Congress Investigates SPLC Over Alleged Ties to Extremist Groups
Questions surrounding the Southern Poverty Law Center are drawing renewed scrutiny from Congress after allegations surfaced that the organization may have funded or coordinated with extremist elements while publicly presenting itself as an anti-hate watchdog. House Republicans are now moving forward with a formal hearing to investigate the claims.
Join others crying out to the Lord day and night.
From Just the News:
House Judiciary Republicans confirmed Wednesday night that Southern Poverty Law Center CEO Bryan Fair will testify in front of the committee next month regarding allegations it funded elements of extremist and racist groups.
For decades, the SPLC has positioned itself as the nationās preeminent watchdog, which maintained a controversial “Hate Map” that increasingly labeled benign conservative organizations and religious groups as hate groups.
The investigation intensified following reports of a recent federal indictment suggesting the organization may have helped fuel the very extremism it publicly condemned. Critics have long argued that the SPLCās āHate Mapā unfairly targets mainstream conservative and Christian organizations, potentially contributing to public hostility and censorship against faith-based groups.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan has invited SPLC CEO Bryan Fair to testify before the committee on June 9. Republicans are also seeking documents related to the organizationās alleged coordination with the Biden-Harris administration and its reported financial ties to extremist actors.
This story highlights the importance of truth, accountability, and discernment in public life. Organizations that shape public opinion and influence government policy should be held to the same standards of transparency and integrity they demand from others. Let’s pray for the truth to be revealed!

The SPLC is a criminal organization that operates like firemen who double as arsonists or cops who rob banks. Pretty clever actually as many psychopath are. Think of itā¦they label Christian groups and pro-First Amendment organizations as āhateā groups along with Nazis. I wonder if they include the current senatorial candidate from Maine as a
(ahem) āhaterā. The bigger picture is the race baiting constantly used to support the democrat party. Keep blacks feeling eternally ādowntroddenā (after 500,000 white males were killed to end slavery, slavery perpetuated by African tribes selling their enemies to the white slavers, and after 75 years of welfare and affirmative action), and keep weak whites in a constant state of faux guilt. The grievance industry is a great scam and hopefully a few people going to prison will end it. Hopefully.
Thank you Father for the revealing of lies and fraud that is going on. I pray that you would stop the SPLC from spewing its hatred. May truth continue to be revealed and this organization be held responsible. I pray all the leaders of this organization would hear your gospel and come to you. Psalm 83:16 says “Cover their faces with shame that they may seek your name.” I declare it over the editors and staff of this organization. I praise your name for the revelation you gave.
