The SCOTUS refused to reinstate Biden’s disastrous immigration policies, instead choosing to hear arguments for the case in December.
From Just the News. The Supreme Court on Thursday denied a bid by the Biden administration to block a ruling from a federal judge that barred immigration officials from following its enforcement guidelines.

The administration announced the guidelines in September of last year, narrowing the scope of immigration enforcement efforts nationwide. Texas and Louisiana sued the administration asserting that federal officials were obligated to detain immigrants who commit crimes.
In a 5-4 vote, the high court declined to block an earlier ruling from U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton that suspended the guidelines across the country. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals also refused to block Tipton’s ruling. The Supreme Court did, however, announce it would fast track the case and hear oral arguments on it in December….

Pilate asked Jesus, “what is truth?” Truth is what it is- like it or not. ILLEGAL is wrong in any form- including immigration. America always receives those from other countries who are willing to follow the law in obtaining citizenship. A red flag should go up when our country renounces any and all discernment and wisdom, and freely opens borders to many with ill intent- not caring wether these immigrants are terrorists, criminals, drug or sex traffikers,etc.
Father thank you for your mercy on me and on our country and for moving in our court system. I cannot praise you enough or thank you enough! I ask that you would continue to grant the wisdom and courage to our judges and supreme court justices to uphold righteous laws and dissent from the unrighteous ones. May any threats or bribes bounce off them like rubber and as Balaam could not help but do what is right in blessing Israel, (even when he would have been promoted) I pray that our leaders including the highest justices carry out your will as they cannot help but do the right thing. May they reflect your justice Father! For you ARE the righteous judge!
And I thank you for that justice.
