I Prayed have prayed
Father, we pray for Story and Clark as they fight against corruption and injustice. Promote integrity in our school boards, God, so that lawsuits like this never happen again.

Two parents have filed a lawsuit against a Texas School Board, alleging the Board illegally acted to silence them to prevent exposure of their misdeeds.

From a press release by Jeremy Story, one of the parents suing the school board. Residents of Round Rock, TX, an Austin suburb, filed a federal lawsuit against 5 Round Rock ISD school board Trustees, the district Superintendent, former school district Chief of Police and several other school district Police Officers after they violated parents’ constitutional rights in a concerted attempt to coverup the board’s misdeeds and silence the community they were sworn to serve.  This story concerns issues of both abortion and parental rights in education which has been prevalent in current news.

Let the IFA community know how to pray for you

Filed by Jeremy Story, a minister, and Dustin Clark, a former army Captain, the suit claims, the Defendants conspired to deprive Story and Clark of fundamental constitutional rights when they sought to: a) reveal Defendants’’illegal hiring of RRISD Superintendent Hafedh Azaiez; b) expose Azaiez’s physical assault of his pregnant mistress after she refused to abort his unborn child, and c) object to an RRISD Board vote of a tax rate that was effectively closed, violating the Texas Open Meetings Act.

Story stated, “We are two of many residents who have been harmed by the actions of RRISD. This case demonstrates the abuse of power by some school boards across America. Most educators serve from a genuine selfless desire to academically help students. Other renegade administrations are destroying public education with personal agendas and fiscal corruption going well beyond academics.”

The complaint contains several shocking highlights:

  • Five of seven board members secretly and unlawfully worked together behind the scenes to favor and facilitate the hire of the Superintendent.
  • Some board members precipitated the assault by informing the Superintendent they had been contacted by a woman claiming to be in relationship with him who was concerned for her safety.
  • School board members were privately informed the Superintendent had a protective order for family violence against him but, some conspired to hide the issue.
  • Dustin Clark was escorted out of a board meeting for pointing out the board was illegally voting in a tax increase while locking the public out of the board room.
  • School district police dragged Jeremy Story off the speaking stand during the public comment period at the bequest of board members and the Superintendent.
  • Later the same month, school police bear-hugged Jeremy Story around a poll and pushed him to the floor to keep him and other parents from entering a public board meeting.
  • After these efforts failed to silence them, Clark and Story were illegally arrested at their homes.
  • After two dissenting board members tried to do the right thing; they were victims of a malicious public censure attempt by the five board member defendants.

Plaintiff Clark noted, “In the past 12 months, we have witnessed five Round Rock ISD trustees, police, and a few district administrators engage in lawlessness, intentionally subverted the rights of parents and Round Rock tax-paying citizens. Their concerted actions have demonized and suppressed certain people who advocate for children and their own rights as citizens. Filing this lawsuit shows these perpetrators their misconduct and lawlessness will no longer be tolerated.”

The district has experienced a more than 30-million-dollar deficit due to a recent decline in enrollment by over 4,000 students. The district has an ‘F’ financial rating with the state and has experienced significant teacher and administrator resignations. All local authorities have abdicated prosecuting the charges brought by the school district against Clark and Story. The Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, recently agreed to do a full investigation of the school district as well as evaluate the arrests of Clark and Story.

Lord, I decree Psalms 91 and Isaiah 54:17 over Story and Clark and their families, business, etc. We thank you that the Host of Heaven surrounds them and their families and every parent that is standing for true justice for their children. May their voices be heard. Let the powers (Paxton) that be rule righteously in the favor of these two brave Father’s. May there be restitution and repentance from the RR School Board, the police officer’s and all those who took part in those criminal acts against these two Father’s. Restore peace bring true forgiveness on both sides as YOUR Justice Prevails.

It is tragic that this was allowed to go on for as long as it apparently has. It is good that these men have taken a stand and also that the State of Texas is now investigating. Too many Boards across the country think they have power when what they really have is a responsibility to the children of their district. They kowtow to unions, they endanger our children with a genuine lack of morality, a lack of patriotism, and forget that parents have rights.

Not a surprise at all …these are the tactics of deception. It happens in many places. We pray for truth to prevail. We know that if God is for us, who can be against us? We press into God for protection and no fear, for He is with us. Thank you Jesus!

O Lord God, Protect these two men and their families for standing up for what is right and righteous. Expose the corruption and those involved and give the courts Godly wisdom regarding their punishments not only for this situation but from the highest offices in our land to the lowest courts and throughout this nation from East to West and from the South to the North borders. Let righteousness reign over our land once again. Praise your holy name!

You can bet that as long as the school boards continue their over- the- top overreach methods to manipulate and control, suppress the rights of parents and students alike, that there is going to be public outcry. What this, and numerous other school boards are trying to accomplish, is completely wrong, and influenced by the Enemy. Lord, please let this evil, wrong behavior on the part of the school boards be not only exposed, but brought to justice- Your justice! In Jesus’ name.

Thanks for this report! God bless you men for taking the necessary steps for dealing with unrighteous corruption in your territory. “The righteous are bold as a lion”. I thank God for you, for helping encourage others and pave the way for more God fearing people to stand against darkness. Let all things be in the light. True believers have to understand rejection by men is NOT the worst thing. Rejection by God IS. There is a battle going on right NOW and it’s no time to be wimpy.

Dear Lord, I do ask you to bring all of the sinful dealings of this school board and their superintendent to the light – so that all of the voters in their district can be informed about what has been going on. Stir them up to do all they can to fight back and protect their children. Cause the voters to remove these people and replace them with individuals who are equipped to do a good job and will listen to You and obey your voice and the voices of the parents. I ask all of this in Jesus name and thank you dear Lord for hearing us.

I am grateful for the courage and persistence of Story and Clark in this matter. I hope they inspire many others in other school districts in other states to take action rather than remain silent and safe. They are paying a personal price as they stand against the corruption of their school board, and we should all be grateful they are willing to suffer the costs of their harassment and arrests etc. – parents should not be shut out of “public” school board meetings, board members are elected, they work for and answer to the citizens that elected them. I understand the large drop in student enrollment, if change cannot be brought about, of course parents are going to “rescue” their children and put them in other schools where they do have input or will homeschool them. These are dangerous times – in the name of “diversity, equity and inclusion” schools are “including” only the approved woke narrative while excluding everything else, including facts, truth and Biblical truth, they are rewriting history and remaking children in some grotesque image, instead of helping them to reach their God given potential, they are creating helpless robot victims rather than critical thinkers, consumers of the biographies of courageous persons in history showing them how to face adversity and triumph, – no these schools are not raising up free citizens who embrace courage and self-sacrifice and independence but rather entitled victims who think everyone owes them and government should take care of them. Equity eliminates the need for personal responsibility, we all must have the same outcome no matter whether we contribute or work or produce or not. These are not the values that built America and made her great. Prayers for these two men, for their protection and success as they battle Goliath and prayers that many would take heart from their example that wrongs can still be righted through proper legal channels and people’s voices heard by voting in different individuals who will rise up and serve on school boards and in local government – serving their communities and God by serving “as unto the Lord.” http://www.mtothe5th.wordpress.com

My sister is a school teacher in another state, but it sounds like the same story. I believe Satan is after the children. Please pray like you have never prayed before. Pray for teachers, parents, and most of all our children.
