In what is seen as a major victory for transplant patients who did not take the COVID vaccine, one of the largest transplant centers in the United States reversed its policy to require the jab in order to be eligible for an organ transplant.
The University of Michigan (UM) announced its new policy on May 4 just before court proceedings were about to get underway in a lawsuit filed against it for declaring patients ineligible for an organ transplant unless they agreed to the jab. …
In a written statement, UM said it was “new information” that led to the “voluntary decision” to reverse its policy. …
The UM decision fell on the same day a federal judge chastised Maine Assistant Attorney General Kimberly Patwardhan for filing a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed on behalf of health care workers who lost their job for refusing to get their COVID vaccine.
“You obviously have not been reading the U.S. Supreme Court precedent on this or else you would not have filed your motion to dismiss,” Judge Sandra Lynch said to Patwardhan.
Lynch made the comments during oral arguments in the case before a three-judge panel of First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. The case is being argued by Matt Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel, on behalf of the health care workers.
The rural New England state is one of six that banned religious exemptions from vaccine mandates.
The others are New York, California, Connecticut, West Virginia, and Mississippi.
Last month in Mississippi, in what many parents opposed to vaccines are hoping will become a national precedent, a federal court judge ruled that outlawing religious exemptions from vaccines including school-required immunization was unconstitutional and ordered the provision restored.
Such rulings follow a Supreme Court decision that found it is discriminatory for states to consider other kinds of exemptions from the vaccine while denying religious ones. …

I thank GOD for my pastors and my church that completely ignored the government regarding the lockdowns, the mandates, and the many lies! GOD was revealing the Truth of everything going on in many ways and I and my church just drew closer to CHRIST and HIS WORD! My pastors left the decision of what to do about covid and the vaccines up to each member! I personally was not about to get any shot that while biden mandated shots for us, the government was exempt from taking them! Yet biden kept saying we are in this together! FATHER GOD thank YOU for ordering our steps and directing our path and protecting my family and church during the mandates and during covid! Help us to always seek our direction from YOU in every situation in JESUS MIGHTY NAME! Amen!
Yes please protect our medical and religious freedoms away from this COVID-19 mayhem that has killed more people than we will ever know. Keep the momentum of truth flowing!!

Lord, we pray more will wake up and put pressure on our leaders to not bow to this tyrannical takeover of our bodies!
agree, this is not a good outcome, giving control to the WHO and UN – even our own government should not have control of our own healthcare – that should be between physician and patient – government has overreached in too many areas and healthcare is definitely one of them. Meanwhile six million plus individuals have entered our country and they have not been required to test or receive the shot for covid (or any other diseases) they don’t pay taxes but they receive services and may be allowed to vote? Could we go illegally, or legally to another country and vote in their elections – of course not! Being subject to our own government where we still elect our officials, is concerning enough. Why would we cede our sovereignty to global entities that don’t have our best interests at heart – but rather want to destroy us in the name of what – equity? – or of communism? or of saving the environment? in the name of “human rights” they are attempting depopulation, enslaving millions (look at China) – basically under the guise of “human rights” they are taking away our rights – our God given rights/freedoms – and the first step in doing this is to take away God. With God gone or out of the picture/national discourse – there are no inalienable, God given rights so it falls to government to bestow on us what it deigns we should receive. Not good – never ends well. Look at history. Supposedly we still have a government “of the people, by the people, for the people.” Well, WE are the people! So if this is still true, we had better wake up, rise up, speak up, after falling down on our knees and crying out to our God from whom all blessings flow. Our rights/freedoms come from Him, our Creator not from government as is the case in communism. The bigger problem is the WHO conference in Geneva Switzerland, starting on May 21. They will be voting on giving all healthcare mandates to the WHO for all countries and all the world. Last year the vote had to be unanimous. One country, Botswana, would not vote for it. So they are voting again this year. Our UN rep has the only vote for our country. Biden has advised him to agree. This means, in the next pandemic, and they already know there will be another, the WHO and the UN will be in control of every human being on this earth. This is the beginning of the One World Order. This is not a conspiracy theory. Please pray fervently.

The last time I looked I read that JESUS said “all power in Heaven and earth is given unto HIM” and HE gave it to us to go into all the world, telling of JESUS and salvation and healing and delivering people from the devil and his demons! The Bible also says we will have whatsoever we say so I say that I bind every lie and falsehood coming from the UN and the WHO and biden and his weakling crony bullies! I decree that America is now and forever will be one nation under GOD until JESUS comes back for HIS Glorious church not having spot or wrinkle! And definitely NOT under any authority but GOD’S!
