Illegal immigration is a central issue in this election. Arizonans will have the opportunity to criminalize it at the polls.
From The Daily Wire. Voters in Arizona will have the opportunity to enact broad border security measures in November as the state faces a flood of illegal immigration after the Republican-led state legislature passed a resolution that will put the measures on the general election ballot.

The measures, collectively known as the “Secure the Border Act,” include provisions making illegal immigration a state crime, meaning law enforcement will be allowed to arrest illegal immigrants who enter the state. Other states, like Texas and Oklahoma, have enacted similar laws. …
The measure passed 31-29 in the House and 16-13 in the Senate with Republicans in support and Democrats in opposition.
The ballot initiative could drive voters concerned with illegal immigration to the polls — which could hurt President Joe Biden, who has been broadly criticized for his handling of illegal immigration, in the swing state.
According to the text of the resolution, it would empower “law enforcement to protect the public by arresting aliens who fail to enter Arizona’s southern border through official ports of entry.” …

Dear Lord and God Almighty, I pray You will do whatever is necessary to bring order to our border. I pray the same for our government, on every level. It seems as if we are on autopilot. It seems as if we are in a rudderless boat. I pray You will take command Lord and steer us clear of the dangers that are flourishing at our border(s). I pray Your will take command in all ways necessary. I don’t know how but I do believe You can. I pray You will and I do so in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen
Lord, I pray that our Southern borders in particular may be safe for our citizens. I pray that President Biden and other leaders in our government may take actions that restrict immigration as well as strengthen our borders by freely allowing border patrol/law enforcement to simply do their jobs. I pray that drug cartels in particular may be stopped and that these groups or individuals will be incarcerated. May women and children immigrants be free of abuse in particular and may government leaders institute sound policies to deal with illegal immigration in a compassionate as well as just manner.
