Chloe Cole has announced her intent to sue the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for performing “supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention” when she was between the ages of 13-17 years old.
According to the letter released on Cole’s behalf by the Center for American Liberty, she began questioning her gender at the age of 12. Less than six months later, she was advised by an endocrinologist to start hormone therapy.
Three years later, Cole’s “treatment” included a double mastectomy to remove both of her breasts to “resolve” her gender dysphoria in an attempt to make her a male.
“Chloe and her parents were never informed of the high rate of desistance for children diagnosed with gender dysphoria,” the letter states. “Also, they were never informed of the high probability that Chloe’s gender dysphoria would resolve as an adult without hormone or surgical treatment.” …
“It’s a medical malpractice case and I want to hold the adults who put me in harm’s way accountable,” Cole told Fox News. “What happened to me is horrible, (but) it didn’t only happen to me. That’s the worst part. It’s happening to children all over the U.S., all over the West, and it’s spreading all over the world. I want to be able to create a precedent for people who have been in my situation to find justice.”
Cole, who has since detransitioned, is seeking punitive damages “based on the evidence of malice, oppression, and fraud.” She maintains that staff at the facilities failed to inform her of the effects of drugs and surgery. …
“It is impossible for me to recoup what I have lost, but I will insure no child will be harmed at the hands of these liars and mutilators,” Cole said. “I am suing these monsters.” …

This RN so Thanks you for Chloe…her courage, trusting her pain to You so other children will be protected and spared to not go through that sometimes well intended butchery.
For her parents, their courage and humble hearts, to share the lessons they learned from their mistakes, to help other parents be advocates for their confused kids well-being.
We must speak truth in love, not just agree with falsehoods to make people feel better for a little bit of fleeting pleasure but speak truth in real, authentic love for life, abundant life!
Chloe may not feel like it yet, but she is every bit a hero of the faith as Mary, Miriam, Moses sister, Sarah, Deborah, Ruth and one of my all time favorites, Rahab.

Dear Lord, this person did not realize at her age what this advice she had gotten would do to her. Please help her to pursue this suit and grant her success at filing it. Please heal her emotionally.

What a courageous young woman Chloe is. We should all be grateful to her for speaking out against this crime against our children, this child abuse. I often feel my voice and others are not heard at all, not even given credence and parents’ rights have been ignored and taken away where gender reassignment treatments for underaged children are concerned. In this culture, the voice they say has “the right to speak, to be heard” is the voice of “lived experience.” Well, Chloe has that voice because she has lived this experience and certainly earned the right to speak about this subject. So what excuse will they use to silence her? Prayers for her, for her heart to, as she said, “ensure no child will be harmed at the hands of these liars and mutilators” – I think there are many more who when they get older regret the decision they made as a child, and in hindsight see how they were manipulated and lied to – we need many to speak up like Chloe – and other children will be spared these body altering, life altering surgeries and hormone treatments which do such irreparable harm. The rule of the medical profession used to be “do no harm.” Anyone who participates in these types of “treatments?” should not have a license to practice medicine. Prayers that Chloe’s personal testimony is not silenced by the media, but is heard by many before it is too late for them. God bless her and protect her and restore to her what has been taken from her. I pray that Chloe’s case will be broadcast around the world and that justice will be done. I pray that you bless her and restore her miraculously. Give her and her attorneys divine wisdom and strategies to make their case and stand in the face of persecution. Since the thief has been found out, make him pay back seven times over what has been stolen from her. In the name of Jesus!
God bless Chloe for going public and sharing her story and telling the truth. She will help many others from being victims of this lie being perpetuated on our youth. I pray every professional and medical person involved in this lie will be held accountable for the harm done to Chloe and her family. Follow the money, it’s big business and also the drug companies have a patient for life. There is also a demonic component to this, we are made in the image of God male and female. The enemy wants to distort and destroy that. May this lawsuit bring many more and this malpractice of destruction to our youth stop!

Lord, bring these money grabbing institutions down to the pit and destruction. Protect the young and close their ears from the lies of the enemy. Let them hear the truth from those who have already suffered and take heed to themselves and their decisions.
Why did her parents let her have the surgery to begin with?
I saw Chloe speak and she said her parents took her for counseling and help within the medical community. There is a definite narrative pushing transition on these kids. Her parents were told “ do you want a dead daughter, or a live son”. I think this was a nightmare for her parents, they didn’t want this but were told it was their only choice. Plus in some states ( like California) they will remove your child from the home if you don’t go along with it. Parents are losing their rights to fight against this.
