The U.S. Supreme Court will hear its first abortion case since the balance shifted to a 6-3 court.
The High Court agreed to intervene in a lawsuit over a state abortion ban after Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron asked the Court to do so. “This case began as a challenge to a Kentucky statute regulating abortion, but it is now a dispute about a State’s authority to ensure that its laws are fully defended through this Court,” according to the case.
With the original abortion case blocked by the Sixth Circuit, Cameron is challenging the federal courts’ ability to override state law, which the Court has agreed to do based on the “dual-sovereign system of government.”
The High Court only agreed to hear the case on the latter procedural question, avoiding the basis of the original case, which weighed Kentucky’s 2018 prohibition of a “law prohibiting abortions in which an unborn child is dismembered while still alive.” . . .
In support of the case, Susan B. Anthony’s List President Marjorie Dannenfelser released the following statement:
It is encouraging news that the Supreme Court will hear this case. We commend Attorney General Daniel Cameron for doing everything in his power to defend Kentucky’s pro-life laws, including its ban on barbaric live-dismemberment abortions, which was enacted with overwhelming bipartisan support. State legislators acting on the will of the people have both the duty and the right to protect their most vulnerable citizens – born and unborn. We look forward to seeing this right upheld. . . .
Through a swing vote by Chief Justice John Roberts on the case, the Court struck down the Louisiana law that pro-abortion opponents said, “could have forced all but one of the state’s abortion providers to close.”
The case is Cameron v. EMW Women’s Surgical Center, No. 19-5516 in the Supreme Court of the United States. . . .

Why is the taxpayer forced to pay the courts and litigation against the very laws they elected their legislature to pass? The (also elected) state AG could facilitate someone (at their own expense) to oppose the law, but to ask the SC to come sue us so our tax dollars can be used to suit some “offended” person(s) is irresponsible and now will take more tax dollars, energy and contention to recall him. Can this be addressed in our own state legislatures? Is there some guidance in how to pursue this? Thank you.

I am very grateful that this case is coming forward. Christians in this nation are fed up. I’m talking about the true Christians, not the fake ones, not the ones who pretend to be christians. The ones where the Word of God says that their heart is far from him yet they pretend to serve him. I’m not talking to those people at all!
I’m talking to Christians who truly love the Lord and spend their time in His Word. We don’t want abortion in this nation anymore! Someone put an abortion on my Facebook in the video portion of my Facebook. I consider them to be a complete idiot for doing that. I have always been opposed to abortion and have not been outspoken against it. So for me to receive that video, I would think I would be the last person that would see that. I am more against abortion today because of that video than ever before it was a very deliberate conscionable act of murder in the first degree.
At first I didn’t know what it was I thought it was a commercial for a surgery that you could have or you could pay for.
I would go past it I wouldn’t stop and take a look at it, but each time I went into the video portion of my Facebook it was it would come up, so I finally went back and said I’ll look at it it.
It was an abortion. A beautiful, beautiful, fully I repeat the word fully formed baby boy full head of hair, curly hair very healthy nothing wrong with the baby and they were draining his blood in the sink. While they were doing this the woman, not the mother, because mothers do not kill their children, the woman was sending texts. There was nothing wrong with her whatsoever.
If that’s not cold-blooded murder I don’t know what it is. That is planned, and that was acted out and I personally have absolutely no pity for that and no compassion for that. And there’s certainly no excuse for that! I reiterate again a fully formed beautiful baby boy and the doctor was rocking him back-and-forth to make sure the blood was trained in the sink.
True Christians in this nation do not want that. We value the life even in the womb. This business of women turning around and saying well it’s my body that’s not your body that you’re killing you’re not killing yourself you’re killing the baby that has its own heartbeat. A baby that can suck their thumbs. They can roll over in the womb, they can kick that can hear everything that’s going on around them outside of the body.
It is not your body that you’re doing this to it’s another body that you’re killing it’s a life within you that you are killing!
It is not your body that you’re destroying and that false ideology is going to come to a halt real quick!
True Christians in this nation do not want that. We value the life even in the womb. And the thought that Americans do not care if their taxes are used to fund this is also going to come to a halt real quick!
Anybody who wants to kill something like that, murder in the first degree, I don’t want any part of it my money goes for life. The money I use goes to support life giving ventures. I help to support people who need help. I help to support the Word of God going forth the truth of the Word of God going forth and I don’t want any part of my finances going towards a deliberate execution and death of an infant!
I’m very glad that this is coming up now. All these people who want to hold up their signs and say it’s my body I can do what I want to with my body – let me ask you.
Is your body all cut up? Did they take the blood out of your body and drain it in that sink? Did they reach in and snip your spine and your body? No they did not. And if it’s your intention to be an incubator to commit murder then you need to be held accountable for it in every way because again that’s not your body. And this business of saying it’s my body to excuse you killing and taking another life has gone too far!

Praying For God’s will in this situation. Our God of justice will bring it as He wills. You are doing the human part. Proverbs 21:1 “The king’s heart is in the hand of the the Lord and He turns it wherever He wishes.” This is of utmost importance. We will stand firm and the Lord will fight.
We’ll see if the 3 new “conservative” Justices have moral compass and courage, who have shown too much compromise, silence or complicity with the corruption of Justice Roberts.
John Roberts has become a laughing stock fool. A man without a spine, bowing to every wind of whomever is yanking his strings.

I’m fairly certain that SCOTUS has been totally corrupted somehow. Only GOD’s Divine Intervention can save us now.
Robert’s has been compromised somehow. It needs to come out so he can be removed from the Supreme Court. Someone has something on him!
Congress can impeach and remove any federal officer, particularly SC justices at any time. But our Congress is far too corrupt to do anything right. They can also limit what cases they can hear or interfere with, such as abortion, and let the states stand with their own rulings (Article 3,Section 2, 2nd paragraph, appellate)
If the SCOTUS can regulate and restrict the bearing of arms which, “shall not be infringed,” why can’t they figure out how to regulate and restrict the heinous act of abortions?
Our world has become so wicked all I can do is cry. Cry oh Lord, come Lord Jesus and rescue your children, all of us, out of this cesspool of evil. To think there are people out there that would even in any way support such wickedness, I cannot bare and many of them are sitting in the White House right now illegitly, as I type. Unveil their eyes that they may see the glorious light of your gospel and lead them from the kingdom of darkness into Your kingdom. Send Your mighty angels to do warfare on their behalf. Remove any hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh that they may have Your compassion and love for the unborn. May they all judge with the wisdom that comes from Heaven as their rule. Just think of the horror unleashed upon our entire world when first we gave Satan rights to unborn innocent babies. Sacrificing our children to demons who would have thought that Americans would go along? Yes, I believe when America in 1973 allowed Roe vs. Wade to go forth, even many in the church and sat back and elected ungodly proAbortion politicians, it put a curse on this land. God’s wrath is just about to spill over. The cup of his wrathand indignation is full with all the innocent little babies murdered. I live in NYS, unwillingly, I’m stuck. But I believe Gov. Cuomo and all the Democrats I and friends call “Demon Rats” have cursed this state. Gov. Cuomo lit up a bridge pink and applauded when RHA abortion expansion was passed two years ago when the Democrats got total control. Within three weeks they got that wicked bill passed where a baby can be killed up to I believe the schedule birthdate and no medical care given to the poor baby if born alive. So you see these are demonic people controlled by Satan who is empowered by abortion. Now that man, Cuomo is going down. I pray they repent. God’s wrath is upon them. I only pray for God’s mercy for me and my family and all my Christian brothers and sisters who are stuck up here financially because of being born here and raising families here. I feel like Lot in Sodom and Gormorrah. Although NY City is the worse of it and upstate NY is not quite as bad. 40% of New Yorkers did vote for Trump. There are good people here as in all states. The city thou is filled with demonic strongholds. I do believe NY City is going down unless it repents. When I was handing out ProLife information on the streets up near the Capitol for a March for Life, I would ask New Yorkers about this bill if they knew about it. Most said no. The Demon Rats pass bills in the dark of night and the media helps hide it. That is how Cuomo got homosexual marriage passed. But NYS has very hard hearted people. Many Christians yes, but sad to say, many of those Christians are lukewarm and apathetic. They even vote for the Demon Rats. To get them to a March for Life rally, especially with COVID19 is very hard and very discouraging. It’s astounding to me. I will say this. No one who calls themselves a “Christian” and votes Democrat and is ProAbortion is a friend of God. In fact, they are fooling themselves.

Then he charged them saying, “Thus you shall do in the fear of the LORD, faithfully and wholeheartedly.
Whenever any dispute comes to you from your brethren who live in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances. you shall warn them so that they will not be guilty before the LORD, and wrath may not come on you and your brethren. Thus you shall do and not be guilty.

Heavenly Father, turn this nation and we will be turned. This is both a 10th Amendment issue and a moral issue, Kentucky as a state under the 10th has every right to limit abortion in this way. Abortion is the intentional dismembering (in the case here) of a living human. Most ‘abortion clinics’ will not give a woman either that information, or the potential risk factors a woman undertakes when she ‘chooses’ to abort. I ask that SCOTUS would have both the intestinal fortitude to take up the case and the heart and mind to rule in Kentucky’s favor.
It’s enough! We have to repent of what we’ve allowed. The church especially. 62 plus lives have been ended by abortion. It’s Done! Abortion will end because it has to. We cannot survive as a “one nation under God” and allow this to go on. Think about the numbers. One was too many. Please pray and ask God to change our minds and hearts. Lord,please help us.
