The legislation comes after Republicans have pushed back on multiple court rulings and federal judges’ use of universal injunctions, including ones that block President Donald Trump’s recent executive orders.
The bill, titled the Judicial Relief Clarification Act of 2025, would amend the Administrative Procedure Act and the Declaratory Judgment Act to allow restraining orders to be immediately appealed and limit court orders to only impact people in the case. …
Supreme Court Justices, including those appointed by a Democratic president, have indicated support for abolishing universal injunctions. …
The bill is co-sponsored by 21 Republican senators, including Sens. John Barrasso of Wyoming, Jim Justice of West Virginia, Steve Daines of Montana, Ted Cruz of Texas and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee.

Father, you are a God of justice. Thank you for your mercy to our sinful nation. By the Blood of the Lamb slain, Father, may your favor be upon this and it succeed in Jesus name amen
Father, we ask that You to embarrass the wicked ones with their ones with their own wickedness. Let the seeds they have sown return upon their owns heads. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.
Judiciary and Judicial Procedure § 453. Oaths of justices and judges;
Current as of January 01, 2024
Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:
“I, ______________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _______ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”
Dear LORD, You are God of Justice and this attribute is like all Your others, holy and right. There are so many layers of corruption in our legal system but You see and know every one who is complicit in this rot. You were there when they swore to administer justice to rich and poor, equally. You were there when they swore to faithfully and impartially impose all their duties according to the Constitution and laws of the United States of America. You were there when they concluded this oath of office with, “so help me God.” I pray each offender is reminded of this oath, in a way ONLY You are able to provide. I pray Your justice comes swiftly and soundly to the men and women who refuse to be just. I ask this for the sake of Your Great Name and in the blessed Name of Jesus Christ. Amen
Senator Grassley’s bill is long overdue. Praise the Lord for his action. May it pass soon from both houses and become law! Praise your name.
Thank you God for giving our leaders wisdom. Please help this bill to pass for the sake of our future as a country. Raise up enough people to make this law. Amen!
Lord, we thank you for inspiring Senator Grassley to promote this new bill that can stop the court system from prohibiting the legitimate lawful function of the executive branch of government. Help us to keep judges focused on legal issues brought into their courtrooms and out of politics. We thank you for the many years our three branches of government stayed within the original boundaries intended by our founders. Please help us to restore this balance for the sake of promoting your justice and righteousness throughout our nation. Amen
