ESG is Environmental Social Governance and there are good reasons for half the states to oppose what the Biden Administration is doing. Let’s pray for these states as they challenge the Biden administration.
From The Epoch Times. A coalition of 25 states is suing the Biden administration over a Department of Labor (DOL) rule that affects millions of retirement accounts, the attorneys general of multiple states involved in the lawsuit announced on Wednesday.

The new rule set to take effect on Jan. 30 allows 401(k) managers to invest clients’ money in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) funds, a move that 25 states argue violates the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
According to the lawsuit, the rule puts at risk the retirement savings accounts of 152 million workers, or two-thirds of the U.S. population, totaling $12 trillion in assets, in the name of promoting the Biden administration’s climate agenda.
It does this, the states argue, by making changes to the rule that authorizes fund managers (fiduciaries) to consider and promote “nonpecuniary benefits” (benefits not related to money or financial gain) when making investment decisions. …
The 25 states argue in the lawsuit that the Supreme Court concluded that ERISA requires fund managers to put the financial benefits of investments first and not any nonpecuniary benefits. The lawsuit also contends that the high court directly tied the term “benefits” to “income” and doesn’t cover nonpecuniary benefits.
ESG Investment Strategies ‘Impose a Leftist Social and Economic Agenda’
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said ESG investment strategies are not designed to maximize financial returns for clients.
“Rather, they have been concocted entirely to impose a leftist social and economic agenda that cannot otherwise be implemented through the ballot box,” he said in a statement on Wednesday.
ESG funds generally invest in companies that oppose fossil fuels, support unionization, and stress gender and racial diversity over merit, even if it results in a lower return for the client. ERISA is in place to safeguard American workers’ retirement savings and ensure that fund managers make investments with the highest potential return for their clients. …
The 25 states participating in the lawsuit are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
States Argue the Rule Harms
The states argue that the new rule will lead to a decrease in specific tax revenue from retirement distributions, thereby causing a loss of tax revenue for the states.
Further, the states claim the rule will harm the economic well-being of their residents and will result in reduced investment in the fossil fuel industry, which will decrease revenue, employment, and overall economic activity because several of the states, such as Louisiana, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, have significant oil and gas deposits. …

“Governance is the process of interactions through the laws, norms, power or language of an organized society over a social system.”Definition- Governance- “The action, manner or power of governing.” As I researched on how to pray I felt in my spirit the words—Government control. They use words like- new green deal, we care about environmental relations “ “Governance is the process of interactions through the laws, norms, power or language of an organized society [1] over a social system ( family, tribe, formal or informal organization, a territory or across territories)”. It is done by the government of a state, “ The ESG supports the LGBTQ, matter of fact to be involved in the ESG you as a company owner has to include LGBTQ and their ways. HCM comes in to play ( Human Capital Management) they call this a community —-the Global LGBT per-annual purchasing power (LGBT-GDP, measured as nominal GDP) stood at $3.9 trillion in 2019 – and growing – and similarly for the LGBT+ community’s household. The ESG makes it sound good to new investors and Fund Companies but ignorance is bliss to some when it comes to money. I quote— this is serious business and it will effect many investors who are blinded by a group of People who involve Sexual Immorality in business deals., dealing with retirement accounts that people have saved for their retirement. Then they the ESG pulls in LGBTQ to make sure they get services first. This is wrong, immoral, against God., against American values. I give God praise today for allowing the exposure of another devious plan this administration has put in place to destroy us who do not fall in with their plans. As believers, we know the Lord wants us to be self-sufficient working with our hands. The world does not function in that mindset.. and in the quest to achieve the status of God in the place of our maker-,the one we know to be the true Lord and savior of the universe.. they have sought, and continue to endeavor, to sit in His place.. creating The False Image that our needs can be met by some imaginary endless supply of whatever Humanity needs-, as believers, we know that God does Supply what we need.. but it is not an endless Pandora’s Box that supplies frivolous requests.. and even our needs are not always met in the way we think they should be met-, by Our Lord.. often people have to endure infirmities and other hardships As We Know in fulfilling God’s purpose. Dear Heavenly Father, our government is creating destructive laws and failing to enforce justice. Our economy is being destroyed. Our national security is insecure and our interests abroad have been sullied. This lawsuit points out yet another risk to Americans by this administration. Father, we deserve nothing so I am appealing to You for justice through the sacrifice of Your Son. I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your favor will rest on these states and their influence will spread. I pray this administration will be impotent in every damaging effort or plan. I so hope it would be in Your Will to provide victory after victory to these seeking justice and liberty and every good effort to come. All things are from You, through You and to You. To God be the Glory. Amen
Father God, I am grateful to see my state listed here. I pray that You are working behind the scenes to stop those who want to take the wealth that is not theirs, wealth that You have blessed others with. Please protect people’s investments and do ‘fishes and loaves’ math—bless Your followers by multiplying the little brought to You out of gratitude and use it to be a blessing to Your followers and through Your followers. Halt the evil plans of our enemy and those who are submitting to him. Work mighty miracles. We need Your help and provision.
