I Prayed have prayed
Father, we are troubled by what we are seeing in America. Open our eyes to what's really going on and deal with the root of the crises.
Reading Time: 2 minutes

It’s a fact that we live in a fallen world in the midst of a spiritual battle. The structures that operate within our world that are not empowered by a redemptive Christ are empowered by spirits of darkness. The fruit of some of those agendas, plans, structures, and organizations reveal the power spurring them on. Let’s take a look at the ideas and agendas behind the havoc we are witnessing in our nation.

“Lest we forget at least and over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical:  from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins—or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom—Lucifer.” Saul Alinksy, Rules for Radicals.

It is true that Satan is the first radical known to man. Rebellion is not only the original sin, but the “sin that keeps on giving” in our world today. Our world’s history is filled with acts of rebellion, which gives way to other spirits—hate, greed, fear, violence, deception, and more. The strategies described in Rules for Radicals (based on rebellion, honoring Lucifer), espousing philosophies and methods of radical thinking and acting, are playing out in America today on the streets of many U.S. cities. But the planning and implementation of this type of strategy was laid out far before the explosive rioting that took place, and before the tragic killing of George Floyd. The planning and implementation has been in the works for decades in our nation. . . .(Excerpt from Roots of Rebellion, IFA Special Report Prayer Guide.)

JESUS HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joan Bartruff
June 7, 2020

Heavenly Fathr, in the Name of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords I so appreciate all the wonderful Christians who make the effort and take the time to pray over the issues brought to this website. Thank You, Lord for your Saints who seek to follow Jesus in sunshine and rain. Encourage all who have submitted comments.
Bless them spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, and in all arenas of their individual lives. Thank you for helping us to love others as we love ourselves. Thank you for the love and mercy You
have shown mankind since Adam and Eve had to be expelled from the Garden for their rebellion. Help me to keep my focus on You, Triune God knowing You are in control from the smallest particle to the vast expanse of the Universes. Thank You for reminding me, “Be still and know that You are God”. Thank You that I can have peace in my life because You are working good no matter what comes, and Your goodness will accomplish only good. Thank You that You can work through me to manifest to others the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. I pray Heavenly Father You will use me today to make just one person know they are precious. That they are worthy of my smile, my courtesy, my common sense, and my attention to and interest in their well being and life. Your ways are not ours, and I pray I do not get too involved in analyzing and concluding what is beyond my ability to do so.
I am ending this message with the Lord’s prayer, Lord. Amen and Amen.

Father, rebellion is a sin against You and defiles me, my family, community. Your Word says it is witchcraft which we know is an abomination to You. Show us the way out of this sin using the 2 Chron 7:14 scripture and any others you highlight to us. Father, the roots of rebellion in me are likely entrenched so deep I cannot see them…show me and give me a pure heart that I might not sin further in this way…then I can honestly pray for my family, community, church, state and this nation.

I have a problem with the arguement that rebellion is evil. If that is true, the United States has a serious problem, for we were birthed through rebellion. The Declaration of Independence and the war that followed was an act of rebellion against England.

Also, the Protestant Reformation was a rebellion against the Roman Catholic Church. Martin Luther’s actions split the Church and changed the world.

Sometimes protests and rebellion have to take place to right a wrong. That is why the founding fathers of this nation gave us the right to defend ourselves and the right to protest in the Constitution.

A great moment in the Gospels is when Jesus turned over the tables in the temple. He saw a wrong and it angered Him, but He didn’t sin.

That is the lesson for protesters. You can be angry and not sin.

Tiffany makes a good point. The issue is are we rebelling against God and his principles, siding with the prince of darkness, or are we standing up for them. Of course we want to stand against evil practices like abortion on demand, the brainwashing of our school children into confusion about their gender, persecution of the innocent, and other ideas that are in rebellion against God and his design for us. Our actions should not victimize the innocent as looting and rioting do, and we need to be careful not to be caught up in hatred and sin because evil makes us feel angry.

Naomi, I agree with you, but let’s include racism as an evil practice. Satan is using the looting and rioting to distract us from loving the our neighbors, our brothers. Martin Luther King once said the most segregated hour was at 11am on Sunday. The sad thing is it still is. To bring healing, we must first feel compassion, just like Jesus.

It is time for the church to rise up. We need to repent for not loving our brothers and sisters, who look differently, like we love ourselves and those who look like us.

I agree that racism is evil who ever practices it, and actually have seen significant racism toward anglos by non anglos. Every culture has a bent toward thinking their way is the best way. My children’s father had two parents who came from Mexico. We did encounter rare racist comments. I recall three incidents in the 15 years we were together before I was widowed. Most of my friends and people I interact with are welcoming to people from backgrounds different than their own, Christians in particular.

I worked in education jobs and did volunteer work that placed me in contact with disadvantaged and diverse populations. When a victim mentality is encouraged, nothing improves. People can overcome very difficult circumstances, and many have when their thinking changes from victim to victor mentality, plus a willingness to work. (Condoleesa Rice comes to mind, but there are many.)

I had a young person who was angry and hostile to his teacher hug me when he realized I was on his side and wanted his life to be good.

I have compassion for the murdered man and his family and all those who feel threatened because of this incident.

I also have compassion for the police and their families who were murdered in response to this incident. And the many teens murdered in the inner city by their own race. And the many people hurt by the damage to their communities and businesses.

Healing and forgiveness is needed all around. Some want to keep the anger going, especially the media and certain leftist organizations that do not report the entire story but deliberately foment a continuation of hate and violence in many cases.

I realize forgiveness by people whose ancestors were enslaved or victims of lynching or Jim Crow is not easy. My ancestors were murdered by a particular group, and my grandparents still had a distaste for that group. My generation got past it. I believe that since we are all equal, we can all be wise, forgiving, loving, etc. It is a subtle racism that implies that we need to make special allowances to non anglo people with the idea that they are not as capable of godly, thoughtful, moral behavior. I also am uncomfortable with supporting organizations that want to destroy instead of build up in order to feel virtuous or pander to a group.

My husband came out of poverty to be a successful, good Christian man. In this country the potential is there for anyone, He was actually benefited by his ancestry to receive points that allowed him a foot in the door for a good job. Once his foot was in the door, he worked hard and became successful by his own merit.

Oh Naomi you are good at taking no responsibility for your views. You say you’re compassionate, but you think black folks just need to be quiet and get over lynching, that all racism is the same and that poor folks are just lazy.

Lord Jesus, will these tired tropes ever die? Will your followers ever realize your radical inclusivity and your commandment to feed the hungry no matter what and ask, ‘why are people hungry?’ as a way of enacting and practicing your liberating gospel? Help us see the truth you have already said that we reap what we sow. Amen

President Trump was definitely anointed and appointed “for such a time as this,” as in the book of Esther. The Lord has graciously prepared him and equipped him to be our leader in the most trying and difficult of circumstances. Jonathan Cahn’s amazing book, “The Paradigm” held my interest from start to finish. He likens the President to Jehu, and Vice President Pence, a godly man, as Jonadab. Read it in II Kings. Amazing! Our Lord is on His throne, and nothing surprises Him.

Father, we thank You that the root of rebellion that was the father of lies seed planted in this earth is being uprooted and the seeds of obedience and truth are the righteous agenda of Your Son and sons and daughters. We thank You for Your living word to us 1 John 1:9 which is a 911 backwards or hindsight for 2020 for us to learn from and apply to our lives and our nation. We declare that we will confess our sin to You knowing You are faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all – ALL unrighteousness. We say “righteousness exalts this nation” – it’s more than something – it is Someone – Your Son, Jesus Christ. We declare in Him – His righteousness we live and move and have our being – thank You. We speak grace upon Your people called by Your name to repent and allow Your word to grace our lives, our hearts, our families, bringing the godly change we want to change our atmosphere. Holy Spirit breathe, Your breath of life throughout this nation with Your wind of change eternal.

Psalm 44:4-8 New International Version (NIV)

4 You are my King and my God,
who decrees[a] victories for Jacob.
5 Through you we push back our enemies;
through your name we trample our foes.
6 I put no trust in my bow,
my sword does not bring me victory;
7 but you give us victory over our enemies,
you put our adversaries to shame.
8 In God we make our boast all day long,
and we will praise your name forever.[b]

We must unite as the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in repentance and then the Lord revives and restores.
He cannot send revival until the hearts of His people repent and we turn to truly following His ways and statutes. Lord, forgive us, your people for living in complacency and not being true watchmen and workmen in your kingdom work, standing for your right ways and against those things that pull us into bondage and idolatry. We have taken You out of our institutions and not been faithful to You in teaching the next generation Your precepts. Forgive us, Lord. Help us to seek You with all our heart, for You promise then we will find You. Have mercy on Your weak and frail people, Lord. Please show Yourself strong. Thank You, Lord for those who are rising up and boldly proclaiming You and Your direction in righteousness in our nation, across our communities and within our families. Heal our land,Almighty Lord.
In Him, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen

During a prayer meeting a man prayed aloud “Lord, please take the cobwebs out of my life” another man responded “Lord please kill the spider instead” it is evident to see from where all this unrest ultimately comes from. The enemy of our souls has been working globally for quite some time now to cause as much havoc as possible using whatever situation mankind offers to him and too many people have been so naive to fall for his schemes, the root is there, it seems that evil is winning for now but we know better. Jesus Himself said it “ This is your hour, and the power of darkness “. Lk. 22:53 This may seem the time when evil and darkness prevail but it is only for an hour. Many people have been praying for revival in our nation for a long time now hoping for hearts to turn to God. If not today perhaps tomorrow but we keep on praying

Saul Alinsky said “the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom—Lucifer.” He neglected to mention the most important part about how that kingdom (Lucifer’s) and all its subjects will suffer under God’s wrath, separated from Him forever, perishing for all eternity…If I were to choose to be a radical, that to me would seem to be a significant fact that would need to be pointed out 😉
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil…

1 Samuel 15:23  For REBELLION is as the sin of WITCHCRAFT, and stubbornness is as iniquity and IDOLATRY. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

This was a Word for the disobedient king back then, but it is also prophetic for us today! The “kings and priests” in the Revelation prophecy are the obedient Elect overcomers. All those today not obeying the Eternal Law and true Kingdom gospel are in rebellion and trapped in IDOLATRY.

Galatians 5:19-21  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 IDOLATRY, WITCHCRAFT, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21  Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things SHALL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

These verses describe the whole LEFTist social/communist group and many pastors in the pulpits of the world! KingdomofLightTruth.org

No on likes to be used and abused. We are all human beings, made in the image of God. God had a simple plan for mankind, but we have chosen to go our own way. In the book of Judges, it is stated more than once…’every man did that which was right in his own eyes’. If you kick a dog, he is going to yell. If you kick him too many times, he will rebel and turn against the owner. When we remove God from His place, there is only one way we will go: the way of Satan. A lot of us can speak great words if we have never walked in another’s shoes. Let the fire fall down on us and see how we will react. This is a Christian Post. God has spoken and there is nothing else to say. “Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” We need a unified “LORD, WE HAVE SINNED AGAINST YOU AND HEAVEN. PLEASE FORGIVE US AND HAVE MERCCY UOON US.”

The root must be taken care of completely by laying the axe to the root. It must be made known to us no matter how good the fruit of sin may look. Then we have to acknowledge our part in the sin and repent. Sincerely and deeply so that it is all pulled up and we are left empty of a desire to repeat this sin. Adam and Eve were deceived and disobedient and were given opportunity to “own” the disobedience causing the act itself to propagate. So. We as His have opportunity to own and repent and be restored. It is not to be taken lightly. It is wonderful to be free of roots and be full of His love and forgiveness. It makes it easier to forgive others when we are forgiven. Enlarges our heart for Him. Ourself and others. We love others as ourselves. We can’t love others unless we love ourselves. We can’t love ourselves until the roots of rebellion are taken care of by the One who created us

We definitely don’t want to give Satan a bigger platform, we agree. It was included to show the blatant tie to demonic rebellion. Sharing it was meant to show that Alinsky even clearly admits where the inspiration and power comes from for his movement.

I am thankful to IFA for making available this vital information concerning the strategy of the enemy to the body of Christ.. The scripture says, “My people perish for a lack of knowledge!”

Just how far has the spurring on of racism gone? To the level of deception that has birthed a ‘white guilt’ in those who have been manipulated into thinking only white people can be racist and must then submit to a demand that to exonerate themselves they must with hands in the air recite a new American “pledge of allegiance” to the Black Community….This ‘pledge’ superseding the pledge of allegiance to the United States of America – symbolized by the stars and stripes, in which the statement of our ultimate allegiance is not to any race, but to a unified ‘oneness’ under God! The ONLY place where there can be found -Liberty and Justice for ALL!

The Roots of our Rebellion are in our Apostate Churches today. Let’s stop apportioning blame with the world and Satan. We in the Church have moved away from the Living God. American Churches are nothing more than an Enterprise who sole aim is tickle the ears of it’s audience and preach another Gospel. Our Churches have become a Synagogue for Satan endorsing every heresy and sin possible to man. We in such a state of Apostasy we having no impact and influence on our Nation and the World because we have become just like the World. Jesus never came to do away with the Law but to fulfill it. His moral laws still stand today. People in the Church know 10 different types of Beers, 10 different brands of automobiles, yet the majority will stumble and perhaps know 3 of His Commandments. Christian Book Stores are the most dangerous place you’d ever want to be in. Most of the so called Books are not Christian. Many Christians no longer read their Bibles. They prefer daily devotions and Gnostic books. Gnosticism has been around since the start of the Church and yet it is much more evident than ever before in our Church. Pastors and those in the Pews keep going outside God’s Complete Word for extra biblical information to preach on and tickle peoples ears. Have we not been warned if we add or remove from God’s Infallible and Inerrant Word. Sin abounds in our Churches from Adultery, Fornication, Homosexuality, Sexual Immorality, Idolatry, Pride, Greed, Strife, Uncleaness, Lewdness, Pornography. Are you aware that the rate of divorce in the Church is higher than the World? One out three Christian Woman have had an Abortion. I think it is rich us blaming the world for our problems in Society, Culture and America when we have so much wrong with us and we mistakenly call ourselves Christ followers. Lets each individually start with ourselves. I know what I am as I write this, the chief of sinners. I also know we deceiving ourselves with intercessionary Prayer if we do not address sin in God’s house. We Apostate Church, we experiencing the Famine Amos the prophet predicted and it’s getting worse.
“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?””
‭‭I Peter‬ ‭4:17-18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Stirling, I agree with your comment, and may I add to that. How does today’s Church attract the younger generation, while the older is aging and dying? They have to tickle their ears and change, so not to offend anyone. The Church is changing instead of letting the Gospel change them. Yes, judgement begins in the House of the Lord.

      Hi,
I don’t know where u got that concept. It’s not us, it’s God and the Holy Spirit convicting us of our sins. We have brought entertainment worldly entertainment into the Church. Forgetting that the youth can find more entertainment in the world. Our job is to return to the Lord and Preach His Un-compromised Word. We to follow the pastoral words Paul gave Timothy. Preach the Word. Youth have something wonderful we adults have lost. They know hypocrisy when they see it and will always sell out for an eternal cause. “Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.”

Bless your heart Rita. I am always convicted to pray more!
Here’s a question? When last did you hear sin preached from the Pulpit? Understand our God is a loving God, but that He is also a Holy God. Read Matthew 7. I would hate to hear those damning words “ Depart from me I never hear you”. Not everyone in Church makes it into heaven. The path is very narrow. I am talking about when last did your Pastor Preach from the Pulpit on Sins? Be they Sexual Sins, Gossiping, Lying, Thieving, Blasphemy, Covetousness, you name it. What about Abortion? Greed? Today’s Churches just don’t preach Sin. Sin is a taboo subject. It’s all about God’s Love, How He Loves You, How you must turn to Jesus. He will give you a better life, a better marriage, more money. If you think I am wrong don’t leave your home, tune in to different Churches. You will find out facts that will blow your mind. Ray Comfort in his book “ Hell’s Best Kept Secret “ has statistics on Christians falling away. Are you aware the stats are nearly 90% of Modern Day Christians fall away. Church growth is down, even before Covid19 Church growth was down and regular attendance had dropped even amongst most stalwart members. Mega Churches are now secular coffee clubs and if you a bible believing Christian You’ll find they have departed from the Gospel it’s another Gospel they preaching. I am saying all this not to persuade you but for you to
realize that the Church is in
Apostasy just like the Apostle Paul mentioned in his writings to the Thessalonians. Spiritually my advice is for true believers to get out of these types of Churches as most have become Business Enterprises. The Prophet Amos had this to say back then. It’s a continuous prophecy.
“Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord GOD, “That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the LORD.”
          ‭‭Amos‬ ‭8:11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Maybe now you get a glimpse of the problem. Oh and I haven’t even mentioned the number of Youth Pastors and Pastors addicted to Pornography. Now you know why I say that Satan has us distracted the real problem is right in the Church. It’s rich for us to talk about Rebellion which started in the world when our house is not in order. We got lots to pray about!

I’d like to comment about the rate of divorce. It is not higher than the world in those who regularly attend church. It is the same with those who check “Christian” as their religion. The divorce rate is much lower amongst regular church goers and you should come visit my church. You won’t have your ears tickled. You will receive a heavy dose of Gods word!
