Following controversy over her background and beliefs, President Trump pulled the nomination of Dr. Janette Nesheiwat to be Surgeon General, choosing instead to nominate Dr. Casey Means. What do you think of this decision?

From The Daily Signal. The Trump administration pulled the nomination of Dr. Janette Nesheiwat to be surgeon general following reports that she inflated her credentials, Bloomberg reported.

Have you taken your place on the wall?

President Donald Trump instead nominated Dr. Casey Means on Wednesday, saying Means ā€œwill work closely with our wonderful Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to ensure a successful implementation of our Agenda in order to reverse the Chronic Disease Epidemic, and ensure Great Health, in the future, for ALL Americans.ā€

Means attended Stanford Medical School, then she pursued a surgical residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Before completing the program, she dropped out to start her own functional medicine practice and founded the company Levels, which offers consumers continuous glucose monitors and an app to track their blood sugar.

Means’ brother, Calley Means, is a prominent advisor to Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The former nominee, Nesheiwat, has described herself as a double board-certified physician with a degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine. But Nesheiwat actually earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, in St. Maarten.

Nesheiwat has also been criticized by conservatives for touting the idea that children can identity as a gender that differs from their biological sex.

ā€œBut the most important thing of all of this is no matter what gender your child identifies as, accept them and love them for who they are,ā€ she said on Fox News in 2022.

Nesheiwat’s nomination hearing was scheduled for May 8 before the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.

Nesheiwat’s sister Julia is married to Mike Waltz, who was recently moved from national security advisor to the nominee for United Nations ambassador.

Nesheiwat’s positions on vaccines differ from that of the Health and Human Services secretary.

Nesheiwat has previously described the COVID vaccine as a ā€œgift from God.ā€

ā€œI’m optimistic we are on our way to ending the needless loss of lives starting with the nothing short of miraculous coronavirus vaccine and the development of therapeutics,ā€ she wrote in an opinion piece published in Fox News in 2021.

ā€œWe have many vaccines in existence that treat a variety of non-life-threatening diseases,ā€ she continued, ā€œbut to have a COVID vaccine, i.e. aĀ PfizerĀ or Moderna mRNA that will actually save you from dying is a gift from God.ā€

Kennedy has called the same immunization the ā€œdeadliest ever made.ā€

My concern is about this nominee is twofold. First, there too many are close relatives running things in DC. That’s never a good thing. Second, her love of the dangerous vax as “a gift from God” scares me along with her affirmation of sexual identity among children. God never makes mistakes, and yes we need to love our children, no matter what. As followers of Christ we never are to support Satan’s agenda, and wokeness is just that.

All I know, or think I know, about medical issues is what is reported. According to the report give n above, I conclude the change is good and necessary to avoid conflicts within the administration of health policies in our country. Lord, I pray for wisdom in all matters for all who are involved in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of the citizens of our great country.

Father God thank you for leading President Trump to chose instead Dr. Means as the nominee for this important position. Secretary of Health and Human services, RFK Jr., needs some who shares the same vision for health for our children and the American people. In Jesus’ name.

Great! Thankful RFK, Jr brought in such a component individual. Someone willing to bring out the truth of our broken medical system in America. I am personally encouraged.

I praise God for this new appointment! Dr. Casey Means and her brother, Calley Means, have written a book called GOOD ENERGY, which I have and which I recommended highly! In this book, you’ll see the amazing credentials and dedication to the health of American citizens of Dr. Casey Means! I praise God for the wisdom He has given our president in appointing Dr. Casey Means to this important position.

Personally I am vehemently opposed to anyone who would contribute to the confusion of adolescents in our society by suggesting they could be any gender they choose.
Father thank you for this wise move of President Trump ! We pray for your continued influence into our leaders.. All through the power of our Saviors Blood we pray in Jesus name . Amen and Hallelujah !!
