Thank God for our godly Vice President. As you pray for the midterms, take a minute to pray for him and ask God to fill Congress with men and women with faith and strength like him.
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. (Rom 13:1)
With less than two weeks left until Election Day, Republicans are pulling out all the stops to maintain their majority, sending the president and vice president all over the country.
Vice President Mike Pence stopped by Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia Wednesday night to give US Rep. Scott Taylor the last minute boost he needs to beat Democratic opponent Elaine Luria and keep his seat in the house.
“Virginia and America need Scott Taylor back,” Pence told an excited crowd.
Pence opened his speech by forcefully condemning the suspicious packages sent to multiple Democratic leaders like former president Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
“As the president said, acts or threats of political violence of any kind have no place in the United States of America,” he said. “We will get to the bottom of this. Those responsible will be brought to justice.”…
“The sweetest thing the president and I ever hear is when people grab a hand and say, ‘I’m praying for you,'” Pence shared, adding that America especially needs prayer during such a divided time.
“I actually just encourage you, if you bow the head and bend the knee in the next 13 days, just pray for America,” he said.
Taylor said he was honored the vice president reached out to campaign for him, and told CBN News even though his race is tight, he feels confident he’ll be heading back to Washington.
“I think tonight was a huge statement of force that shows that we have tremendous support and momentum going into Election Day, so I feel great about it,” Taylor explained.
Taylor’s seat is one of many Republicans can’t afford to lose if they want to keep their House majority. (Excerpts from Abigail Robertson and Emily Jones artcle on CBN News)

Lord God, i pray that more Christians would be praying for our country and our officials as you have told us to do. i pray that all Christians would fulfill their civic duty by voting Biblical values such as Sanctity of life, marriage according to God’s Word, and religious liberty. I in like manner therefore pray your special blessing of grace on all Republicans who are running, and pray that you, our Lord, would make all their crooked roads straight, that you would bless the works of their hands, that you Lord would make them the head and not the tail. Is IFA praying for Godly Democrats as well? I am an evangelical Christian and Democrat (not an oxymoron) who served as a legislator in state government. I facilitated a weekly prayer breakfast.
Religious liberty, anti-abortion, gay and transgender rights are not the only Biblical issues. Christians are mandated (Gen 2:15) to care for God’s Creation, also a “matter of life” issue.

Thank you for your comment. It is really encouraging to hear that you facilitated a weekly prayer breakfast as a legislator. IFA encourages prayer for all elected officials, regardless of party. On our website anyone can search for their elected officials and send them prayer messages. We are thankful for godly officials, no matter what party.

I am a watcher during the hours of 3 am to 6 am Both President Trump, his wife and family, Vice President Pence, his wife and family and all Republican running for office to fulfill God Wahweh’s agenda. I call forth legions, and legions 10,000 fold to stand protecting them and to do battle against the evil forces of darkness and witchcraft, during the sleeping hours. And in Yeshua’s precious name I plead His blood over all God’s people and so it is done in full faith accepting the call which compels the answer. Victory for our Lord Whom we love and obediently obey. Amen
As I become more aware of the problems and corruption that is going on I am saddened. I alone can accomplish nothing. As a believer I Know and say that God is still in control. We believers must now pray, pray, and stand firm on God’s word. It’s still the same. In Jesus’ name, Amen
The Lord said there will be a “Red Tsunami” on election day. He is sending the President more help as He promised him so Mr. Trump can continue accomplishing God’s agenda. I pray for protection, wisdom, and discernment for Pres. Trump and V.P. Pence in Jesus name. God said Mr. Trump will serve 2 terms then V. P. Pence will serve 2 terms. Be aware that there will be unrest after the elections due to some of the Dems.who will pay people to cause violence and angry demons they listen to. But God is still in control and those who have been tampering with America’s election process and other evil things going on behind political closed doors are being exposed praise God!
