Earlier this year — just over three years since that initial declaration — the Biden administration announced the state of emergency would end on May 11. … On Thursday, the accompanying public health emergency also came to a close, closing the book on America’s response to the worldwide pandemic. …
In most cases, the end of the national emergency and the public health emergency won’t immediately throw the switch on pandemic rules. With some exceptions, the majority of the policy adjustments provide a window of time to make necessary changes.
Telehealth services
After Trump declared a state of emergency, the Food and Drug Administration approved rules allowing doctors to virtually prescribe medications. … Proponents of returning to pre-pandemic processes say the reversal will help supply patients who need medication the most by increasing the level of scrutiny for prescriptions. Title 42 and immigration

Under the national health emergency, various federal and state incentives encouraged healthcare providers to prioritize COVID-19 treatment and testing services. If states maintained eligibility standards, kept their premiums the same price, provided COVID-19 testing, and didn’t increase taxpayer contribution requirements, they would become eligible to receive increased federal funding for Medicaid. … The removal of guidelines like these may mean a change in coverage, price, or eligibility for users and hospitals. …
Liability protections under the PREP Act
Legally, the United States had already taken steps to deal with a widespread disease outbreak long before the coronavirus. In the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, Congress outlined legal protections for medical providers in an emergency. …
On a larger scale, a wide range of manufacturers also fell under the PREP Act. Any company devoted to “creating covered countermeasures” was shielded from liability. … Most notably, drugmakers like Pfizer and Moderna would receive protections in exchange for developing vaccines in record times.
While the powers granted by the PREP Act won’t expire until December 2024, their provisions are directly triggered by the declaration of a public health emergency.

‘Normal’ is not coming back, but Jesus is !!
This whole Covid thing was and is nothing more than a conspiracy against our government and the way our country is run. It’s an attempt to change to Socialism and Marxism similar to the country of China’s government. This is being facilitated by the corruption of the Joe Biden family. Our country desperately needs our prayers and our votes for people that value conservative and Christian lifestyles based on the Bible, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. After much prayer, Bible reading for over 50 years, and total submission to Godly will I am impressed by the Holy Spirit that we are at a huge turning point here in the USA and that what happens in the presidential election in 2024 will determine the fate of our country and when the one world government of Revelation will take over and also when the Rapture will occur, although only God the Father knows the day and the time that. Jesus will return for all believers. May God give us leadership that will stand up annointed by Him to defeat totally all the evil that is rising up to crush the believers!! Above all, let God’s perfect Holy Beautiful Will be Done. Jesus has already WON our victory. Stand up with God all of God’s Children. Above all, serve Him now with all your heart and gifts. The time is crucial. The time is NOW!! PRAY, then ACT. In Jesus’s Name, AMEN.
Father, we look to you. May we not walk in fear but in trust. May we be involved in the spiritual warfare needed to protect our country. We desire restoration, but may it come hand in hand with truth in you.
The FDA, CDC, and The Biden Administration Censored Doctors, blocked cheap medicines that could have lessened the disease’s effects and turned the tical Chinese caused Pandemic into a political power grab for Democrats. They used it to steal the 2020 Election to give the loser, Biden the Presidency after they saw the Trump votes passing Biden’s total, they simply stopped counting. They isolated healthy people let big box stores open and closed down small businesses. The American people now see the US Government for what it truly is. The Enemy of the American People. They want us disarmed, poor, and out of work. They want to limit food production and make energy scarce. They want all the Nations to join the insane WEF, UN, and create a global digital currency to control what we buy, where we go, what we do, and what we eat. They will allow China to pollute and control the planet. Will we ever be able to VOTE OUT dangerous politicians again? Unlikely.
