Squatters are relentlessly stealing people’s homes, and you can find out on TikTok how to illegally come to America to do this. Lawlessness is rampant in this nation.
From New York Post. Two squatters are being sought over the gruesome murder of a 52-year-old woman whose body was found stuffed in a duffel bag inside her late mother’s upscale Manhattan apartment last week, police said Thursday.

The victim, Nadia Vitel, was savagely beaten by the two perps when she discovered them holed up inside the 19th-floor apartment on East 31st Street last week, according to cops.
Having just flown in from Spain, Vitel had gone to her late mom’s apartment — which had been vacant for roughly three to four months — to start prepping it so a family friend could move in.
“We believe that some squatters took the apartment over and this woman came home … and walked in on the squatters that were there,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said. …
The perps — whom the NYPD hasn’t identified publicly — were seen on surveillance video fleeing the apartment after the slaying and taking off in the dead woman’s Lexus SUV. …
It wasn’t immediately clear how long the perps had been squatting in the apartment before the victim found them inside, or how they even managed to gain access in the first place. …
While cops haven’t disclosed the identity of the two suspects, police sources previously described them as a man and woman in their 20s. …
From Breitbart. A man claiming to be a Venezuelan migrant posted a video on TikTok advising others to exploit home squatter laws and occupy homes in the United States. He claims to know of at least seven homes being occupied by migrant squatters.
A TikTok video posted on X shows an alleged Venezuelan migrant talking about exploiting progressive home squatter laws in various states as a means of finding a place to live to “not be a public burden.”

Progressive state laws make it difficult for legitimate homeowners to remove squatters from their property. In February, an elderly couple with a disabled son were prevented from moving into a $2 million home in New York City after squatters occupied the vacant home, Breitbart News’ Olivia Rondeau reported.
New York law makes it “unlawful for any person to evict or attempt to evict and occupant of a dwelling unit who has lawfully occupied the unit for thirty consecutive days or longer,” the article reports.
In Queens, New York, a homeowner was placed in handcuffs and arrested for “unlawful eviction” as she attempted to get a squatter out of her million-dollar home, National Review reported. …
Under New York City laws, a squatter can claim tenant rights after occupying the property for only 30 days. The city apparently passed the progressive ordinance to use abandoned and vacant buildings as a solution to homelessness. …

Father God, none of this atrocity catches you by surprise. You want your children to rise up in power and might in the Holy Spirit and push back this darkness with the mighty weapons of prayer and your word. Such a mindset erases the very right of the court to exist as once language loses it’s purpose their is no longer reality nor any foundation at all. If a squatter tries to steal my property while I am paying the taxes and/or mortgage, I will gladly use the 2nd Amendment to get them out! New York officials have lost their minds! The devil has made these lefties completely insane! So you cannot even take an extended vacation from your house for more than 30 days or you may legally lose your property? I had a dream twice about coming home to find people living illegally in my house and twice I demanded they leave in Jesus name. The dreams ended before i saw the outcome but the bible is clear about our authority and that demons and even diseases having to obey the word of the Lord because HE WON ALL authority back with His own blood.
They are not immigrants, migrants or whatever name/title you want to give them;
they are INVADERS!
They need to go or be sent back to their country of origin and work on making their own country as great as they possibly can and stop looking for handouts of all kinds from the American people who do work hard for their families, but unfortunately the government leaders, etc take our hard earned money and give it those who haven’t worked for it, squandering and destroying our/my country! Where do you get live in someone’s million dollar home rent free because you claim squatting rights? These savages need to go find an abandoned cave to squat in somewhere the animal kingdom. Father God please raise someone of influence up to change the loose laws and legislation that allow squatters to steal what they know is not legally theirs. One of the commenters here wrote, “Lord Jesus… This land you gave us….” This makes me wonder who “us” is, and does it include the nations (under God) to whom He had given this land (according to Acts 17) before the arrival of squatters from Europe, who sometimes murdered, and sometimes merely pushed out the rightful occupants, by force of numbers and superior weaponry. Oh, but the former nations were “savages,” and therefore had no rights of occupancy! Are we (generationally) beginning to reap what we sowed? Not to in any way excuse the misdeeds of 21st century perps, but to maybe see events in a larger context, and pray accordingly. Contrition and repentance, perhaps?

To hear all this is so sad to my spirit. I don’t own nothing and don’t have nothing and I’m dealing with an unpredictable situation right now in my life I’m out of my apartment, senior high-rise things are getting bad everywhere and we need to stand together with God to help us through. Property rights have been inverted. It used to be that all owners (and no one else) had the right to the operation of the home that they own. Now there are people who act like that they can just take temporarily unoccupied homes….and then destroy them! THESE are the immigrants to NOT let in!

This goes along with the saying: “If you give the devil an inch, he’ll take a mile. All the same, it is outrageous that rights are being denied property owners. They should, after all, be able to leave property vacant for so long as they choose, given personal circumstances or otherwise. It is not the state’s business. What ought to be the state’s interest and concern are people gathering unto property that is not theirs. This amounts to a progressive promotion of lawlessness.
Lord Jesus, please intervene in the affairs of men in our nation. This kind of lawlessness MUST stop. These dangerous thugs need to be deported back to their native country. The future of our nation is at stake. I pray for Your will to prevail. Thank you, Jesus.
Because of complacency, WE have allowed these strategies of the devil to take root and blossom. New York missed the memo again. It says, who has lawfully occupied the unit. The key word is “lawfully” . Pity poor New York City which permits lawlessness. It’s demise is surely coming if things do not change very soon.
my thoughts exactly. my comment was similar before i read yours. If the issue is not being able to evict or attempt to evit some who has “legally occuppied” a property how can squatting without the “LEGAL OWNER’S” permission through a valid lease contract be legal? It isnt! Squatting is not the same as legally occuppying.

This situation is one quite obviously forseen by our Forefathers who held the wisdom to instate the 2nd Ammendment. If present-day administrators seek to perform the Devils’ Work, then either they or their paymasters need assisting onwards into the Devils’ domain – Hell. This is not really negotiable !
