A global pandemic has made us reevaluate how we do many things; but should voting be one of them? With the presidential election roughly six months away, leaders are scrambling to find solutions during the COVID era for a plethora of issues such as campaigning, fundraising, and of course, voting. California’s Governor, Gavin Newsom, made an announcement on Friday that he signed an executive order to have ballots mailed to the state’s 20.6 million registered voters.

“There’s a lot of excitement around this November’s election in terms of making sure that you can conduct yourself in a safe way, and make sure your health is protected,” said Newsom in his announcement. Elements of voting have turned it into a partisan issue. President Trump has repeatedly expressed concern that mail-in voting creates too much opportunity for people to “cheat” and it results in “a lot of dishonesty.”
In April House Speaker Nancy Pelosi advocated for mail-in ballots saying, “Why should we be saying to people, ‘stand in line for hours,’ when we don’t even want you leaving the House?” That is a valid question, but hopefully, things will be much different in November.
Governor Newsom said he will still allow an “appropriate number” of voting sites for those who require help to cast a ballot and those who are disabled. However, the National Review warns us of mail-in voting: “enormous pressure is being mounted to use our current crisis as an excuse to transform how we vote in elections.”
A Democratic fan favorite and former attorney general for Obama, Eric Holder told Time magazine “Coronavirus gives us an opportunity to revamp our electoral system…these are changes that we should make permanent because it will enhance our democracy.” Anything Eric Holder claims will “enhance our democracy” quite frankly, is terrifying. Nancy Pelosi “insisted that a mandatory national vote-by-mail option be forced on states in the first Coronavirus aid bill. She retreated only when she was ridiculed for shamelessly using the bill to push a political agenda” reported the National Review.

We can go to the grocery store, Lowes, and other stores deemed essential while social distancing. Why can’t we go to the voting booth?
No body required, no identification required to vote by mail, gee I Don’t know it doesn’t sound like anything in this process can’t be corrupted.
After all they have corrupted, cheated, and lied with the current system so why not when you’ve just given them all they ever wanted in the
first place to make sure a candidate can’t lose. Absolutely, don’t approve of this.

Municipality of Anchorage, AK changed our in-person voting to mail in ballots without public comment or the people’s input and now all our city elections are mail-in and there is no accountability to the voters.
Massive vote fraud. It’s the Democratic party dream! If this becomes the national practice, the GOP will never win another national election. Must not be allowed to happen.

Anything that Pelosi or Eric Holder say will enhance our election process should be a huge red flag. Americans need to wake up or we won’t have an America left! I pray the Lord will stop this and light be shed on all the “shananigans” happening to further a certain agenda.
Oh Sherri He is exposing their shenanigans. The demoncratic party are viscous. & they think they are above the law & untouchable. Pelosi is totally out of touch & control. Too much power. Term limits are needed. Schumer threatened 2 Supreme Court Justices w/ no repercussions. But, God sees & knows.
You open early voting earlier. Give people a month to early vote. We already here have almost 2 weeks and can vote anywhere in Harris County. Rest of the country needs to follow suit. That much time gives people plenty of time to get votes in. If, you don’t vote early, then space voting machines out and put X’s on ground 6 feet apart to keep people spaced.

& to add insult to injury Michelle Obama & her Hollywood crew is pushing for it. And pelosi wants stimulus money for mail in voting. Same day registration for election day & illegals to vote. In the stimulus package.

Fraud is the obvious potential consequence of voting by mail. There aren’t enough people to oversee it, and there are too many rabbit holes for the envelopes to disappear into. Then at the “right moment” someone claims to have found a hoard of uncounted ballots, and throws the election results into doubt and chaos. Chaos is the tool of the devil and his servants on earth- the leftist, anti-God media can churn the found ballots, and grind them like grist in their unholy mill of deception. No good thing can come out of this indecisive method. I’m praying people will wake-up a;nd speak-up, and that God blocks it altogether!

In our primary in April…Wisconsin voters had their ballots not mailed in time…not recorded at the Post Office…so our incumbent SC judge lost to an ultra liberal by over 100,000 votes.
