At an IFA gathering I attended recently, the Lord gave this word of encouragement, for me and for every IFA intercessor:
“Stitch us into the fabric of the decades. Allow all our prayers to move the arm of the Lord so that His will is done, and His kingdom will come.
“In this place, I put My covenant seal upon these prayers. Let each intercessor know that he or she labors not in vain, but that each one stands upon the shoulders of the saints of old.
“These are the days of Elijah. Move in confidence through the dark, for witchcraft will not thrive over a people born free. Amen and amen.”

This word, which I first tested and confirmed, as Scripture exhorts us to do, was a great encouragement to me when I received it, and I hope it will become an ongoing encouragement to us all. As you can see, the word speaks first in the voice of the intercessor and then in the voice of the Lord. This shift is not unknown in Scripture, as seen in a number of psalms. Consider Psalm 91, in which the tense changes from the third person in verse 1, to the first person in verse 2, and then to the voice of the Lord in verses 14–16.
The Lord assures us that our prayers are part of one long prayer meeting that began years ago and is still going on. We are just the most recent prayer circle to join in.
Dutch Sheets has talked about this idea, which the Lord calls synergy in a revelation He gave Dutch, and the intercessor describes synergy as a “multiplication of effort.” In prayer terms, this means that our prayers added to the prayers of the many who’ve gone before us are multiplied in the golden bowls of heaven. And that means our prayers are powerful. It means they are effective. It means they move the Lord to action.
And that’s exactly what the vision says: “Allow all our prayers to move the arm of the Lord so that His will is done, and His kingdom will come.” In Scripture, the arm of the Lord most often refers to His actions. In this case, our prayers move the Lord to establish His will and His kingdom on earth. I can’t imagine a more perfect result for the prayers of the decades!

I was especially struck by the Lord’s promise: “In this place, I put My covenant seal upon these prayers.” When He speaks of covenant, the Lord is most certainly talking about the ancient ritual mentioned in the Bible.
James L. Garlow and Rob Price simply and elegantly explain the rich significance of the covenant in their book, The Blood Covenant: The Story of God’s Extraordinary Love for You. The meaning of covenant was well known to the ancients, and so the implications of the covenant are never fully explicated in Scripture. Early readers — hearers, actually — of the biblical text would fill in the gaps in the narrative with their cultural and familiar understanding of covenant.
According to Garlow and Price, the ancient Arabs often considered a covenant partner more important than family members. A covenant is an unbreakable agreement, with clearly defined obligations for each party to the covenant. These ancient covenants were sealed by the blood of the animals slaughtered in the ritual. A typical oath might be: “I will keep this covenant even if I have to die. If I break this covenant, may I be ripped apart as these animals were.”
This is particularly poignant when I think about the Lord’s covenant with Abram — known after this ritual as Abraham. The Lord — represented by the smoking pot and the flaming torch — walked between the animal pieces, firmly establishing Himself as the covenant keeper. Because the Lord includes Abram/Abraham and his descendants in the covenant blessings, the covenant encompasses all future generations.
As we know from biblical history, Abraham’s descendants failed to keep their part of the covenant — unconditional loyalty to the Lord — and so Jesus, as the Lord’s representative and also Himself God, actually came to serve as covenant keeper. His own flesh was cut to keep the promises the Lord made to Abraham and his offspring, which includes those of us who have opted into the covenant drawn in Christ’s blood.
Ancient covenants were sealed by the blood of the sacrificed animals — and the New Covenant to which Jesus refers in the Scripture is sealed by His blood. This is most likely the covenant seal of which the Lord speaks in His encouragement to us. Additionally, the Holy Spirit is often referred to as a seal. This double meaning enriches the promise.
The implications for our own prayers are staggering. Our prayers further multiply and are multiplied by the prayers of those who have gone before us — whether our grandparents, the Pilgrims, or Jesus’ disciples! Further, the Lord will act to ensure that His will is done and His kingdom is established on earth. And He is sealing those prayers with the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit in an extension of the covenant He has already made and kept in Jesus. These are prayers that will not fail to avail!
For many years, the Lord has been speaking “These are the days of Elijah” to me in prayer. Usually, I am seeking prayer direction or counsel for our pastoral team. As a result, I have never thought particularly hard about what the Lord might have been saying with that Elijah statement — until the day several years ago when the Lord told me, “Witchcraft will not thrive over a people born free.” This statement, which my prayer warfare group is decreeing regularly over America and over all of us, guided me to the historical accounts of Elijah and his power encounters with the witchcraft figure of Jezebel in 1 Kings 18 and 19.
The Lord’s prophet engaged in a fierce battle with the forces of darkness as embodied in government-sponsored Baal worship. On Mount Carmel, Elijah won a decisive victory over those promoting idolatry. Though Elijah was taken into heaven before Jezebel was dethroned and executed, she ultimately ate the fruit of her sin. And in Elijah’s battle with the prophets of Baal, the people of the land witnessed the power of the Lord compared with that of the demonic entity.
I was aided in my understanding of the days of Elijah by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, who discusses in a number of video messages the implications of America’s turning away from the Lord and the resultant rise of ancient demons (false gods) in our own day.
Bottom line, we are in days in which the difference between the Lord’s people and those who are worshipping false gods is increasingly clear. And we will engage in power encounters of epic — sometimes frightening — scale. But we have the covenant promise of the Blood and the Spirit upon our prayers because the Lord is not willing to see His people go under a yoke of witchcraft.
Because this message of encouragement came to me during an IFA prayer meeting, I wanted to share it with all of you. The intercessor’s battle is protracted and can seem fruitless and lonely. But you are not alone! Your prayers are megaphones in the Spirit as you stand on the shoulders of giants in the faith. Soldier on, saints!
Lord, thank You for this encouragement. Help us press on in the certainty of victory. Give wings to our prayers and multiply them. Teach us to thrive in power encounters so that we might strip power and permissions from the enemy. We decree: Witchcraft shall not thrive over a people born free. In Jesus’ name. Amen and amen.

Father as I read about the false demonic words that was being shared it brought me back to do a re- search on GH15 about strongholds and the demonized spirits that started
manifesting in the 1960’s, God was pushed out of the schools, then the landslides started in other areas of American Life. “ We thank You for the efforts and sacrifices of those in the cloud of witnesses. And we thank them. We stand on great shoulders and build on the blood, sweat, and tears of many. As they observe and cheer from heaven’s balcony, may they find us faithful. Tell the intercessors to put themselves in the storyline, because the old stories are also their stories.” God’s teachings are so clear, and as Jonathan Cahn spoke on this – explaining the time line and what caused the evil demonic spirits to find a hole to step in and then enticed America’s turning away from the Lord. Causing the resultant rise of ancient demons (false gods) in our own day.” It is time to take a stand and use Gods words and stop allowing the enemies to control us through government controlled agendas. Ask yourself this question, whose side are we own? Isaiah 33:22 says “For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
it is he who will save us.” The church must now along with the Christian people United together bring Gods redemption back into our America not abandon them as they did in the 60,s to 2023. Father we thank you for this great nation, ( I think it is), I thank you for freedom and the blessings you have given us. Hearing reports of some “Christians” heckling people attending that conference. Absolute wrong approach. Now the organizers can point out to attendees, “those are your ‘loving’ Christians for you”. Many people are seeking spiritually and picking fights with them just feeds into Satan’s agenda. And do we want to initiate a rising level of confrontation which will lead nowhere good? This is the Lord’s battle, not ours. Do we really need to be reminded that we battle “not against flesh and blood?” Please…do it right or stay away.

They get power by having relationships with demons who help them.
As the demons told Jesus…”We know who you are Holy One of God. Have you come to torment us before the appointed time”? Fair warning to all who follow those things… either openly as satanists or those deluding themselves into thinking they follow something different , called witchcraft. The latter are just satanists who lack conviction. It all comes down to which spirit one listens to and is eventually filled by …the Holy Spirit of God or the other guy and his minions. They know their fate…their human followers don’t …yet.
How about you do some research here… They are SATANIST not witches… Witches don’t believe in the DEVIL, they worship nature… If they do something BAD or Evil it comes back on them three fold. 😂🤣😂 Read a book about the Pagan Religion before you start spreading lies about something you clearly know nothing about. I’ve studied many religions… Who wrote Revelations? Prophets? That’s just a fancy word for psychic or soothsayer, what does the bible say about them?
Ask in the Mighty Name of Jesus fellow intercessors and saints – whenever two or three are gathered in my Name…. BELIEVE!!!
This article is so encouraging. I will cling to the prayers offered here against the grip that witchcraft and occult and pagan practices would seek to have over our nation.
There are many of us whose own precious daughters and sons have given themselves over to these practices.
Lord, I cry out for these loved ones, those who once declared their love for You and have now, for a season, turned to another direction. They seek counsel from the darkness. They live according to what pleases them. They choose what seems right in their own eyes.
We who have loved these precious children, who brought them up in the nurture of the Word of God, who brought them to You, Lord Jesus, for instruction, who have heard them pray and declare their love for You, who have joyfully celebrated the gift of Your salvation to our children, we cry out to You for their lives.
Father God, Lord Jesus, precious Holy Spirit, would You reach down and remind them of Your goodness, Your mercy, which they have known. Show Yourself strong against the evil practices they have embraced. Break the chains that bind them and remove the scales from their eyes. And break their hearts, Lord. Break their hearts for You, that they would remember Your sacrifice for them, that You gave Your life for them. Make this sin a bitterness to them, that they would turn and flee from it and run to You, their only refuge. Lord, we plead Your blood over their lives, their hearts and minds, their souls.
Let there be a breakthrough, today. May thousands and thousands and thousands of thousands walk away from witchcraft and pagan lifestyles, today, and seek the Lord’s mercy, today, and return to their First Love.
I pray this for my daughter, and if this at all rings true for your families, I pray for your daughters and sons as well. In the only Name that can save, for Jesus’ sake, Amen.

Covenant is of far more importance than modern people realize. A blood covenant establishes essential unity between tribes, clans, families and so forth and is conditional upon acceptance by both sides. It is stronger than family ties. The term “blood is thicker than water” is an incorrect translation of the ancient Mideast saying “blood is thicker than milk” meaning a blood covenant is stronger than a family relationship. The original blood covenant between God and man was conditional upon Abraham’s faith. By the way a covenant that is not actually confirmed by blood is unconditional. God’s covenant with Noah was unconditional, God would hold Himself to it regardless of man’s response. But that is a whole other discussion. Christians are under the final blood covenant between God
and man as promised throughout the Old Testament and seals God’s grace extended to the nations. It is conditional upon our acceptance of it. If we accept it we see fulfilled Jesus’s prayer in John 17, the unity of the Father and Son extended to all who accept His blood sacrifice. That is why any non-Trinitarian of Christianity is false by its very definition. It’s why there can be no salvation through any other than Jesu. Period. It’s why marriage, a representation of God’s covenant with man must be sealed in blood, in this case the merging of two bloodlines and is why there is no such thing…and never be such thing…as “ same sex marriage.” It is why witchcraft or any form of satanism can never prevail Over God’s covenant people in the end.. God binds Himself to His covenant with us but we are free to accept or reject it. Salvation depends on faith, just as it did with Abraham. The shedding of Jesus’s pure blood broke the power of Death, the devil’s only weapon and he, the devil, has no plan B. His attempts to duplicate God’s covenant through such things as animal slaughter or abortion can never overcome the power of Jesus’s shed blood. It is finished.

My Beloved Mother: Carolyn Bass Watson Dickens was a Champion in the Faith……Her prayers were some kind of Powerful! She was always humbled before the LORD.
The last two years she lived, I brought her to live with me. She was almost 91 when she “Graduated to Heaven.” One night I got up and was walking down the hall and I heard her in her bedroom….I peeped in the door and she was down on her knees praying….She started trying toget up and I rushed in to help her…..She said: “I can get up this time, but the LORD has just told me that I am not to get down anymore…….He said that I have prayed on my knees for my long lifetime, and he has and will continue to Honor my prayers.”
Mama got up, and hugged me and got into her bed and we talked for a while the deep things of GOD. Not long after that she became bedridden and spent the last 8 months of her life in bed.
Mama’s bedroom had a big picture window (a house built in the 1950’s) I had a “Don JuanClimber” rose bush under the window and during that time it just seem to keep on blooming profusely…..The Birds would come and land on the graceful, long hanging limbs and look at her through the window…She loved it!
The morning she died (March 21, 2011) it was the Most Beautiful Day! The sun was shining—the wind was calm….It was as Perfect as life could be…I had her sitting up in the bed, all of a sudden her head just went down slightly (her chin did not touch her chest) and she was gone…..
Mama’s prayers ROCKED many strongholds—-and this message you wrote, JOYCE, makes me feel that I am undergirded and Standing On her 90+ years of FAITH AND TRUST AND POWER THAT GOD GIVES TO THOSE WHO ARE SOLD OUT TO HIM.

Of good encouragement to read this. We are being targeted by the irs for the first time ever in our 49 year plus of filing. This truly is a prophetic word from the heart of the Lord regarding witchcraft. I am a follower of Dutch and his brother Tim Sheets. I have been to Oasis Church in Middleton OH and was greatly stirred and moved by the Holy Spirit and the power of God. The story given here is not only prophetic but a greater vision of the power of God and the golden bowls which have been linked together of the prayers of His children abd Satan cannot touch the Blood of the Lamb over those bowls.
Such an encouraging vision and I will link myself to those prayers that are moving over our land here in America and around the world!

This morning I got up extra early (for me) so that I could finish work from yesterday, when I happened upon this email from IFA. Actually I know there is no such thing as chance when it comes to receiving God’s message. This message is from God and it puts everything into proper perspective. I have been striving to put everything into God’s hands and praying the Serenity Novena (Jesus to Fr. Dolindo Ruotolo) and this message shows how what is happening is the unfolding of God’s plan for those who follow him. Everything is about His will being done on earth as it is in Heaven. The covenant is a living, ongoing participation and is all that matters, is His will be done. And it will. I sense His Serentiy Amen and Amen.
Prayers for those in the state of VA regarding this as well.
O Lord bring what is being done in darkness to light. Let Your light shine and dispell the darkness. Thank You Lord for Your wisdom and revelation through the Holy Spirit who knows all things. Amen
