Reports have confirmed that the House of Representatives will vote on the 25th Amendment today. What is the 25th Amendment?
The amendment has four sections and was added to the Constitution after the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It was created to allow for the Vice President to take over as president should the sitting president die or resign, be unable to carry out his duties, or if the president is deemed unfit—which the Left has insisted the entire four years Trump has been in office.
To date only two sections of the amendment have been used until now. It is Section 4, which the House Democratic leadership insists must be voted on today (January 12) but which requires Vice President Pence’s agreement.
Section 4 according to the Legal Information Institute says, “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
The Democrats have hinted at using the 25th Amendment several times since 2017 in their ongoing attempts to remove the President. According to an article in USA Today outlining the amendment, “The vice president and a majority of the Cabinet could declare the president unable to ‘discharge the powers and duties of his office.’”
However, if the president disputes that determination, two-thirds of both the House and the Senate must then vote to put the vice president in charge.
If they are unable to get the needed votes for the measure, Pelosi has said impeachment proceedings will begin on Wednesday.
The bigger question is, since Trump has agreed to a peaceful transition, why are the Democrats continuing their relentless pursuit to remove the president with only eight days left in Trump’s term? What are they so afraid of?
Lord, we lift up our nation in prayer which is already splintered with division. We pray for our House and Senate members and the Vice President as this measure is forced to a vote. Lord, we pray for wisdom and truth in every matter dealing with this issue.
We pray Your protection for those who are not in agreement that they will not be forced to comply or harmed if they don’t. We pray Your protection over the lives of our president and his family.

Mr pence you have restored your standing in the Christian world. I know you are trying to uphold the lord and the constitution while you yourself are being giving the same horrible treatment mr trump battled through while on the same hand you both did a far then excellant performance. Everything was so clear that it was working in the lords favor. We as Christians see the absolute truth in the enemies nasty attacks. They are just like Adolf Hitler in that they want absolute power and want to destroy their political opponents, 75 million plus American Patriots that support President Donald Trump.

Please pray for protection for our President Trump.
The impeachment will likely pass in the Democrat-majority House, and then 2/3 of the Senate will be required. This could have consequences not yet settled due to lack of precedent, like preventing Trump from running for office again, participating in US business, or having ongoing security detail. This could also be to lay the ground for charges of treason which has a death penalty.
Please pray for righteous government and for wisdom to be with President Trump and courage to be with those who can bring the truth to light in some way. Please pray for all of Trump’s supporters as there are attempts to label them domestic terrorists. The language about supposed insurrection could be used by the Democrats to instate the Insurrection Act and create martial law. This can have implications of cutting off conservatives from buying & selling goods (some have been blocked from using credit cards or PayPal), being added to do-not-fly lists (no ability to travel out of the continent), monitoring conservative’s travel (who they visit, where they go, what they purchase), etc.
In the meantime, it may be wise to prepare for possible scenarios including being de-platformed, supply chain breaks, etc. Many are also deciding to not support companies which counteract their values, including those censoring and advocating for values that do not align with Christianity.
While you are able, people may want to consider contacting their representatives in the government and voice their support/dissent to recent actions such as their stance on the electoral college vote and impeachment attempts, or calls for free speech (or lack thereof).
Lord, we pray for Your wisdom through these troubling times. We pray for wisdom and discernment of what You would have us do, and when and how to act. We pray for courage and that attempts to deceive, manipulate, and intimidate people from speaking the truth or acting according to Your will would not prevail. We pray especially for righteous leaders in the government and church. We pray for true peace, not empty words. We pray for freedom, not tyranny. We pray for safety and protection for the family of believers that proclaim You as their Savior and trust in You. Please help us to put You above all, Lord. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
Lord this is a coordinated attack on President Trump and is spiritual wickedness in high places. Lord please would you deliver President Trump from the brood of vipers. Lord if they were without sin, they could cast the first stone. But many Democrats supported the violence of last summer. Lord they are desperate to stop President Trump from being against them as they are scared of his support. If Biden had 80 million voters as alleged, why are they afraid of President Trump running again?
Lord something is not right and we ask that you would expose the enemy’s tactics. Lord stop this constant attack on President Trump. They should be impeached for lying about him for the last 4 years.

I don’t think so, because Mike Pence did not support the objections against the electoral college results or send investigations back to the states. They may have had some sort of deal with him.
