On the National Day of Prayer (May 7), during the event held in the Rose Garden at the White House, the Special Assistant and Spiritual Advisor to President Trump, Pastor Paula White Cain, gave the President to the United States a prophetic word (watch HERE). Pastor Paula’s word included many elements, but the most impactful came at the end of her prayer: “You will recover all.”
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the prophetic word of the Lord is, “You will recover all.”
I pray this word is true. Let me describe to you the miraculous results that I pray will come with the fulfillment of this prophetic word.
Jobs
The nation’s unemployment has not been this high in the last 80 years. Over 20.5 million jobs were lost in the month of April. As the month of May continues, more people will file for unemployment. People need to work. 2 Thessalonians 3:10 reminds us of the importance of work: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat. In God’s economy, God desires all people to have jobs.
“You will recover all” will require massive rehires, tens of millions of workers, and massive shifts of the workforce. One thing we have learned through this whole pandemic season is how the major country we import materials and goods from, China, does not have our best interests in mind. I am praying that as God restores our nation’s economy, He corrects the imbalance in our need for Chinese goods, and brings jobs and manufacturing back to the U.S. from China.
Debt
Our Government borrowed $3 trillion this quarter alone, bringing our national debt to over $25 trillion. This is a 10% growth in just three months! Over the decades there has been much talk about controlling our debt, but few politicians have been willing to say “No” to spending. The COVID-19 pandemic has made justifying borrowing even easier for elected officials.
I am praying that “You will recover all” will mean that our leaders will choose to spend within limits. I pray that they will put in place fiscal policies that will cause our national debt to decrease. The Bible states in Deuteronomy 15:6 God’s desire for nations: you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. The current fiscal course of our nation to borrow extensively has put us in a vulnerable position with our largest creditor, China, who could rob our nation of our God-given destiny. “You will recover all” could correct this situation.
Investment
Despite high unemployment and record national debt, stocks are at, or near, all-time highs. One measure of stocks is the Price to Earning (P/E) ratio. This ratio describes the earnings compared to the current price of the stock. Without getting too technical, the P/E relates a company’s share price to its earnings per share. A high P/E ratio could mean that a company’s stock is over-valued. Currently, the P/E ratio for the S&P 500 is over 20, higher than it has been in decades. It has swung over 50% in just weeks. “You will recover all” will require balance to be brought to the number of jobs and the valuation of companies. We must pray specifically that God would give great wisdom to our leaders so that they create an environment that will encourage long-term job growth in our country. Proverbs 21:5 reminds us to make wise long-term decisions: The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage, but everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty.
Our God is powerful enough to not only give his prophets prophetic words, but he is also powerful enough to fulfill them. As a mighty team of intercessors, let us now pray this prophetic word would come to pass specifically in the area of jobs, debt, and investments.

I see 2 dams about to break with cracks throughout. One is holding back socialism. The other is holding back the truth of the corruption behind this scandal.

Praying for Jesus to shine his light on hearts, minds – waking us up and that he exposes the corruption hidden in darkness.

I don’t generally trust modern-day prophecies, but I do hope this is true.

For what President Trump has done, bringing God back to America, Respect for Life and bringing back prayers to schools and public places, Our Lord will protect him and will win this November to reverse Rhoe and Wade. God is so well pleased that President Trump will all recover what is lost due to the covid19 shutdown. Yes, America will go back to work !
President Trump continues as a modern King Cyrus and has exceeded every promise that he made prior to becoming President and we need to daily pray for him, and the other branches of government that are keeping the United States strong. I believe the word America kind of takes away from the unity of the words United States as some western states have chosen to take it upon themselves to do as they please during COVID-19. I agree with your post. No prophet I’ve ever heard of from past to present was a prosperity preacher. The words of a true prophet ALWAYS involve repentance (a seemingly dirty word these days). Do I believe God can and will heal this land so that we will recover? Yes. BUT, it will involve “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14. I believe Paula White Cain is a false prophet and a jezebel. I’m on my knees praying for a true man of God to take her place. Thank you again for your post!

I didn’t want to be the one to rain on any one’s parade, but Paula White was someone who listened to almost twenty years ago when I first gave my life to Jesus, but over the years much has gone on with her, and I do pray she is now on the right path with God. I don’t believe as a woman she should be in position as a pastor especially for our country’s leader, woman are not called to pastor, she can preach as any believer is called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, but to lead as a pastor for any church, and now our president is out of alignment with God. 2 words False Prophet, ever since her divorce, and she made a name for herself from the Black Church, she hears of a familiar spirit ( read Jeremiah) cult of personality. Wait until the end do not get your word from man/woman that dreams vain visions out of his heart. Also may we recover our national identity. In 1892 the Supreme Court ruled in the Trinity Decision that America was a Christian nation. What an encouraging word! However recovery economically is not recovery morally. We need to be on our knees in repentance for our nation’s sin of abortion, the dissolution of marriage and the the family, propagation of pornography etc. Individually and as a nation. Yes! This is true. The foundations are being destroyed. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Recovery must come from repentance, humility, brokenness for the way we’ve violated God’s moral laws in so many ways. Recovery without repentance, confession and turning back to God, leaves the underlying infection, which will rise to a head again. Our need is one of repentance and confession. “IF my people which are called by my Name shall humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, THEN will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land [“recover”].” II Chron. 7:14 “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? God is not interested in restoring our goods that we trust in and not having our hearts restored back to Him, through repentance and confession of our sins. I always wondered how America would be reduced in stature in the world for the anti-christ to rise. Now we see it happening before our eyes. As a court hall chaplain since 2003, it has been an honor to “lift up our President and judges hands” in prayer each week. The power of prayer has changed the dynamics of human history for thousands of years. We hosted the National Day of Prayer at our courthouse in Gwinnett Co. GA
I was reminded recently in Bible study how Moses when his hands were raised to the heavens against the Amalekite army fighting the Israelites, the battle was being won. But when his arms grew weary raising them, the battle with the Israelites were losing the battle below. Then Aaron and Hur priest beside him lifted his arms high again till the battle in the valley below was WON. Exodus 17:8-16
That same Authority over their enemies was the same authority over the Israelites. To make it very clear, from the top of Mt. Sinai God’s spoke verbally through massive thunder and lightning His 10 commandments (not suggestions). That mega sight and sound system literally scared 3 million Israelites with fear and trembling. They begged God to speak through Moses, and not directly to them from the mountain.
That same Authority was later placed on King David to fund a permanent Temple “courthouse”. His son, King Solomon, whose net worth averaged $2 trillion, was given the authority to build the Temple. The 40 year project emerged into an immaculate 11 floor high Temple in Jerusalem that would value today around 300 million dollars housing a congregation of 10,000.
In all Solomon’s wealth, He recognized his desperate need for the spirit of discernment and wisdom before he could handle any case load, especially his first case between two women fighting over one child. With his sword, His verdict that brought the truth out stunned with amazement all of Jerusalem. His prayer quoted: “Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?” 1 Kings 3:8-9
Though the Temple was destoryed in 586 BC by the Romans, it did not destroy God’s continued institution of judgment and mercy in every county courthouse worldwide. It has been God’s public reminder that of all 7.7 billion people, 153,424 people estimated leave this world every day prepared or not for their “court date”. They will stand to see the Supreme Judge of His Universe, Christ Himself. On that death date, He is executing judgment for those who have deliberately broken His commandments, or mercy for those who have received His merciful debt payment on the cross.
Yes, this pandemic cornavirus has put a reality imminentacy of death in the hearts and minds of every living person worldwide. Death is no respecter of person. It parallels every courtroom door worldwide a “suddle reminder” of no return beyond the grave.
That is why, President Trump, we lift up your hands in prayer as you execute justice, discernment, compassion, integrity and patience through the stumbling blocks you face daily.

Please no talks of hanging or violence. God is perfectly capable of taking care of His people and pouring out His wrath where needed.
While the points discussed have merit, I would like to add a different perspective. Many of our working class poor work harder and longer hours than our wealthy who stockpiled meat and TP without leaving much behind for those without the resources to do likewise; those who live check-to-check and rarely take a vacation; those who serve but are unappreciated and undervalued for their contributions to this economy and nation.
There is a segment of our population that works only for self-interest in arenas that require far less work hours per week, yet they eat better, are better compensated, and take several vacations a year. We are concerned that those receiving unemployment checks will not want to go back to work, but forget that basic need will force them back to work when these funds run out and jobs are once again available.
I have far more concern that we have a nation that assumes God will just wave His hand over us to make things all better in an instant without true repentance – without a true turning of heart where we admit that we have not had our priorities straight and that we have legislated sin.
Church leaders need to call solemn assemblies (Joel 2:12-17) and stand in the council of heaven to receive God’s strategies and proclaim them to the people so they turn back to God (Jer. 23:22).
Instead of jumping in to ask the Lord to relieve our circumstances and bring us back to comfort and ease (especially financially), let us turn to Him in humility, cry out for mercy, and pray that our leaders, legislators, and judges restore true justice and righteousness as the foundation of our nation using God’s standards of truth.
Perhaps He will then leave behind his blessing and we will ‘recover all.’

American Exceptionalism can only come when righteousness returns/ becomes the norm not the exception. God have mercy and send a spirit of Godly Sorrow to bring many to repentance and restoration; to a turning from sins of greed, sexual impurity, Spiritual ignorance, complacency and fear of man. May we develop attitudes of gratitude, awe and a healthy fear of God among our all voters.
We ask You to expose and remove wickedness in high places. We pray that the voters of America become sick to their stomach of the greed and wayward behavior of career politicians.
May God open our eyes to the ugly spirits at work among the leadership of our country; may ungodly bureaucrats be exposed and retired. Teach us to pray, not simply complain.
Father, shut the mouths of those who ridicule righteous behavior and calls for holiness in our day. Help us to return to the ancient paths of holiness, neighborly love and strong families ordained by Him. God have mercy an America.

My heart trembles before the Lord when I hear people call this nation ‘great’ and ‘exceptional’ before the Lord in prayer; HE is El Elyon, the Most High God. I don’t want to see God oppose our nation (‘He resists the proud,’ James 4:6). “But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at My word.” Isa. 66:2
I pray our nation embraces a posture of humility as it once did, with resolve to accomplish all that God has ordained for us to do, and not only that which is profitable to us personally. I pray that our prayers reflect the wisdom of humility with the leading and unction of the Holy Spirit according to Lam. 3:37 – “Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?”
I also pray that we would learn to be ONE nation under God, with care and concern for one another instead of building bigger barns for the supplies we’ve stockpiled for ourselves for the days ahead. May this self-preservation born of fear be transformed into a spirit of generosity so that “He who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack.”(2 Cor. 8:15)

As I prayed into this, I heard the words “bull by the nose” and searched the Bible for this phrase. I found Is. 37:29-31. “Because of your raging against Me, and because your arrogance has come up to My ears, therefore I will put My hook in your nose, and My bridle in your lips and I will turn you back by the way which you came. Then this shall be the sign for you: you shall eat this year what grows of itself, in the second year what springs from the same, and in the third year sow, reap, plant vineyards, and eat their fruit. And the surviving remnant of the house of Judah shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward.”
3 years to recover and turn to growth, but we will recover all.
Thank You Father God that You Are The One Who brings revival. Let revival begin with each of us. Holy Spirit, thank You that You Are The One Who brings conviction of sins in our lives. As God’s Word says, judgement begins in the household of faith. May each of us confess and repent of our own sins, and get rid of the filth and sin in our own lives. You Are Faithful to show each of us what You consider sin in our own lives. I tried to find Paula White’s prophetic word in the scripture, and I could not. When did someone say to David, “Pursue……and you will recover all?” She referenced lots of other verses, but did not give any reference to the “Ziklag” pursuit. This would enable me to pray more effectively.

I pray we will NOT return to “normal”. We will not return to the sins which have so easily entangled us: adopting pop-culture into the church, compromising and permitting adultery, ignoring and allowing abortion, prioritizing material wealth and success, indulging in entertainment, spending most of what we have on ourselves, being reluctant to share the Gospel, spending too little time in the Word, praying too infrequently and too selfishly. I so desperately pray that we will go back to the principles our nation was founded upon – prayer, and faith in God. We have strayed so far off the chosen path of God that its scary (homosexuality, abortion, pornography, hatred, deceit). I find myself wondering what God thinks of all this. I pray daily that He will not remove His hand of protection from our nation. We – as a nation – need to repent if we are to see God’s favor on our land.

Judy- I mentioned this below: One of the most difficult issues for governmental leaders who have faith in the God of the Bible is, how to protect the religious freedoms of all? We must constantly pray for the right balance of freedoms, yet not opening any door in the spirit realm that would be destructive. Our God is big enough to handle this situation, but we must pray.
Last year I had the blessing of being in the Rose Garden during the NDOP event with the President, and similar things occured. I took th eopportunity to pray God would reveal himself to these people and the God would protect all involved from spiritual impact.

In James 4 it speaks of spiritual adultery and being friends of the world. Starting in verse 8 it speaks of repentance. To come close to God and recognize our sinfulness and to see if we have been disloyal with divided interests.To purify our hearts of any spiritual adultery and to grieve and weep over our spiritual disloyalty. To humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord. That is my prayer for the church of America and for the churches to become houses of prayer. I don’t remember many prophecies from the past but there is one that has stuck with me for many years. It was on Elijah List right after 9/11 and it said that our nation could go one way or another. We could become more intimate with the Lord and live in His Kingdom and seek Him with all our hearts or become more patriotic. I pray for a Holy Spirit led revival in America…
There is nothing wrong with being a Patriot. Patriots simply love their country, and the US was given to us by God. We should love it and care for it as God’s gift to us. Our Constitution is based on God’s Word. And we should desire and pray for the US to be holy and honoring toward God.That is the change of heart and revival we need as a Nation to become “United” States once again…United in Christ.

Would appreciate it if people referred to the President of the United States of America by his title i.e. President Trump. It is so disrespectful to call him simply by his last name and news people do it all the time–such a bad example to our children.
I hope and pray that along with our upcoming restoration, healing, and restoration of our nation’s spiritual heritage we will see God abiding lawmakers who will pay down this debt along with helping all of those in need. Praying for the biggest revival in decades to sweep this land and the world. God gave me a desire in November to pray for 20,000 new converts in each state (2000 in tiny states) in 2020, and then He told me a month or so ago- You need to ask for more! He is delivering on His promises! Active in missions, I pray that this will somehow lead to revival in other countries who are desperate, for everything, but especially for God. All of these attacks and plagues drive people to or from God, just like in Pharaoh’s day. Some Egyptians followed Moses out of Egypt and others stayed. People will decide to follow God or stay in sin. But God will reign!

We live in a country that believes in freedom of religion. President Trump is the President of all the people in this country. This was a National Day of prayer. I cannot fault him for trying to bring all.praying Americans into the garden.
The Lord Our God is One. There is but one God. Jesus did not die for all religions. The Pledge of Allegiance says ‘One Nation Under God’. Not one nation under many gods. Other religions do not tolerate Christianity. You will never find any place in the Bible where all beliefs came together in prayer. They may have prayed separately, on their own, but no where do I read where any of the prophets or apostles met together for prayer with those who did not believe in God. We as Christians are to be light and salt in the world. We are in the world, but not of the world. We are consecrated, set apart to let Jesus’ light shine through us. How long has it been since we’ve witnessed anything that comes close to this in our nation? Prompted by our President? Can we not count our blessings, name them one by one? Have some of you forgotten from whence we came? For eight long years we had a corrupt president hostile to Christianity, defenders of life, the weak ones in society, etc. Before that we had conservative presidents who lacked the backbone to take a stand or whatever the reason was for their unwillingness to tackle the ills of our society as President Trump has so boldly done!
Complain about a prayer to Mary? Are you aware that Christians pray to Mary? Perhaps they don’t go anywhere but does that mean we should shun Catholics? As stated by others, allowing Hindu and other religions to pray show President Trump believes in and supports Freedom of Religion.
As Paula Caine White’s words are dissected I continue to be thankful and praise God that The Word was spoken and prayed in the presence of the President Of the United States of America. Most meaningful is the fact that this was all orchestrated by President Trump. At a time such as this we should be shouting out our praise and thanksgiving. Differences in theology will never go away this side of heaven.
But as Christians we should be able know when it’s time to set our differences aside and join together in praise and thanksgiving.

Indeed Mary birthed our LORD and savior Jesus Christ, but she has no authority, or power in which we are to pray to her for help, and direction. Mary has left this earth, and is with God, God reigns forever and ever, Amen. All other god’s that man created and worship to has no place in this nation, we are to pray to no other god as a christian, nor make Mary our god as many have done, and is doing even now in the Catholic faith. One day we will have to give an account to God for turning our backs on the one who made all things, because we have prayed to another god, and come into agreement with those who pray to them, there is only one God, and He rules and reign both in heaven and earth, there is no life in idols, only God!

In terms of the repentance issue, I completely agree, repentance is the key to all revival; spiritual, economic, etc. I can tell you this is a theme talked about in the highest levels of our government. So, don’t be discouraged, pray, there are opportunities being discussed.

Yes!! The killing has to end.
We have to be willing to step out of our churches and be seen. In great numbers we’ll be seen defending the lives of babies and their mothers. And fathers. Abortion mills are closing after people have faithfully gathered there to pray. The minds of many mothers are changed when they see people there praying. What if only 20% of the churches in a given area had 10% of the congregation willing to stand outside a clinic on busy Saturday mornings? Can we imagine the difference that would make? We keep waiting on our pastors to speak up. Why wait? We see how far our waiting and our silence has taken us over the last almost 50 years. During the Holocaust the trains went by churches- people inside heard the screams for help. So what did they do? They started singing louder to drown out the sound. Today the screams are silent. It’s much easier to hide from the truth.
