State Dept Settles Lawsuit Over Biden-Era Palestinian Authority Payments
A major legal settlement involving the State Department and the Palestinian Authority is drawing renewed attention to how American taxpayer dollars are used overseas. Supporters of the agreement say it represents an important step toward enforcing federal law and ensuring U.S. funds are not connected, even indirectly, to incentives for terrorism.

From the New York Post:
The State Department has settled a lawsuit over the Biden administration sending more than $1.5 billion in taxpayer money to the Palestinian Authority, in apparent violation of federal law.
Under the deal with America First Legal, the State Department agreed to adhere for the next 10 years to the Taylor Force Act of 2018, which bars the US from sending certain types of aid to the Palestinian Authority until it agrees to stop financing its Martyrs Fund.
Critics have alleged the fund constitutes a āpay for slayā scheme, rewarding families of Palestinians killed or detained while carrying out attacks against Israelis.
The Taylor Force Act was named after Taylor Force, an American veteran murdered in a terrorist attack in Israel in 2016. The law was designed to prevent American taxpayer funds from reaching the Palestinian Authority while it continued programs critics say incentivize violence against Israelis.
The lawsuit accused the Biden administration of bypassing the law by routing aid through nongovernmental organizations that ultimately benefited the Palestinian Authority. Plaintiffs included Forceās family, survivors of terrorist attacks, and lawmakers who argued the administration ignored clear congressional intent.
Terror attack survivor Sarri Singer praised the settlement, saying it helps ensure American funds are not used in ways that reward or encourage terrorism. Rep. Ronny Jackson also called the agreement a victory for victims and for the American people, arguing that the Trump administration moved quickly to restore enforcement of the law.
The case also highlights the broader debate over foreign aid accountability and Americaās role in the Middle East. For many Americans, especially intercessors who pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the protection of innocent lives, the issue is not merely political ā it is moral. Transparency, justice, and the protection of life matter deeply to God and should matter deeply to our nation as well.
Let’s thank God for this settlement!

Heavenly Father God, thank you for the USA bless our country. May our nation and house of representatives work together for good in Jesus name amen.
Not in the future is avoidance of ‘recover the illegally spent funds”. We the people are paying the cost plus the payroll and benefits of those officials who perpetrated this theft of borrowed federal funds we are paying for. No repayment is no justice..
Very pleased that justice was served. I pray often that God’s light would shine on any evil and bring it to light to bring an end to it and justice.
Thank you, Father, for this settlement and the stopping of funds going to the Palestinian authority. Give our leaders wisdom in lending and giving money. May we stop funding terrorism.
Lord, let us enter your courts with praise and thanksgiving. We are grateful for this win. In Jesus’ name.
American tax dollars should not be sent abroad anywhere by the State Department or any other government office when we have so many domestic needs for help by American citizens. I believe that when we combat homelessness and needs by those affected by disasters like fires and major storms then our tax dollars can be given back to us for family and individual needs. For instance, the IRS will penalyze and terrorize Americans if a mistake is made on our taxes, only for foreigners at home like illegals on food stamps, etc., or abroad in countries at war to benefit from our tax dollars. I want NO money sent anywhere except to benefit us Americans that put the money in the government’s hands in the first place. Let us Americans give to those we choose to help at home or abroad. It is not the government’s duty to give away tax dollars like it is their own money which it is not. FATHER GOD thank YOU that our State Department will get back all monies given away to Biden’s or Obama’s pet terrorist organizations as well as the money given to Somalia terrorists by Minnesota and other illegal and terrorist loving states. Please protect our money from now on and let it help us Americans that need it in JESUS NAME. Amen.
