’s also a video from the Netherlands that is used to complement and implement some of the WHO’s European  sexuality standards. It begins with an adult woman explaining to a nine-year-old girl that “sex is not only functional when you’re just making babies…it’s also fun to do, you discover how your body works, and how my body works.” Then, using words, the woman gives directions for how to masturbate. Next, a different woman is shown asking a male toddler if he touches himself. The embarrassed little boy fidgets as she continues this line of questioning.

The shocking video is published by the Rutgers Foundation, which operates in 27 nations with the funding of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Planned Parenthood and the United Nations. Founded in 1969, this organization’s main purpose is to reduce population growth through sex education, contraception and abortion.

Rutgers launched their Spring Fever curriculum in the Netherlands, which is marketed as providing “age-appropriate” materials that explore themes such as “sexual assertiveness and self-image.” Delving further into the program reveals lessons teaching that homosexuality is normal and acceptable. Rutgers’ Sexuality Education website says, “Comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) empowers children and young people to form positive attitudes about identity, relationships and intimacy. CSE equips them with skills to communicate and make their own decisions on sexuality and sexual health. It helps them understand and enjoy their sexuality, take responsibility for their own sexual and reproductive health and rights and respect other people’s.”

The CSE (Comprehensive Sexuality Education) Curriculum is part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and is meant to be utilized by all member states who participate in the United Nations. Designed with “universal and transformative goals,” the grand vision is for all nations to “embark on a collective journey where no one will be left behind.” In 2022 the Biden Administration stated in the G20 Bali Leaders’ Declaration that they “will demonstrate leadership and take collective actions to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” and even “accelerate its achievement.”

On June 13, 2023 the UN’s Department of Economic and Social affairs posted an article titled We Need 7 Years of Accelerated Transformative Action to Achieve SDGs. They claim this “promise is in peril and a fundamental shift is needed–in commitment, solidarity, financing, and action–to put the world on a better path.” Bemoaning that most goals have seen little movement, or even regression, they insist the process must be sped up. The SDG Summit in September 2023 is expected to be a springboard for this acceleration. The changes needed “will demand that political leaders make bold decisions to match their ambitions.” This includes an overhaul of the international financial and economic system, as well as promoting gender equality, sex education and LGBT inclusion.

While the WHO and UN demand social cohesion and adherence from every nation, it is imperative that Christians and people of faith around the world say NO to this demonically-inspired agenda. The CSE Sexuality Curriculum in particular is a direct attack on children and biblical values. Instead of focusing on healthy boundaries, it encourages unfettered exploration into subjects that are inappropriate and confusing for young children. There is nothing more precious than the innocence of a child. Unfortunately, global organizations such as the WHO, UN and UNESCO don’t seem to understand or respect this concept.

Matthew 18:6 has strong words for anyone who exposes children to ideas that can tarnish their innocence. But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

Lord Jesus, please protect the innocence of our children. Your Word provides healthy boundaries for all human beings when it comes to sexuality. Help us take a stand against any program that seeks to undermine the biblical values you’ve set in place for the protection of the world’s precious children.
