From Daily Caller. The Supreme Court agreed to hear former President Donald Trump’s appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to kick him off the state’s ballot.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Dec. 19 that Trump is ineligible to be on the state’s primary ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The Supreme Court set oral arguments to consider Trump’s appeal for Feb. 8, 2024.
Trump appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The Colorado Republican Party previously filed a separate appeal Dec. 27.
“The question of eligibility to serve as President of the United States is properly reserved for Congress, not the state courts, to consider and decide,” Trump’s petition stated. …
Twenty-seven states filed an amicus brief Friday urging the Supreme Court to reverse the Colorado ruling. …

Pray for the left serving members of the CO S.C. – they are lost in their own “perceived intellectual prowess, hatred and political leaning preferences & bribes”. In essence they have gone rogue, bending their mindset to a perverted viewpoint that has nothing to do with upholding our Constitution or other existing laws. As a former resident of CO, I am saddened by what has happened to the government of that state as it has been infiltrated & taken over by complete godless thinking & rulings. In some ways, the state is no longer recognizable. May God please remove & replace ungodly, selfish leaders & appointees with God fearing, obedient servants.
Lord I lift up victims of power abuse in our country. Protect them from their abusers’ designs. Call the abusers to repentance and remove from power the ones who harden their hearts.
This is a legitimate prayer need, and my comment is not meant to take it lightly – I do pray regarding these issues. But what I want to say is, “Thank you for posting a picture of Trump smiling. I’m tired of seeing the surly glares so common in the news.”
It should be a slam dunk ruling to reverse Colorado Supreme Court ruling. They can’t use section 3 of the 14th amendment against Trump because Trump has not been convicted of that. So Trump is innocent until proven so no removal from any ballots. The rich, celebs, entertainers, and demoncrats that have sold their souls to the evil one will do anything to force their beliefs on everyone. Let’s increase our prayer for God’s guidance and protection
Lord God, please protect the liberty and justice of our laws that have been incredibly challenged by spiritual warfare in our Supreme Court! Only you know will happen when it comes to fighting against this American evil and wickedness.
Heavenly Father, we thank You that we can continue to come before You with our earnest prayers for justice and know that You hear us. We pray that what was meant for harm is actually strengthening this nation and her people for good. We ask that You lead the Supreme Court forward with courage and strength through grace. Caution even the media to use restraint in speech, for the welfare of this nation. Turn hardened hearts back to You. With thanksgiving I offer this prayer. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Father all that Trump has endured, the impeachments, the media firestorms, lawsuits, and now the ballot blocks are very obviously the Democrats and the elite owned media trying to keep him from running for President again and winning and being a blessing to our nation again. He wants to make America great again and contribute to world peace, and honoring Israel, while they want open borders, war profits, socialism, and globalism. Father we already know the end time outcome from the beginning because of your word through the prophets, but we ask you to delay, hold it back as long as possible, bring the promised worldwide revival, we thank you for hearing and answering our prayers.
Praise to the Lord Almighty and IFA for praying for this to take place. We have to keep praying and fighting for our God- given liberties that protect our society. This will set a good precedent. May God be praised. Thank you Father for making this possible and to continue to pray that President Trump be found not guilty of all of these ridiculous charges. In God’s name. Amen.
