From The Epoch Times: Records that show foreigners registered to vote—and actually voted in North Carolina elections—will be disclosed by the state’s board of elections as a result of its legal settlement with an electoral integrity group.
The Jan. 31 announcement that a settlement (pdf) had been reached came weeks after Garbant Piquant of Garner, North Carolina, was arrested and charged with falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen in order to register to vote, voting by an alien, and passport fraud…
The elections board agreed to settle the case after a federal appeals court determined that the disclosure provision of NVRA requires states to “make available for public inspection … all records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.”
“This is a huge win for transparency in North Carolina’s elections,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement provided to The Epoch Times.
“The public has a right to know about election vulnerabilities.”
“These records conclusively show that foreigners have been registering to vote and voting in North Carolina elections. It is a shame our efforts to disclose these records were met with such resistance by election officials…
The lower court was wrong to dismiss the case at an early stage in the litigation before discovery had been conducted, Keenan wrote.
The Indianapolis-based foundation characterizes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity,” saying that it exists “to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.”
PILF boasts that it has been “uncovering government records showing foreigners voting across the United States including in Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey, and California.”

Thank you for hearing & responding to God to take the lead on these issues & give a voice to all who want to make their voice heard & didn’t know how! Praise The Lord! He has lifted a burden of frustration & a feeling of being overwhelmed in this fight for HIS values to be realized in this fight for our nation. We are praying for success protection & blessings for all involved in PILF & ALL groups & individuals as we voice our beliefs & act on them in peace & love. But we must not remain silent & PRAY.
So happy these investigations are being conducted,dealt with,and brought to the public eye! It is something I am very concerned about as a citizen of California!I believe there was foul play, even in the recall Gov.Newsom election.I hope it will be looked into as well!

I pray the same for all groups and individuals battling for justice in persecution, abortion, addiction, immigration, human trafficking and every sinful condition we are facing. PILF is the Public Interest Legal Foundation. I live in NC and did not even know about this case nor about this foundation. I had to look up the acronym. Praise God that this case has been won!
NC has a Democratic governor, but a Republican Lt. Governor who has come under intense pushback because of his Christian stance on inappropriate gender materials and CRT in the public schools. He bravely speaks the truth.
I am in awe at how God is moving and revealing the Truth to those who have eyes to see.
Father, help us to seek You humbly with a contrite spirit and obey what the Holy Spirit reveals for us to see, hear, speak and do.
