I Prayed have prayed
Lord God, we ask that You be near to our nation’s leaders as they may be facing distress. Give them clear answers to the problems they may be facing.

  • “There are statutes that deal with incitement to riot, and it’s not even close that the president engaged in what would be considered criminal conduct,” he said, according to Radio.com. “Then there’s a test called the Brandenburg test set down by the Supreme Court. I analyzed that at length, and that isn’t even close to met. I don’t believe there’s a chance in the world they’re going to be able to demonstrate he committed those crimes, or even anything approaching them.
  • Democrats, meanwhile, argued in their Feb. 2 brief that Trump deserves a conviction because he shouldn’t be able to hold office in the future.

An attorney for former President Donald Trump said he won’t bring up claims about election fraud while defending the former president during the upcoming impeachment trial.

“There are plenty of questions about how the election was conducted throughout the country, but that’s for a different forum, and I don’t believe that’s important to litigate in the Senate trial because you don’t need it,” attorney Bruce Castor told KYW Newsradio Philadelphia. “President Trump has plenty to win with what he has.” . . .

“I don’t know where people got that notion that was some sort of litmus test to get to defend the president, because as you saw from the document I filed, which had to be approved by the president personally, there isn’t anything in there about the election being stolen,” Castor said.

Castor and fellow Trump lawyer David Schoen filed a response to House Democratic impeachment managers on Feb. 2, arguing that the impeachment trial is unconstitutional because Trump doesn’t currently hold office. They also argued that Trump has a First Amendment right to express his views about the accuracy of the election results. . . .

“Just because somebody gave a speech and people got excited, it doesn’t mean it’s the speechmaker’s fault—it’s the people who got excited and did what they know is wrong,” Castor said in pushing back against Democrats, referring to Trump’s remarks to a crowd on Jan. 6.

In the interview, he avoided detailing his arguments but stressed that Trump has plenty of precedents to side with.

“There are statutes that deal with incitement to riot, and it’s not even close that the president engaged in what would be considered criminal conduct,” he said, according to Radio.com. “Then there’s a test called the Brandenburg test set down by the Supreme Court. I analyzed that at length, and that isn’t even close to met. I don’t believe there’s a chance in the world they’re going to be able to demonstrate he committed those crimes, or even anything approaching them. . . .

Based on a vote last week—in which 45 Republican senators rejected holding an impeachment trial outright—it appears unlikely that Trump will be convicted. Many Republican senators agreed that it would be unconstitutional to convict a former president who doesn’t hold office.

At least 17 Republican senators would have to join Democrats to convict a president in a Senate trial. . . .

Trump’s impeachment trial is scheduled to begin the week of Feb. 8.

If the subject of voter fraud is not brought up then they are saying its OK that Biden won by cheating. Voter fraud of any kind or any amount is never acceptable and must be addressed or else elections will be nothing more than formalities. Like steering a car thats airborne.

The problem as I see it is that we have far too many who occupy a seat in Congress as Republicans who are anything but Republicans. They are scary because they are our enemies as well as President Trump’s enemies. These RINOS used our president when they were running for re-election but, they quickly stabbed him in the back after the election. I felt even the Senator from Missouri unjustly blamed Pres. Trump for the siege on the Capitol. We really know who our real friends are in Congress when things got hard. The Republican Party must be reformed with true conservatives, not the weak kneed RINOS who are going along with all of Biden’s bad, bad decisions that if left in place will destroy America.

Mari, go to the website Nations in Action and find out how Italy is involved. It’s not a secret anymore. The information is out, and media is ignoring it.

Lord, You know the Truth! You know who loves Truth! We pray that those who love Truth would know it and be set free! We pray that every lie will be exposed and Truth would be REVEALED! In Jesus’ Name!

Congress has let our citizens down the way its members handled the 2020 general election fraud.

Father God,
Amid all the talks about a second impeachment of President Trump, we are confident it will not succeed because you are on his side and nobody can damage him no matter how vicious his enemies are.

Father, you are the God of truth and justice. We ask you to shine your light upon President Trump so he sees the path ahead of him and prepares himself for it even though it may take years to get there.

Father, I ask you to lift up President Trump in this dark time of the nation’s history so he follows you in humility instead of his own guts, help him to wisely fight off this unfair impeachment, give him the wisdom to continue to fight for the good of America and the world.

I pray this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen

On Jan.6, the Silent Majority showed up in Washington D.C. to support the President they voted for, whom they knew won. They didn’t need any speech from President Trump to make known how they felt. They were there because they knew something happened on Election Day that was very wrong. Their presence alone spoke loud and clear. No rioting, no setting police cars or buildings on fire, no smashing storefront windows, no beating up people, no vandalism, no garbage strewn everywhere, no disorderly conduct. If you look at pictures of the crowd size, and you are a Democrat, it’s no wonder that they had to make up and stage this whole Capitol Seige scam in order to proceed with the cover-up of Election fraud. The current occupier of the Oval Office, who while he was supposed to be campaigning like President Trump was doing, should have been addressing all the violence and rioting last year in Democrat controlled cities. He wasn’t too concerned and that alone tells me he knew he’d win anyway by voter fraud. Now, all they can do is censor, suppress, and cancel anything and everyone who stands for the truth. This can’t be accepted and tolerated too much longer. I’m praying and asking God to intervene and save this Republic.
