Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Sunday evening that Democrats are “deeply disappointed in the decision”…
“Our economy depends more than ever on immigrants,” Schumer said. “Despite putting their lives on the line during the pandemic and paying their fair share of taxes, they remain locked out of the federal assistance that served as a lifeline for so many families….”
In their arguments before the Senate parliamentarian, a former immigration attorney, Democrats made the case that providing green cards to an estimated 8 million Dreamers, farmworkers, Temporary Protected Status recipients and essential workers…had a budgetary impact because it would make more people eligible for certain federal benefits. That…would increase the deficit by more than $130 billion, according to Democratic estimates.
But the parliamentarian stated in her ruling that providing legal status through reconciliation would also lead to “other, life-changing federal, state and societal benefits” that can’t be meaningfully reflected in the budget.
Providing permanent legal status “would give these persons freedom to work, freedom to travel, freedom to live openly in our society in any state in the nation…and it would make them eligible, in time, to apply for citizenship — things for which there is no federal fiscal equivalent.”…
Congressional Republicans praised the parliamentarian’s decision Sunday. Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, tweeted that the parliamentarian “confirmed [the] obvious: mass amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants isn’t a budgetary issue appropriate for reconciliation.” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) added, “Senate rules never contemplated a majority circumventing the filibuster by pretending that sweeping and transformational new policies were mere budgetary changes.”…

Father thank you for politicians who are stepping up with the courage to speak out against bills the Biden administration is trying to pass which have the potential to further erode our economy, and who are reminding them of the need to put American interests first. The Democrats seem hell bent on ruining our nation financially to usher in socialism, and i pray in the name of Jesus Father that you would not let it happen! turn their schemes to bankrupt us and our nation’s economy against their own selves and let them fall into the traps they are trying to set for our nation. In Jesus name, we receive your help on this matter and thank you that you have politicians in place whose hearts you can turn in your direction to help heal our nation and protect us from those in power who would destroy us financially. Please protect our children and grandchildren and raise up politicians who will stand against the AntiAmerican and ungodly agendas this administration is responsible for in Jesus name Amen

The critical issue is that her decision has put a big roadblock in the open borders cartel’s plan. If she had not ruled as she did, it would have amounted to 9 million “immigrants” given amnesty via the budget bill. Thank You, Father, for the placement and character of the Parliamentarian, to stand firm in her duty to protect the Constitution, and in doing so, protect the American citizens from a power-grabbing frenzy within this false administration. Give her wisdom and protection from the wiles and plots of those seeking to overthrow this Constitutional government and become dictators instead of representatives of the people and by the people. We ask You, Lord God, to uphold the decision of those You are placing as roadblocks to those who seek our harm and not our good. You see the attacks on Your Name, freedoms given by You, evil striving against everything decent in our social order. Thank you for intervening with Your power; thwart every plot and scheme of men and women in our country and other nations from working for the destruction of the United States of America. Bring victory after victory for Your Name’s sake, protecting us from evil by the blood of Jesus Christ….King of kings and Lord of lords. Amen
Praise God for the courage of this woman! Standing in opposition this way gives me hope that those in our government who know the name of Jesus are walking in integrity and will stand for truth.
My response does not indicate a level of vast
knowledge in matters of this governmental issue,
but does come from fervent prayer for those who
are tasked with such great responsibilities as
this demonstrates. God is not impressed with
our astute observations, but He delights in
granting the desires of our hearts as we delight
in Him. Very few people actually like to read
legal papers and very few will allot any time
out of their busy (oh so important) lives to do
such things. For the ones who do this work in
our government, we shall always be required to
lift them up in prayer. No one should be
allowed to assume that these men and women
who have this great responsibility in our
government will automatically have the victory
over the opposing evil-minded adversaries who
fight against our country’s very existence.
Therefore, Oh Lord, we lift them up to you and
give you praise for their just and righteous
conduct in their tasks in governing our nation.

Father, I thank You for this victory. I ask that You would protect our nation’s future and bring leaders into position who will establish the rule of law and who will work for our good. In Jesus name.
THIS is an amazing victory!!! May it be the first in many budgetary responsible legislation to help save this nation from the wicked who are determined to destroy God’s America.
Biblically God is a God of Boundaries. Many Biblical wars relate to secure boundaries & property lines. God decides who gets what. All final decisions always are HIS.
For many in the Left to assert we’re bad people simply for demanding to secure American Borders especially during this SCOURGE is off-the-charts inappropriate & political fodder that I do NOT understand unless Conspiracy Theorists are CORRECT & Leftist Globalists and/or Deep Staters want to kill us off in a Population Decrease and/or gift our Country away to China & the World.
Most likely we feel the rumblings of a heavenly battle of Good vs Evil & the shaking is affecting Earth.
