Newly uncovered documents reveal a controversial agreement between Planned Parenthood and the University of California San Diego (UCSD), where aborted fetal body parts are exchanged for research purposes. This highlights ethical and legal concerns.
Recent documents obtained through a public record request by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) shed light on contracts and communications between Planned Parenthood and the University of California San Diego (UCSD), wherein the abortion provider agreed to supply aborted fetal body parts to the university explicitly for “valuable consideration.” In return, Planned Parenthood would gain ownership of all “patents” and “intellectual property” resulting from research and experiments using the provided fetal tissue.
Who is praying on the wall?
According to a Biological Materials Transfer Agreement contract between the two entities, “PPSD [Planned Parenthood San Diego] shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Material, including but not limited to all right, title, and interest in patents and patent applications and other intellectual property rights relating to the Material.” This contract, updated in 2014, remains in effect today, as per CMP’s findings.
CMP also obtained emails exchanged between Planned Parenthood officials and UCSD discussing “research collaboration.” In one instance, UCSD informs Planned Parenthood that they will “have results to share on samples recently collected,” indicating ongoing collaboration. Additionally, there are plans for a meeting to discuss “payment to the residency program,” referring to an abortion training initiative operated by Planned Parenthood under UCSD’s OB-GYN department. This program bears similarities to Planned Parenthood’s partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, where Planned Parenthood abortionists are on staff and medical students are trained in performing abortions.
CMP and its founder, David Daleiden, are in the process of reviewing thousands of pages of documents linking UCSD faculty and researchers to patents held by the University of California “as a result of its supply of aborted babies.”
“This new evidence reveals that Planned Parenthood sells late-term aborted baby body parts in violation of federal law, for far more money than previously disclosed,” stated David Daleiden, emphasizing the severity of the findings.
The transfer of aborted human fetal tissue for “valuable consideration” constitutes a federal felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000.

This has been going on for years, they have videos of conversations being held with planned parenthood discussing “prices” for
different organs. Father God, in Jesus name we ask You to continue to Expose and Dispose of whats going on with organ harvesting and using the babies blood. These seem like impossible situations but we know that “Nothing is to hard for the Lord”…You are able to make a way where there seems to be none. We ask all of this IJN. Amen
This is depravity that is all around us. Evil which so many see as needed. This is so extreme. We as taxpayers support this in our universities. Pray, pray, and pray that our Lord will give us voice against.

Lord, we ask that you would shield these helpless victims from the instruments of the abortionists and hide them under Your wings. Thank you God for sending David Daleiden and his staff to bring exposure to these previously hidden relationships. Like David with just a slingshot, David D. and his staff have used an undercover camera as their weapon to bring down this Goliath. I pray that they will be unable to qualify for government funding due to this exposure and that these relationships with publicly funded universities would have to stop. We issue a “cease and desist” order as the Ekklesia and command Planned Parenthood to be dismantled. Unravel their unholy plans Lord, show them that You are the God who answers by fire!

please save the babies. Give great conviction to these young pregnant women that this life is the most valuable thing they have and give them the help they need and the strength to save their baby.

You know they have come against Mr. Daleiden and his organization before and we ask for your divine protection for them as they do your work to bring these demonic injustices to light. Strengthen them, guide their paths Father and your will be done. Help America to turn from its desire to kill innocent unborn babies you have formed. We have people crying out to do away with the death penalty and not terminate the life of convicted killers and mass murderers, yet the nation clamors to kill babies not yet born who have done nothing wrong. God I pray for you to protect the babies as I know you love them. Each one is a potential prophet or follower of yours with futures you have written. I pray that each one that is saved will serve and honor you as they do great things for your kingdom.
