President Trump had a right to have the documents. We cannot trust the government agencies fblie, ClieA. I think The Lord had the documents found on Biden so that they would have nothing to go on against His David, President Trump. God is in control and is working. I am standing in the gap for all of those who have forgotten or never believed in the power of All Mighty God.
I have a strong feeling that neither will be charged. The fact that when Biden took the documents he was not President , that should not be over looked. Also his compromising dealings with China , Ukraine , questionable donations to his school , his role in the lap top flop should draw some attention. Currently many people have very little faith in government, the FBI and the voting systems . I pray that faith be restored through some just actions. I pray that God guides our country and that Americans hearts learn to love our country once more. I pray that we put God / Jesus first , that all hearts are convicted and restored.

President Trump did not take “classified” information home; he took DECLASSIFIED documents with no attempt to hide anything. He fully co-operated with FBI set up and they set him up in the end. They could have taken anything they wanted when President Trump let them in the first time, but they just said, put a lock on the files. They did not; instead they committed an assault so that they could make it seem that he had done something wrong. It was a smoke screen for what was going to come out to “reveal what was in the dark” that the Bidens have been up too. This is just the tip of the ice berg. Probably neither will be prosecuted on this specific, however the Hunter fiasco should prove a different scenario. Some accountability should be administered to all in the deep state. There are much many diversions from the severe criminal acts within our “We the People”’s government.

The difference between the two—Trump was President and has a right to these documents. They were stored in a locked closet at Mar-a-lago. Biden was Vice President and as such had no right to these documents. AND he stored them in his garage, and another set was found in his home in Delaware. Also, I believe he’s had other connections to China.
Sadly, what too few people are seeing IS the Law. Yes, we must have ‘no one above the law’!! Biden is cognitively deficient. From my experience with my husband who had mild dementia that rapidly moved to Alzheimer’s, I think putting biden in memory care is where he belongs. My prayer and the prayer of IFA for several years has been that God would expose TRUTH and that justice is for all. I think that Dershowitz is correct and that taking documents was not meant to accomplish some evil against America. However; we as a nation need to see INTEGRITY AND TRUTH honored in our nation. We have turned a blind eye to evil that has progressed to being okay and perverted the whole system of justice. God only requires three things of His people to act justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly before Our God. May we as a nation turn back to God, repent and honor Him by the way we live and govern.
Neither of these cases will amount to anything except what they are intended for; to keep Trump and Biden from running for President in 2024. This is a non-issue in both cases, but something the media can use to keep a negative picture of both “old white men” in the minds of voters. I imagine that every president and vice president, upon exiting the position, take many papers and records with them. It just now become an issue for the purpose intended.

What seems to be overlooked, or at least not mentioned, is that we are referring to what Vice President Biden did with classified documents. Federal law does not give a vice president authority to declassify documents. How and why was then Vice President Joe Biden in possession of these documents?
Biden/family will get a pass but Trump will get the full treatment from the DOJ. Dems don’t get prosecuted.

I feel like there are a bunch of legalistic people here who don’t realize how important it is how God sees Trump how he judge’s righteousness often not always the people God uses are not righteous by our standards and I ask you who’s standards are you judging by. Pastor Robert Jeffress has said President Trump was the most pro-religious liberty American President we’ve had in modern times. President Trump put righteous judges on the Supreme Court and Roe v. Wade was sent back to the States, he defended Israel, he rescued wrongfully imprisoned American pastors and missionaries from abroad that Obama left abandoned, and so much more.

I feel that the rules of the law should apply equally for all American citizens. That being said anyone holding a security clearance, Military, civilian, or even President or vice President, needs to be held equally accountable NO matter what. So, since they were both found to be equally guilt, they should both suffer equal justice under the full extent of the law. Otherwise, this sort of crime will go on and not be taken seriously. You don’t understand the law or the situation. Trump was guilty of nothing. He, as President, had the right to declassify documents and take declassified documents with him when he left office. Biden was a Vice President when he stole classified documents. He had no right as Vice President to be in possession of any classified documents. There is no equal guilt here. Only one is guilty of breaking the law and that is Biden.

Biden is definitely being “protected” by the DOJ. FBI, and many unamed others. Trump has been regarded a criminal by Democrats (and some Republicans) since he first announced his candidacy back in 2016. Ecclesiastes 3:17: I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked, for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” All I know is, we can have peace knowing that God’s will prevails and evil will be dealt with.
ALL men come under the Law. Justice cares not, who you are, and those who have done wrong should be prosecuted to the fullest extent! Donald John Trump had executive privilege’s to take the documents, however VP Joe Biden had no privilege even taking them. They were willing to put an innocent man in prison, but now they want to turn the other cheek for the guilty?? God hates dishonest scales, and I hope the guilty will be charged to the fullest!
I really don’t think it matters what I believe, as far prosecution. I don’t have much faith that anything will be prosecuted. Hunter Biden’s laptop, all the voter fraud (“2,000 Mules”), an unarmed Ashli Babbitt getting shot and killed by a capitol police, all the sudden adult death syndrome casualties, unexplained cardiac arrests? Quite frankly, I’ve grown weary of it.
I do have faith in the Lord and will put my trust in God’s providence.

President Trump did not violate the law with his declassified documents. Joe Biden did violate our classified document laws. It would appear that the Democratic Party wishes to have another candidate to run for the 2024 presidential election.

Over the last several years GOD has been using and spoken very clearly through HIS True Prophets of our days. How do we know for certain who are GOD’S True Prophets and those who are false? I believe it is all a big distraction so we think Congress is doing something while their real work of running the government for the people is failing. It’s like doctors who treat a symptom but just cover up the real problem for a time. When the treatment fails , the whole body is worse than before.
I believe they both should be held accountable identically before the law , pay back the taxpayers for the legal system to judge their cases, and be stripped of public office forever. Simple and done. They have both destroyed this country in their own disregard for the law.

I think with all due respect, that Mr. Dershowitz is wrong in this case. There are clear statutes that govern the classified documents. It is the cavalier opinions, such as his, that lead to loss of respect for the law. This is in the same vein as the lack of enforcement of laws already in place on our borders. This is also the stain on the church for not listening clearly and with reverence what our Father has said concerning abortion and homosexual transgression.
The law doesn’t apply to a President. Biden, as V.P. at the time he broke those laws, has himself believing laws never affected him.
No prosecution for either of them.
