On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) stated that Senate Republicans have “the votes to confirm Justice Ginsburg’s replacement before the election.” And said that the Senate Judiciary Committee will report the nomination so there can be a vote on the floor of the Senate on the nominee prior to the election and that Republicans will confirm Ginsburg’s replacement prior to the election. Graham also vowed that the nominee to replace Ginsburg on the Supreme Court will be supported by all the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee. . . .

We’re going to report the nomination out of the committee to the floor of the United States Senate so we can vote before the election. That’s the constitutional process. Jesus. My heart is heavy as I listen to President Trumps words concerning plans not to accept the election if he doesn’t win. That would lead us into anarchy. We pray truth to prevail and Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven
If there is evidence of possible fraud, he shouldn’t! (Considering the rhetoric of Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Alexandra O. Cortez, and others, and what is happening in some states due to the combination of COVID 19, and mail outs to voters who have died, moved or dropped off the voting rolls, I don’t trust for a New York minute that the hatred of President Trump shown by the left wing won’t tempt them to cheat. This is not to say that cheating doesn’t happen on both sides, it does, but the anger of some Democrats, combined with a lust for power (just look at Gov. Whitmer’s actions, and compare them to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s words if you have any doubt) is a recipe for underhanded actions.

What will lead us to anarchy are the Democrat’s threats to pack the courts if President Trump appoints a justice and she is confirmed. The precedent for this has already been set by Former VP Al Gore’s fight in the 2000 election. However, I affirm your prayer that truth prevails and God’s will be done on earth as it is done in heaven.
Lord God – we ask of you to protect each and every individual who will be voting in favor of confirming the supreme Court Justice that is put forward. We boldly but humbly ask that you would go a step farther in the confirmation process – that you would turn the hearts and minds and actions of at least 2 Democrats to vote in favor of the nominee. We would see that as both a miracle and your favor upon that individual. We ask that ALL Republicans would unify and stick together in approving the nominee. And that in the midst of all this turmoil, the name of God would be exalted.
Thank you Lord for your mighty works. We humbly ask Lord for your forgiveness and mercy. Give us the heart of brokenness and humility once again in our nation. Deliver us from the evil that has seized our land for the last 5 decades and create in us a deep repentant heart. The type of repentance that drives us to depend on you for the rest of our natural lives. In your name we pray… amen.
Look for Bob Casey (D-PA), Joe Manchin (D-VA) and Doug Jones (D-WV) to potentially be the maverick heroes. They are the only Democratic elected officials who voted for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

President Trump suggested Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who is almost a polar opposite of SCOTUS Justice Ruth Ginsburg. The Week has a fascinating opinion piece, that is written by someone who strongly dislikes President Trump, but acknowledges that since the Republicans hold both the Presidency and the Senate, he constitutionally *can* fill the seat.
