Many school districts across the nation are “transitioning” children without their parents’ knowledge or consent. Should the Supreme Court step in to stop them?
From Fox News. A coalition of 17 state attorneys general are asking the Supreme Court to recognize parental rights in a case involving a Maryland school district’s transgender policies.

West Virginia is leading the coalition challenging a case involving parents fighting an appeals court ruling that found they did not have the right to sue Montgomery County Public Schools over a policy that allows teachers and administrators to transition children without their parents’ knowledge or consent.
Plaintiffs in the case dubbed the guideline in question the “Parental Preclusion Policy,” which their lawyers with the National Legal Foundation argued was a violation of their rights under the Fourteenth Amendment. …
In August, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit dismissed the case brought by three parents of students at Montgomery County Public Schools over the district’s “gender support plan” in a 2 to 1 ruling. …
The coalition wrote in their brief that “‘…the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by the Court’ [is] the right of parents to direct the care and custody of their children.” …
Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Virginia joined the West Virginia-led brief.

I pray for kids and parents to know their God given identity and truth that only comes from you 🙏 no matter what Satan tricks people to believe!!
No one has the right over the parents unless they are abusing their children. It seems to me the federal government is abusing Americas children by indoctrination them and allowing minors to go on believng they are another sex besides what their genetic birth assigned them.. These children need our help and should not be taken advantage of because of their undeveloped minds. A person’s mind is not fully developed until their late twenties or early thirties. The Supreme Court needs to step in and see this for what it is. You have never seen this in prior generations that schools over ruled parents rights.
SCOTUS should always be on the side and protect the rights of parents, unless a parent is physically abusing a child. A public school should never have the ‘right’ to do something as radical as ‘transitioning’ a child’s gender! A public school should never have the ‘right’ to do anything outside parental permission. This is genuine insanity from the pit of hell.
The Supreme Court should protect the rights of parents to direct the education of their of their children, especially against school districts that would prevent parents from knowledge of their childrens’ gender identity issues.

HOW COULD THERE BE ANY DISAGREEMENT with this fundamental liberty which is apparently already recognized by our US Courts. I AGREE wholeheartedly that a parent should have the authority to direct “the care & custody” of their own children (including legal adoptions). Any exception to the natural parent(s) having the authority to guide his/their own child’s life would have to be proven through mental/emotional testing & legal assessments.

Minnesota, California have kidnapped youth from other states for the mutilation of children against parents wishes.

…Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it.
How can parents do this if their rights are taken away by schools? Schools are to teach children so that they can be productive and rational in life. Parents teach their children to be resilient and strong, be able to interact with others, and have a strong foundation of faith, as they get older. Teachers who do not have children, any there are many, cannot be trusted to help the parents. Teachers with children need to stand up fur their rights as well. Let parents raise their children and teachers teach productive skills and give information, for their lives, as they get older.
Father I praise you that we live in this era of time when we can pray about these troubling events. Thank you Jesus for calling your children into public schools in order to share your love with these students. May Godly staff and students surround confusion and bring light to each one!
It is a true shame and another travesty of justice. It is also sad that the Supreme Court even has to get involved with this nonsense. Lord,, let it come to pass that the SCOTUS will intervene in this ungodly mess. May these ungodly situations be used for Your purposes, to benefit those who have been injured in any way by this issue. Thank you, Jesus.
