An advocacy group of U.S. military chaplains urged the Army to back off a chaplain who was reprimanded for commenting on Facebook that gender dysphoria is a mental illness that disqualifies from military service. . . .

Explaining they were “gravely concerned” about Calvert’s punishment, the group wrote in part:
While at the time of his post, Chaplain Calvert’s statements were fully consistent with and supportive of existing DOD policy, it is far more concerning to note that his post was also consistent with his sincerely held religious beliefs – the same beliefs held by the overwhelmingly vast majority of faith groups in the United States who believe transgenderism to be immoral. Chaplain Calvert represents a Christian faith tradition, is a highly decorated soldier, and expressed views within his legal right to express.
The Army opened an investigation into Calvert earlier this year after he posted a comment on the Facebook page of the Army Times.

Father – We thank you that our nation has had military chaplains since its early days. They have been a force for truth and hope in dark places as people have been on battle fields and enduring hardship. I thank you for Chaplain Calvert and his faithfulness to your Word and to truth. Pease grant him the strength and support he needs in this situation. Lord- the enemy is seeking to silence the light of truth and to take freedom from those who are there to uphold and defend it. We stand against the forces of darkness that are seeking to destroy this land and its freedoms. We ask for courage for all those who are taking a stand during this time . Help them to not shrink back.
This is very critical! I just watched USNA Graduation where VP Harris gave commencement speech. it is very disturbing! “Wokeness” in the military is very dangerous. It is satan’s attack. Praying for men and women who serve in the military will turn to God, so they will be equipped with the Words of God and His wisdom to defeat Satan’s attack – the disease of repackaged Marxism. Pray for U.S. military leaders! Pray for our nation!
Father God Thank You for the great sacrifice all of our men and women in armed forces so willingly give.

And may they always remember Holy Spirit remind them that there are more with them,then against them. And I am not just talking about physically all of Heaven, ALL of HEAVEN IS ON THEIR SIDE!!!
As they feel the rejection of this world may they see with spiritual eyes he applauds of Heaven. And the rewards of Heaven cannot be compared with anything this world has to offer.
I pray for them every night at 8:00 and one of the things I’ve added to that prayer is Lord bring revival to every branch of our military in Jesus Holy ALL Powerful Most Beautiful Name.

I am permanently banned from Twitter for saying this very thing. Only the left is allowed freedom of speech. But that is of little consequence compared to a chaplain being censored for this. Shameful of them.
Father God, thank You for the commitments and sacrifices of all of our men and women in uniform. Thank You for Your call on these chaplains who are dedicated to minister to and support our military. Thank You for watching over them, protecting them, and for their boldness in sharing The Gospel to all who are open and willing to listen. Thank You that You, Lord Jesus, are being lifted up. As You are lifted up, You are drawing all men and women, boys and girls to You for salvation, healing, and deliverance. Thank You that You do above and beyond all that we can ever ask, think, or imagine; according to Your Holy Spirit’s power that works within us. In Jesus Name, amen and amen.
Oh, Father in Heaven please let Your Truth and Your Grace cover our military chaplains, in the mighty Name of Jesus! Help them keep the Faith in these trying times and give them the words to say in the defense of the Gospel that we are all called to repentance because of Your great Love & there is Grace and Forgiveness in Christ our Lord! He is able to set us Free from sin and death apart from Him & bring us to Heaven!

Father God I’m so grateful for the men and women that serve our country in all branches of the military! There is so much sacrifice given on numerous levels for the families involved.
Many have given their all…..the ultimate sacrifice! Much blood has been spilled to keep America free!
In Jesus mighty Name I pray Your protection physically, mentally, and spiritually! We come against all demonic attacks on them and their families.
We honor each and every one who serves to protect this great nation!

We need for ALL people, including this army chaplain, to be able to speak freely. This is going against our constitution, and all that America stands for. Lord, moral guidance and application are the cornerstone on which faith is built in Christianity. That faith, whether small or large is individually accepted and not burdened by any authority. It is a free will of acceptance. One who accepts the account of Christianity must make their own deposits of discernment and withdraw it’s application knowing the purpose of their purchase.
Today, every religious organization is given latitude to espouse belief systems whether moral or ideological, save one … the Christian faith. I pray your hand of protection over you missionaries, chaplains, pastors, group leaders and individual Christian’s as you also give strength for today and hope for tomorrow.
Lord, we specifically pray for latitude, for the freedom of expression of our faith. May we freely express Your words, not ours, both boldly and gently as Your Spirit leads.
Grant us discernment and guidance so that the veil of rebellion can be lifted from the hearts of those who have been deceived so that they are set free from deception. Grant them a revelation of Your glory and Your purposes for their lives. We pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Specifically Chaplain Calvert’s attacks for standing with your truth. YOU are their COMMANDER in CHIEF! Lift them up with your protection and your guidance to STAND FIRM in your word! STOP, DISRUPT and DISMANTLE any attempts and attacks against freedom of speech and righteousness! Shine YOUR LIGHT into the Darkness! Thank You for creating man and woman. Thank You for Your Word that clarifies Your perfect design of roles, responsibilities and complimentary attributes for us in marriage and family. Your way is best! Please give us courage to stand against those who want to normalize and celebrate sin. The great deceiver has lied to so many and even twisted his lies into calling sin a mental illness. He has done that with so many sins including abortion, homosexuality and lying! All that are currently being protected and celebrated in our corrupt culture. Help those followers of Christ in the military, government and educational systems to hold fast to their Christian worldview. Help us all to stand firm with them in prayer, in speaking out and in how we vote. Remind us to bear one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ (Gal. 6:2). Lord, the world grows darker, help us to shine brighter as we wait in hope and with great anticipation of Your soon return. Maranatha, come quickly Lord Jesus, come! In Your Name we pray!

Thank You for creating man and woman. Thank You for the clarity of Your Word that speaks to the roles, responsibilities and complimenting design of marriage and family. So many have fallen into sin and have believed the lies of the great deceiver who is twisting these created rolls to separate and alienate us from one another. Lord, please give us all courage to stand against this evil. Gender confusion and dysphoria is a sin and like many others including abortion, homosexuality, and lying have become so prevalent in our culture. Wrapping it up as mental illness doesn’t change that it is sin and we can’t accept it and we definitely can’t celebrate it. We are exposed to it every day. Give us the courage to stand firm just as You are doing for those within our military and educational systems who are believers and are choosing to hold fast to Your Truth. Please send Your Holy Spirit to touch those lost in the deception and draw them to Yourself. Protect those being persecuted for their love for Jesus. Grant them protection and encouragement. Remind us to bear one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ (Gal. 6:2). We pray in Jesus Name, Amen!
LOrd of Angel Armies we thank You for hearing our pleas and cries and for watching over Your Word to perform it. To You oh Lord we lift up Chaplin Calvert and all the christians serving in the military defending our freedom. According to Psm 25 do not let them be put to shame or their enemies triumph over them. Because they love You and acknowledge You will rescue them deliver them and be with them in trouble. You say You will deliver them and honor them.
We ask that this situation will be on the heart of Your church for such a time as this to overcome and turn back the enemies plots and schemes to use people until we see Your victory in urgent situation in our society. Bring revelation and wisdom, provision to those involved to defend in the natural and spiritual to pray for the victory needed. Send Your angels to intervene. We declare they, we are more than conquerors and there will be freedom of utterance as needed. We pray this in Jesus Name.
Father, I am in agreement with Rolanda, Dawn and Jan. Please protect these chaplains who serve You and serve all the men and women defending our nation. This seems a double honor Father. I pray in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, that You would honor them with Your perfect protection and give them the wisdom and strength to stand in Your Name and in Your Truth… now and always. I pray You would rise up in every chaplain, one voice to speak for Chaplain Calvert and against this reprimand and anymore to come. Amen
Lord, I pray for Chaplain Calvert and all military chaplains to be strengthened by the Holy Spirit to be strong in the Lord to withstand the opposition that is falling on them and Christians in our country. Lord, please use your Spirit to convict those who are trying to destroy our Godly heritage. Please, Lord, have mercy on us.
Father I pray Your protection over Chaplain Calvert and every chaplain who serves you in our military branches. We come together as your children and we bind the enemy in Jesus name. We stand on truth. Jesus You are Truth, Your Word is Truth and your word tells us that no weapon formed against us shall prosper so we claim Truth over our military forces, we find deception in Jesus name.
We do indeed bind the deception of homosexuality and release revelation and liberty in Christ to all those who have been deceived. We declare Your Spirit is setting them free.
