It appears that Sen. Ted Cruz’s daughter may have tried to harm herself. May God be with their family. Let’s lift them up to the Lord in prayer. From Yahoo News. Police and medical personnel were called to the Texas home of Sen. Ted Cruz Tuesday night after reports of a 14-year-old girl at the property suffering from self-inflicted stab wounds to her arms.

The teen was taken to the hospital shortly after. It’s unclear who the girl was—though Cruz does have two daughters: Catherine, 11, and Caroline, 14.
[A] representative for his office said: “This is a family matter, and thankfully their daughter is OK.”
There “were no serious injuries,” the representative said.
“The family requests that the media respect their daughter’s privacy at this time.” …

Father, we pray for Ted Cruz’s daughter. We thank you for embracing her with your love, peace, comfort, and hope. Inspite of what she has been going through, please whisper in her spirit that as she calls out to you, you will be right there for her. Put a desire in her heart to reach out to you. If she hasn’t received Jesus as her Lord and Savior, send someone across her path to introduce Him to her, either in person or through some form of media technology. In Jesus’ name, thank you.
The enemy mus be bound and rebuked from attacking this family. The enemy is using children and the schools are staffed , along with social media , of Baal and Molech worshiping crazies who are sacrificing children to these “gods” on behalf of satan. We are told to pray first of all for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and reverence.
We all know that, with social media, the prince of the power of the air is all over this situation, broadcasting every negative detail.
Therefore, the family of God most definitely needs to know about it, so we can stand in the gap for this family.
And this family needs to know they are surrounded and infilled with God’s unfailing love.

I am so sad to hear about your daughter’s anguish. We have been through a similar scenario this past year with our 16 yo granddaughter. We have spent many hours on our knees in prayer and do so for all children who are struggling with the weightiness of this world.
