State Supreme Court Rules Against Parental Consent for Abortion
Montana’s Supreme Court ruled that a law requiring minors to obtain parental consent for abortion violates the state’s constitution.
From The Epoch Times. The Montana Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that a state law requiring parental consent for minors to access abortion violates their right to privacy under the state constitution.
Pray for your fellow intercessor.
Montana’s Parental Consent for Abortion Act has been held up in litigation since it passed in 2013. It requires girls under the age of 18 to obtain parental consent before seeking an abortion unless a judicial waiver is obtained. …
Justice Laurie McKinnon, writing the majority opinion, said the Consent Act’s classification imposed an undue burden on minors seeking abortions …
“The Consent Act, therefore, cannot be sustained against Plaintiffs’ privacy and equal protection challenges,” McKinnon wrote.
“Because a minor’s right to control her reproductive decisions is among the most fundamental of the rights she possesses,” she continued, “and because the State has failed to demonstrate a real and significant relationship between the statutory classification and the ends asserted, we hold that the Consent Act violates the Constitution of the State of Montana.”
A spokesperson for Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen said that decision showed the court was radical and out of touch with constituents. …

I am heartbroken. I was just reading “Mortal Danger” from Intercessors for Israel and re-reading earmarked pages from Jonathan Cahn’s “Return of the Gods.” The fact that the church is not standing up for un, peri and post born babies destined to feed Molech’s insatiable belly fire is no different than why the same don’t stand up against anti-Semitism. How can a person call him or herself “born again” and allow or even vote for those who love death and their own lives?
No, this is Father showing us that:
1-we are falling down an abyss only He can save us from, and;
2-His word is not returning void, He is moving things around to complete His Aliyah.
The question is:
Can we change God’s mind?
The Bible says as saints we can.
Father God, convict the pastors and leaders in the pulpits to preach against the evil of abortion and if anyone in the congregation has had one they can repented.
I have seen that done in a local church years ago here in Michigan. When women came up to repent. A lot of healings occurred. We need you now more in our churches and for us, the church of Jesus, to be about our Father’s business. In Jesus’ name.
Ultraviolet, an extremist abortion rights group is reading our posts!
To my fellow Christians with grateful hearts for Life that only our Messiah can give, please pray this prayer with me:
Lord, we thank & praise you for your righteous judges who uphold your precepts for the safety and security of all, especially pregnant, young adolescents.
Lord of angel armies, we bind all the forces of darkness that would attempt to allow children to undergo abortions without parental consent and we ask for your supernatural grace to uphold this righteous ruling of the state courts for preservation of life and parental rights. Amen
