Meet Brandon Tatum
Brandon Tatum is a former Tucson Police Officer and served as the Director of Urban Outreach at Turning Point USA. He is the Founder and CEO of The Officer Tatum, LLC.

His open letter :

“Woke” white people, I’d like to ask you a favor:

Please stop asking for forgiveness for your “white privilege.”

You’re not fooling anybody. You’re not helping black people—or any other minority. And your public confessions don’t make you look virtuous. They make you look disingenuous, which is a really nice way of saying fake, phony, and fraudulent.

For starters, what is “white privilege” anyway? Because you were born with white skin, you have all these advantages that I don’t have?

Like what?

Like, you can get a mortgage loan that I can’t get?

Hmm. I got a loan—at a great rate, by the way—and I got the house. Why would a banker not give a loan to someone who met the loan requirements? He doesn’t want to make money? I’ve never heard of such a banker.

Or, how about this: You can enter a store and not be looked upon with suspicion, but I—a black person—cannot. Except…that has never happened to me.

But if I was a young dude with my pants hanging down to my butt, I could understand why a store owner would be concerned. I used to be a cop. Believe me, I understand. If I owned the store, I’d be tracking that kid, too—whether he was black, white, or anything else.

Or, what if I had a store that had a history of being shoplifted by young black women, and a young black woman with a bad attitude walked in. Would I be suspicious? Yeah, I would. Who wouldn’t?

I call that common sense, not bigotry. . .

How To End White Privilege

Brandon Tatum doesn’t forgive you for your white privilege. How can he forgive you for something that doesn’t even exist? So, where did the notion of white privilege come from? Who does it benefit? And who does it hurt? The answers might surprise you.

Halleluiah, You extricated yourself from the Democrat Plantation. Are you running for an office in 2020?

In the 3 articles you have posted today, you have gone to great lengths to prove what? 1. Racism is not an issue in America. 2. There are good black people who agree with IFA. 3. If we all just accept Jesus as our savior and pray all of our problems will go away. 4. We on the right are right, and those on the left are wrong. 5. You hand picked a few black people who have succeeded in achieving the American dream to attempt to discredit the outcries and needs of the masses in the streets. 6.This is a prime example of naivete and cultural ignorance. Which is one of the reasons our country is experiencing a state of unrest and rioting at this moment. 7.You people don’t listen, you arrogantly thank you have all the answers, and most importantly you disrespect the lower class people of this country,by rationalizing their needs and rights.True people of God, who are interested in bringing peace, justice and equality to America would approach this problem differently: 1. they would humble themselves and listen. 2. they would examine their own hearts for sin. 3. they would research, examine and repent for vistages of the original sin of slavery and racism in America that still exists, and need to be corrected so that we can become a “more perfect union”: one nation under God,indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. In my opinion your self-righteous attempt has failed miserably.

To Jay C—My ancestors were not living in the USA when slavery existed in this country. Do I still need to repent for this sin? My son is white and because of the way he chose to dress and wear his hair, he was profiled by the police and was stopped numerous times and harassed by the police. He did not have “white priviledge” In my daughter’s high school, students with Hispanic last names received the majority of scholarships. Is this white priviledge? When you write “You people” you group people into a category. Isn’t this prejudice? Isn’t rioting and destroying property sin? In my opinion, people of all colors need to take responsibility for their own behavior and choices. I had a professor in college who had been a refugee from Cuba, who in his words “cleaned toilets” when he first came to the USA. I think we disrespect people when we put them in the victim category. More than a few black people have worked and achieved the “American dream”. Example is Dr. Ben Carson. I could go on, but my point is All people of God need to examine their hearts, follow God’s precepts, and use the gift’s He has given them according to His will.

Mary, you like most IFA subscribers missed the point of my statement. 1.Question: in your opinion why did the recent, white police killings of Armaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Raybrooks happened? And what should we as a nation do a out this? Why don’t we see similar killings of white men? By “you people” I mean conservatives, Trump supporting Christians who claim to love Jesus, but have no social consciousness, or don’t care about the needs of disadvantaged minorities in the U.S. Finally, Dr. Ben Carson was a great neurosurgeon, but in my opinion he is ineffective as the HUD Secretary, totally out of touch with the people he is supposed to serve.

The opportunities are for anyone who makes choices to do what’s right and want them. People are ungrateful to God and each other to be so evil and destructive. The Lord will repay. We will love our neighbor as ourselves. God is love. The thief comes to rob, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to bring life, and life more abundant. Thank you Lord .HELP .in Jesus name amen.

After watching (and sharing) these perspectives on the issue of racism 2020, I just want to thank you for these I naturally agreed with what was said. Our little Northern California town has few minorities. Some feel like they are supporting blm not realizing being white, their pity is upstaging their cause and blanketing humiliation on the message. They don’t need white validation. They need Yeshua.

Amen and Amen. Thank you for sharing this. I love what Office Tatum had to say in this video and another posted on his YouTube channel in which he addresses this issue. The idea of “white privilege” in my opinion is just another tool satan uses to divide people. The term was coined by a professor at Harvard in the 60s, Noel Ignatiev, who was a member of the Communist Party USA and called for abolishing the white race. This is no different than calls to abolish the black race. Who are we to decide what races should or should not exist? “And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth.” Acts 17:26

Like Officer Tatum, I refuse to buy into the concept of “white privilege” as I know that with God’s help I have the same opportunities available to me to pursue and achieve good as anyone else. And I have done so.

It is by God’s sovereignty that we come into this world in whatever form we show up–male, female, black, white, brown, whatever. And the only thing we owe each other is to love one another. Whenever we make judgments about others based on physical traits over which we have no control or deem that people with certain traits are less acceptable than others, we’re telling God that He made a mistake. He doesn’t make mistakes. Psalm 139 says that in His book all my members were written and in continuance fashioned when as yet there was none. It is time we stop worshiping one skin color over another and one race over another or demonizing one race or skin color over another and accept that each of us is created in the image and likeness of God for His purpose, and are uniquely beautiful and precious to Him.

Father, please help us to move beyond judging outward appearances and begin to see each other and love each other the way that you see and love us. In this we know that your law is fulfilled in us.

Father God, Thank You for using this man to speak truth in a way that is very easy to understand and appeals to common sense (which appears not to be so common anymore). I pray that you would bless the work he is doing dispel deception and give him large exposure to reach many who need to hear this. Protect him and all those like him who are bold to speak into the deceptive message the main stream media is pushing. I pray that his message would resonate. Please bless the efforts of all like him, Candace Owens, Dennis Prager, Charlie Kirk, and myriads of others who are willing to boldly proclaim truth at this critical time in our nation. We also ask that You would divinely move our nation back to You and Your ways. We ask this in the name above all names, Jesus Christ.

Yes, amen. Indeed, there are many other black voices that believe we are blessed in this country to be able to choose avenues of self-expression and self-actuaization that are constructive and uplifting…for both ourselves, and our communities.

I absolutely love Brandon Tatums wisdom but it’s just too much common sense for the race baiters running amuck inflicting guilt and shame. I refuse to succumb, because that ideology is dangerous. Christians know that all that guilt and shame was paid for at the Cross. Mine, yours, and all mankind that repents and is born again. Thanks to Brandon for setting the record straight and using his God given common sense.

Mr. Tatum, Thank you. I heard your PragerU presentation awhile back, and, it was spot-on!

Our National Democratic Socialist Party has been chipping away at Truth in the Public Square ever since it was birthed in the early 1800’s, though it’s seeds are truly found in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, are they not?

Paul explains the plight of the human condition very well in Romans 1:18-32. Today, as God and His righteousness has been repeatedly been rejected in all tenants of life, better yet Twisted beyond recognition (will the real Jesus please stand up!), the man of lawlessness is moving in for the kill. (Wherever the Body is gathered the Vultures will be).

I see Predjuduce of Pride, unbridled, fueling condescending positions fueling discord, fanning fear, hate, greed. Without humility Self-righteousness is the result.

We need Revival right about now, one that is unprecedented in our time. With men and women whom God has been preparing to come forward in peace without compromise to speak Truth to the Body, five fold Ministries operating in their purest state, with a host of prophetic intercessors clearing their way.
