As other states consider removing Trump from the 2024 ballot, or have already done so, Michigan’s Supreme Court has thrown out any such attempt entirely.

The outcome, which was generally expected, contrasts with the recent ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court, which kicked Trump off its primary ballot because of his role in the January 6 Capitol riot. That decision has been paused pending an appeal.
With these dueling decisions, the expected appeals to the US Supreme Court become even more critical, especially as the nation races toward the start of the 2024 primaries. Unlike in Colorado, the Michigan lawsuit never reached a trial and was dismissed early on in the process. An intermediate appeals court upheld the decision to toss the case on procedural grounds. …

Hello from the U.K… I have read Trump’s January 6th speech in detail and at no point does he invoke an insurrection. To the contrary, he encourages his supporters to support democratic processes at several points…
You have to ask a serious question and answer it in the light of the facts: “Which party, individual or agency has acted or is acting contrary to the principles of democracy here?”
The Michigan decision is wise and was done according to the constitution and the law. May God bless them as they declare the truth and act on the truth. Let’s continue to pray God’s will in the matter. Now Maine has banned Trump from their ballot. May all evil be totally defeated!! Our Lord is victorious.

Praise the Lord Jesus! Thank you for answering our prayers, in Jesus’ Name, Amen! Thank you also Lord for answering our prayers that the Supreme Court will cancel out the judges’ decision for Trump to be removed out of the ballot to run for president in 2024, as President Trump was not given a fair trial and other reasons that are unconstitutional. Praise the Lord that this will be the end of any attempt to block President Trump from running again as President in 2024. Praise the Lord that the unbelievers will wake up to the truth of what the left has been doing to deceive the American people. Praise the Lord that exposure is soon to be out there for the democrats’ corruption and that justice will be done as our Lord is the God of justice. As in God’s Word says in Deuteronomy 32:35, “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; for their day of disaster is near, and their doom is coming quickly”. Praise God!
