Just when you thought the lies couldn’t get any worse. Just when you thought they couldn’t become more disturbing. Sadly, this week, the Leftists have outdone themselves. Their latest lies are not only nauseating but also likely to unleash a deep urgency for prayer.

The first lie told by the Left this week is one that’s sure to make your stomach turn. It involves the tragic flash flooding in Kerr County, Texas, which has resulted in the deaths of over 100 people, including at least 36 children as of July 9, 2025. Upwards of 161 people are still confirmed as missing, according to Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha. Some of the dead include 27 campers and counselors from an all-girls Christian summer camp called Camp Mystic. Victims as young as eight years old were swept out of their cabins in the early morning hours of July 4. Numbers of the dead and missing are expected to rise as the search for victims continues and more information is updated.

Flooding Disaster Brings Out the Worst in the Left

When news of this horrific flood hit the newsfeeds, some Leftists became unhinged with emotion. But instead of expressing concern or heartbreak, these people celebrated the deaths of Christian children because “they lived in a state that voted for President Trump.” One post said, “Cry harder. Texas deserves it.” Another said, “It’s God’s will, of course. That’s what God would have wanted, right Republicans– Ha, ha, ha, ha…my empathy for these red-neck reject states is zero…Let’s start the hurricanes.”

A Pediatrician Goes Rogue

Texas pediatrician Dr. Christina Propst is being called a “monster” after she published a post that cheered the deaths of MAGA children. It read, “May all visitors, children, non-MAGA voters, and pets be safe and dry. Kerr County MAGA voted to gut FEMA. They deny climate change. May they get what they voted for. Bless their hearts.” Ultimately, the doctor was fired from Blue Fish Pediatrics for her hate-filled comments.

Former Mayoral Appointee Spews Racial Hate

If that weren’t bad enough, Sade Perkins, a former Houston mayoral appointee, called Camp Mystic a “white-only girls” Christian camp. She specified, “They don’t even have a token Asian. They don’t have a token Black person.” Perkins suggested that no one would care about the missing and dead children if they were minorities. She added, “They want you to have sympathy for these people. They want you to get out of your bed and come outta your home and go find these people, donate your money to go find these people. Meanwhile, they are deporting your family members, meanwhile, they are setting up concentration camps, and prisons for your family members. And I need ya’ll to keep that in mind, before y’all get out there and put on your rain boots, and go find little girls.”

Anything Goes on the Left

These comments are not only disturbing, they are utterly heartbreaking. The Left continues to attack those who have supported President Donald Trump and hold to the “anything goes” approach. A New York Post Editorial explained, “Such deranged venom is the upshot of years of race-based grievance-mongering on the Left, along with radical dehumanizing of Americans who happen to think differently.”

The Left Blames Trump

Leftists have suggested that the Trump Administration’s new budget cuts to the National Weather Service are the reason why the disaster caused so much carnage. But that story doesn’t hold water because the cuts were not scheduled to take place until October 1, 2025. Furthermore, warnings of flooding were given in advance according to the National Weather Service’s own timeline. Houston meteorologist Matt Lanza explained, “In this particular case, we have seen absolutely nothing to suggest that current staffing or budget issues within NOAA and the NWS played any role at all in this event. Anyone using this event to claim that is being dishonest.”

The truth is that the Left should repent for their callous, inappropriate responses to the Texas flooding. It shows the sad state of many darkened hearts, which are overflowing with hate instead of grief. Only the saving grace and power of Jesus Christ can break the grip of these strongholds.

Disgruntled Voters Call for Violence

Another disturbing lie told by the Left this week revolves around disgruntled Democratic voters. They insist that the presidency of Donald Trump has driven them to no other choice but blood and violence. Even though he was duly elected in 2024 by the overwhelming majority of American citizens, he is “not fit to serve” and must therefore be removed using only the most extreme tactics.

They Must Have Blood

Democratic lawmakers are reporting that some within their base of voters have asked them to “circumvent the rule of law,” and that “blood is needed” to get the job done. Their constituents want political violence and insurrection, whatever it takes to get President Trump out of office.

An article in Axios titled Democrats Told to “Get Shot” for the Anti-Trump Resistance states, “At town halls in their districts and in one-on-one meetings with constituents and activists, Democratic members of Congress are facing a growing thrum of demands to break the rules, fight dirty — and not be afraid to get hurt.” Some told Axios, “they see a growing anger among their base that has, in some cases, morphed into a disregard for American institutions, political traditions and even the rule of law.”

We Want You to “Get Shot”

Speaking with at least two dozen Democrats, Axios reported that many are saying that their voters want them to “up the ante” by using “brute force,” and even allow themselves to “get shot.” One Democrat warned, “What I have seen is a demand that we get ourselves arrested intentionally or allow ourselves to be victims of violence.” Another lawmaker explained, “It’s like…the Roman coliseum. People want more and more of this spectacle.”

Some of the interviewed Democrats expressed concern that when voters are told to “channel their frustration into a focus on winning back Congress in 2026,” they become irate and will not listen to reason.

In a twisted turn of events, even Democrats are becoming disturbed by their own voter base. Of course, none of this should be a surprise because their continual lies about everything from immigration to gender politics have fueled the idea that blood and violence must be used to remove President Trump. Apparently, the attempted assassinations of President Donald Trump, as well as the unruly Los Angeles riots and “No Kings” protests, aren’t enough to satisfy their taste for revenge and power.

The truth is that President Trump and a majority of Americans do not want violence, blood, or unbridled power. Citizens voted to protect the Constitution and the biblical foundations that created this one-of-a-kind nation. We must pray for anyone who believes that lawmakers need to “get shot” to “save democracy.”

Leftists are Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud

The third lie told by the Left this week comes from a news outlet called NOTUS (News of the United States), which claims to be non-partisan. A little digging, however, reveals their close association with the left-leaning Politico. On July 7, 2025, they ran an article titled Trump Fired Them. Now They’re Plotting to Stop Him. The byline reads, “Former USAID and State Department officials worried about the future of democracy in America say they’re actively organizing to resist Trump, inside and outside of government.”

The big lie is revealed right away in the first two paragraphs of the article. “Some of the democracy-building experts President Donald Trump fired this year from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the State Department are now reapplying the skills and knowledge they built up over decades to undermine Trump’s power.”

It continues, “For years, these officials were stationed across the globe actively supporting opposition movements in autocratic nations. Now they’ve got time, a network of former colleagues, and a growing sense of moral indignation.” A currently employed federal official who didn’t want to be named stated, ‘Take it from those of us who worked in authoritarian countries: We’ve become one.”

The hypocrisy in those statements is obvious. The so-called “democracy-building experts” contend that the United States has become an “authoritarian nation,” and those with “moral indignation” must take matters into their own hands.

USAID Track Record is not “Moral”

To counter this lie, one needs only to pull up the record of USAID to clearly see the corruption and fraud within. While the agency claims to utilize taxpayer dollars for civilian foreign aid and development assistance, investigations have uncovered money being used to fund terrorism, gender affirming care (transgender ideology), Marxist indoctrination, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), climate change initiatives, anti-American propaganda, and sexual perversion. Additionally, billionaires such as George Soros and Bill Gates were given seats at the table of influence. Not only was the agency being used to promote a radical leftist agenda worldwide, but documents also show that USAID “shipped thousands of viral samples to a lab in Wuhan over the course of a 10-year program even though it had no formal agreement with the lab in place” through a public health program called PREDICT.

One does not build a democracy through fraud, immoral behavior, and irrational ideologies, but this is not stopping the Left from holding workshops that will teach a tactic called “noncooperation.” The goal is to encourage government workers to “engage in even minor acts of rebellion in the office.” They hope this will lead to a nationwide general strike.

Taking Lessons from the CIA?

Even more disturbing is that some of these “Trump opponents” are sharing an old CIA pamphlet called “Simple Sabotage” so they can “demoralize their enemies.” Others claim to be creating an underground insurgency like those that existed during the Nazi occupation.

The truth is that while these “insurgents” pretend to be “the resistance which fights tyranny,” it’s obvious their plan was stolen from the pages of a communist playbook. USAID wasn’t gutted because it’s moral. On the contrary, it was shuttered because it failed to execute the mission it was tasked with, and instead pursued immoral agendas.

The lies told by the Left this week are beyond disturbing. As intercessors, we must be the ones to “up the ante” by praying more and appealing to Jesus for help. Lord, we ask for your mighty hand to be upon our nation and citizens. Have mercy on us and change the hearts of those who are filled with hate and revenge.
