I was recently attempting to write a definition for the phrase “prophetic act.” After struggling for a while, I searched the internet and found a great definition written by Joan Emery: A prophetic act is “something we DO under the anointing and unction of the Holy Spirit as a step of faith, as an act of obedience to release the power, the presence and the victory of God into a situation.”
So well said! Sometimes we are moved to an action as a step of faith and obedience in order to see victory released into a situation. I believe the Lord realizes that at times we need to do things that act as spiritual markers where we release trust in God and connect that to an action we remember.
This phrase – prophetic act – came to mind as I watched President Trump announce to the world that he was taking the drug, hydroxychloroquine, reported to effectively treat COVID-19. He is not COVID-19 positive, and when asked why he decided to take the drug, he said, “I thought it was a good idea.”
Prophetic acts are good ideas that we do in order to see victory. Was President Trump’s act of taking hydroxychloroquine a prophetic act? Of course, I have no idea what was in his heart. But, I believe great victory could come from this action he “thought” was a “good idea.” President Trump exercised faith in an action to release a greater victory for our nation.
Trump’s act of taking of hydroxychloroquine has the potential to remove the necessity for vaccines. Recently, the Mayor of Los Angeles and its leaders said the city will not reopen until there is a vaccine. This could take month or years, and could possibly never be an achievable goal. DO NOT miss this point: Churches will not be able to reopen until there is a vaccine (if it ever is developed) and (presumably) IF the attenders receive the vaccine. With a readily available, low cost, safe, immediate treatment, the “we must wait for a vaccine” argument would be eliminated.
Trump’s act of taking of hydroxychloroquine has the potential to eliminate fear by providing an immediate treatment for COVID-19. After all, FEAR of contracting the virus is having MORE negative health outcomes than the virus. People are afraid to go to the doctor or emergency room for critical conditions. For example, hospitals are experiencing a 60%-80% reduction in admissions for stroke. Deaths related to COVID-19 of those who struggle with mental health issues could be as high as 75,000. Reducing fear would save lives!
Trump’s act of taking of hydroxychloroquine has the opportunity to quickly remove the control the Left is attempting to exert on our nation. We have documented many times the outrageous acts of those enforcing Draconian control measures, such as ticketing people for driving, outlawing lawn mowing and prayer walking in front of an abortion center, and more. Those on the Left who are legislating these rules from the highest levels are being hit with slews of legal challenges, bringing great contention into our nation. A treatment could end the need for control, eliminate the need for these lawsuits, and eliminate the need for protests and outrage.
We don’t know what was in President Trump’s heart, but we can pray that there would be the release of God’s victory through his actions. Churches reopening! Fewer deaths! Freedom protected! May it be, Lord Jesus!

Yes, we too pray for a cease of this epidemic. One time I saw on a news program that Turkey was using the hydroxychlorinquine with good results. This is a Gate’s move to force us into mandatory vaccines–which we will never accept.

Research about its side effects should be studied. I read a report that it could affect the heart negatively. Could it cause a heart attack?
Let’s be very careful about promoting this drug. I personally do not want to see my president have a heart attack. One of the watchtower prophets (clearlywrittendotnet)prophesied that our president would die from a heart attack. I have prayed for President Trump’s health and healing from any harm to his heart from this drug. Let us all pray the same. God reveals to His children information so that we can pray and intercede. I was thrilled when President Trump announced he was taking hydroxychloroquine! Yes, I viewed it as a spiritual act, also not knowing what is in his heart, but it’s brilliant! In addition to the great “downstream” effects described above, it removes so much of the stigma that has been placed on it, and sets a great example to those who are fearful and uncertain due to the campaign of the Enemy. Wonderful!
Please stop referring to COVID19 as a pandemic. Initially, due to the projected rate of infection, de@aths and no known treatments it did fit the definition of a pandemic. The factors that resulted in qualifying this virus as a pandemic no longer exist. It’s not as infectious as predicted, the curve has flattened without reaching the expected death rates, and there are effective treatments available. Now, it is either simply a flu, or if the infectious rate is 1.3 or above it might qualify as an epidemic.
If I were to get Covid, I would want and ask for Hydroxyclorine….I do NOT want mandatory vaccines or any vaccine that is produced in China.

Sold on this drug and I’ve spent over a month trying to convince her we don’t take this drug “just because”. This drug could have major side effects and should not be taken unless medically needed.. a medical disease that would cause you to NEED it. After reading the article in completion, I feel you may have really had a different message you were trying to convey and the headline was just used to catch people’s attention… I just sigh at this.
You are fearful of a drug that has been used without negative consequence since 1965? You should seriously consider that a new vaccine SHOULD take years to develop, and short of that, is much more dangerous than the effective protocol that includes hydroxychloroquine. Your fear of HCQ is unfounded.

Nicole – I can tell you as a leader, sometimes the Lord brings me through circumstances or leads me to do things that are more for those I lead than myself. I personally believe this is what is happening with President. He consulted the WH doctor and the doctor willingly prescribed it.
I do not believe an article describing a drug safely used for decades will kill people nor did I have an ulterior message than the title suggests.
I am a leader as a well. The decisions I make have a direct impact on my team and I most definitely attempt to “put myself in their shoes” and think of the impacts (pros and cons) my decisions create short and long term…I as well try to lead by example. There may be details that have not been made public which would have deemed it medically necessary to prescribe this medication to the President (I wish we knew more!)… However for a physician to prescribe a drug just because the patient thought it was a good idea? My goodness, I’m really just trying to grasp my mind around it.
My elderly mother does not need this drug to any extent … But the Presidents comment made her feel like she needs/wants it asap Which is frustrating To say the least. Nicole, simply reassure your mother, that should she feel ill, or if there is a reason, you will take her to the doctor and see if she has the virus. If she is tested and it comes out negative, the doctor will most likely tell her she is fine and does not need the hydroxy at this time, but she should get rest, take vitamin C and D and possibly a vitamin/mineral supplement (depending her needs and ability to do so). If she is like most elderly, she will listen to her doctor. He will also most likely tell her not to worry, but just eat well, get rest and stay positive. If you are putting fear and/or worry on her, that makes her anxious and more open to any type of illness. Breathe in the peace of Christ, saying Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I trust in You. If you live with your mother-in-law or can see her, pray with her, even the Our Father. You will see she will be calmer, you will be calmer, and President Trump will be following the Holy Spirit.

Hydroxychloroquine has been taken for years as a prophylactic. Just ask missionaries or anyone going on mission to Africa. It is harmless. My own brother, a doctor, took it before Two different trips when he went to Africa. The media and more are lying, a very good reason our President is proving them wrong.
So was the plan to go to the moon. But it happened and we marvel over it now.
I took hcq as a preventative for malaria when I lived in tropical Africa for 3 years. I also gave it to my 2 children then ages 5 & 8. There were zero side affects on us.we never got malaria nor did any one of us ever have any upper resperatory type illness, for 3 years! Seems to me this medicine is not one to be feared but taken for a short amount of time with a doctor’s order who can monitor it’s use and be stopped when the time is right. We have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. II Tim 1:7. Don’t let fear rule!

I admire a true leader who is willing to lead by example & not just tell others what to do. Our president is doing that & has come as a servant not only for this country, but the world. The Lord led me to a prophetic act in 2016 on my way to the polls. The act was to write Jesus in on my ballot. I did that & I know that many others did as well. I see our president as a forerunner, much like John the Baptist, who is preparing the way for this coming move of God that is going to fill the earth. The enemy is raging, because of this. I think of Isaiah 60. The enemy wants to bring darkness over the Church, but it’s time to lift up our eyes. God wants His glory to rise over His bride & shine through us. Let God arise & His enemies be scattered! The brightest days are ahead for His Church.
I stand in agreement with everything you have said except for the availability for those of us with autoimmune diseases. My pharmacy is not able to fill my full prescription at this time due to a shortage in hydroxychloroquine. Prayerfully the supply will increase soon so no one is without it. President Trump is receiving great grief over the “dangerous effects” from hydroxychloroquine. I have been taking 400 mg daily for over 5 years for an autoimmune disease named Sjogren’s Syndrome. I have not had any negative side effects only positive in helping to control flare ups from this disease that is in the same class as Lupus and RA. There are at least 4 million Americans with Sjogren’s millions more with Lupus, RA, Scheleraderma, and others who take hydroxycholoroquine. The media and democrats have not spoken about these great numbers of people taking it for years with little to no side effects. ALL medications come with a list of side effects. According to a CBS news report 05/21/20 only 4% more people died from COVID-19 while taking hydroxychloroquine. Yet, was the cause of death from hydroxychloroquine or effects from Covid-19? Perhaps those patients already had too much damage from the disease for it to help them. Maybe hydroxychloroquine isn’t for people with preexisting heart conditions but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good for others. Maybe some info should be gathered for our President from autoimmune foundations to help support the efficacy of this drug to help people.
Father, we come to You with confidence that you hear and answer our prayers because of Your Son, Jesus. We thank you for this great privilege we have to come to Your throne. Father, it seems as if the enemy who is the champion of death and destruction is fighting the silver bullet you provided for treatment of this virus. Yet he uses the media and people who hate to destroy facts with half truths and lies. Father, greater are You who is in us than the enemy of life who is in the world. You are victory and You are our deliverer. You will succeed for the sake of Your name, Your Kingdom, and Your Son. Jesus, declare Your victory over the demons and strongholds and burn their lies to ashes. Break through with healing and prevention that cannot be denied whether spiritual or physical. One of the challenges of a democratic form of government is discerning what is necessary to legislate and what can be left to the people to decide. And surprise! The people have different ideas about that. Of all the laws we have (which do tend to multiply due to the varying ways people devise to “get around” them), some are actually beneficial to society.

Our president walks in fear. Because of his fear everyone around him has to be tested daily and he takes medicine to ward of the virus and the medicine is proven to have no benefit and only risk. Then he encourages others to make the same mistake and you try to praise him and call it a prophetic act! This kind of lunacy only hurts the cause of Christ and the church.
Our president does not walk in fear but in great wisdom. He is also very prophetic. Anyone who has people who serve the enemy of GOD constantly coming against them to destroy them with the ultimate purpose of destroying the United States of America must walk in wisdom. The lady Democrat representative in Michigan thanked our President on Fox News for saving her life. I agree, our president doesn’t walk in fear, he’s walked through fire for over three years being accused and lied about, and it has not stopped yet, even though many of us have been praying for him to be exonerated. He loves this country, and that is as evident when you look him in the eye as it is when he speaks at his rallies about it. He works for the people, all the people of this country, and someday those who speak lies about him will wake up, and their eyes and ears will be opened, and the Truth will set them free.

To many treating Covid-19 patients around the world it seems to reduce the number of people requiring ventilator support. It appears efforts to confirm this widespread anecdotal experience with randomized scientific trials has met inexplicable resistance. HCQ has a great safety profile with worldwide use since I think around the late 1940’s or early to mid 1950’s given to large numbers of people with malaria and preventatively to military and civilian persons traveling to malaria infested nations and also as an anti-inflammatory agent to many persons with lupus and other inflammatory auto-immune illnesses. The testing at the VA in late stages of the critical care of I think ventilated patients would be a use not expected to be helpful and even expected to be harmful or perhaps the time when if you were going to find adverse reaction that would be the best time to study its use. I do not know what data exists around the world but it would be interesting if rates of progression from the earlier signs of confirmed Covid-19 to requirement for ventilator support could be looked at, comparing early treatment with or without the triad of HCQ+Azithromycin+Zinc. Most drugs, including aspirin & Tylenol,have risks for a small % of population. I heard doctors & head of VA on TV explaining that some vets were so ill, in danger of dying, that they or a loved one agreed to try HCQ as a last hope to save them. It’s called “right to try” But I respect your opinion, as it’s hard to know what to believe. I have no underlying health issues, so I would try HCQ if I tested positive for Covid, as the drug has been in use for over 60 years. I don’t want to judge those who take it under Dr supervision

I work for a large HHA in Massachusetts. I teach to new hires. I am at high risk. I spoke to the nurse practitioner about me taking the drug to protect me from getting the virus. She wrote back all of this garbage about it not being affective blah ,blah blah. We need to pray that those lies be broken. Because it is not true. It is affective. Taking hydroxychloroquine is dangerous for someone his age because of what it can do to the heart. President Trump is obese. It’s interesting that most of the fear of this preventative and promising medication is being promoted by the politically left and liberal media. At the top of that fear message are those who are deeply invested in vaccines and their manufacturing, including Tony Fauci. We should note that vaccines can also be dangerous and have very negative side effects. Also, the fact that Donald Trump saw potential and hope in this medication many weeks ago and it sent the media spinning is an indicator of its effectiveness. . In 2004, Holy Spirit told me to have our prayers to pull down the walls around Australia. He showed us first to do it around our city and how it would work. Then we had to do it around the nation.
We , first had to tear down the walls already there, like Jericho, so we used a map of the country, and put a wall of play-doh around it for the walls. Then we rebuilt the walls with new gates (walls of Salvation and Gates of praise). God gave Joshua directions to destroy everything in the city of Jericho, but to bring the gold and silver into the treasury, Ch 6:17-19,, so that is how I pray – I dedicate for destruction every ungodly plan for this nation, but I bring the treasures and godly plans into the treasury.
Many times I have seen results from this prophetic act, the Lord told Abraham whoever controls the gates controls the city, so the gates are always closed around Australia. Things do go wrong obviously, but it was for a specific purpose, and I believer I will see the results one day.

Peace and blessings in the LORD, I was very concerned when I heard that our president had taken something that was not yet approved by the CDC for this situation, and could potentially cause his body harm, as much as I disagree with our president on many things I do not want to see any harm come to him. I love that he is fighting against abortion, and this is all I personally know on my end of what he has done, and I know there has been a prophetic word by Kim Clement, and whether it for the better or, to bring judgement may the will of God be done according to His word. It will take a million years to figure out timelines of things that has gone on behind the scenes in our our government to compare notes on thousands upon thousands of documents to see what is, ans has gone on with many things in many of our administrations, no one person can do this, and figure it all out on their own, so we either believe everything we hear by man, or be lead of God when we can’t figure it all out. I personally chose to be lead of God during all these times especially with all that is going on in our land, God is speaking to people, and those with true facts coming forth will be confirmations to those facts. In order to act prophetically you must be lead of God, and act in faith upon God’s words, because anything prophetic is from God, and not man. We all can do good things with good intentions, but it doesn’t mean that they are right, and safe especially when it is of self will, and not God. God leads us to do good things indeed, because God is good, but when we speak of the prophetic there is no misunderstanding, and assumptions. I just said yesterday to myself, well maybe the president will be the official person to test drive (I used another word instead of test drive, but it was the word that came to my mind yesterday, but this is a better way to say it) and see how it goes. I want to say lastly that the true cure for COVID 19 is REPENTANCE our nation is full of SIN, UNHOLINESS, AND HAS TURNED IT’S BACK ON GOD, GOD DECLARES THAT HE IS A JEALOUS GOD, AND THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER GOD BEFORE HIM! WHETHER IT BE THE NATION,and/OR OUR OWN PERSONAL REPENTANCE WE MUST TURN OUR FACES BACK TO GOD! TIME IS TICKING, AND WE DON’T HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF TIME AS WE THINK TO LOOK, AND THINK EVERYTHING OVER, WE NEED TO PRAY AND CHANGE IMMEDIATELY, AND TRUST GOD. Blessings, It’s not fake news I actually saw the briefing as he was speaking, I will correct myself, He said disinfectant, not bleach, bleach is a disinfectant, but there are many others as well. I put the words below in my reply back to someone else, and I wrote verbatim what was said from off the video. In a kind way, I feel it’s important to state that the President didn’t suggest taking bleach internally. What he said was twisted by the media. I watched and listened to the video/audio of that.
Thank you for responding, I have also listened on the same day President Trump had the briefing, I was looking right at the briefing, he stated ” Then, I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute, and is there a way where we can do something like that? umm by injection inside, or almost a cleaning cause you see it get’s on the lungs and it does a tremendous number….I wrote this verbatim from off the video on Youtube by the subscriber Sun captioned COVID 19, It’s the same video we all have seen there’s no editing, it is what I saw as well, and President Trump suggested to use Disinfectant as a option for a cure. I will correct myself, because I said bleach instead of disinfectant, but bleach is a disinfectant, so since he didn’t say bleach, I correct myself, and would insert disinfectant, but we can not make corrections once we post here, God bless!
Nevertheless, antibiotics are also disinfectants that are prescribed regularly.

In my Christian Journey I have done things in the past thinking it was my idea only to realize later that it was God’s direction for me and sometimes for someone else whether our president realized or not I believe taking this drug was God’s Direction it is my prayer that God would bless protect and guide our president. He appears to be a man who has a plan he is very strategic and what he does it appears to me he does very little by chance I pray God will bless him protect him and guide him I believe he has been used by God to hold back the evil in America don’t get me wrong I do not see President Trump as our savior I do see that God has used him in Mighty ways..and I pray he will come to know love and be led by Jesus our true Commander and Cheif…
I agree with President Trump, descion to take hydroxychloroquine. This medicine has been used for a long time, as a malaria medicine. For years doctors have been prescribing this medicine. So if the doctors have been giving this medicine out for years,WHY all the fuss. If this medicine was not good to begin with, why are people using it for Malaria. And if this medicine has BAD side effects, but if a person lives after using it, that would be better than dying, not using the med. God help US
And it’s used for other autoimmune diseases!! Do people here question the use for those diseases? Many drugs are used for other than intended purposes, diseases. Doctors don’t wait to get FDA approval, they prescribe the med because they know it works!
I’m growing weak with all the skepticism, believing too many people are watching leftist controlled regular media. We need to open our minds. If Christians can’t be on the same page with HCQ how will we ever convince those on the other side we need access to it! My goodness we talk about fear of side effects. How many of you fearful people are taking prescription drugs? I don’t like to take them, I avoid them as much as possible. At some point the benefit outweighs the risk! We’re talking about saving lives here!
I believe the concern is with this particular virus to know if it will work with this virus, and not against it, even thought the med has been around you still have to out weigh the good with the bad as in all medicines. We all have to be patient with this NEW VIRUS as the CDC piece things together, I don’t know how many people expect a medication so fast, and if something goes wrong people will complain. If we are going to trust God may we trust Him all the way, honestly I do not want to put any medicine if I don’t have to in my temple, popping a pill is not always the answer, let’s pray until a answer come, we are more afraid of this sickness than what I thought as the people of God, faith moves mountains, may a holistic way to conquer this giant be found instead of a man made medicine, or even better a MIRACLE FROM GOD.

I have taken HCQ when I was traveling with missions and did not experience any side effects. I am a nurse who has seen many untoward effects of medications so always prefer the natural if possible, hence taking Vit C, Vit D3 and Zinc myself. But, there is a time when prescription drugs are essential and they save lives. The President is surrounded by many people, some who have COVID 19, so it is wise of him to take HCQ prophylactically. God continue to bless our President with good health!
