The ACLU claims that Ohio’s laws banning trans surgeries on minors violate the Constitution. This article, written by OH AG Dave Yost, shows that that could not be farther from the truth. Yost participated in IFA’s Policy & Prayer in Ohio last month.

In this case, Ohio will not rely solely on declarations in a paper-thin record. We will present the evidence the plaintiffs wish to ignore. … They will have to prove their contention that these therapies are not irreversible, with permanent changes. They will be pressed on their claims that the prohibited procedures are safe. They will be required to prove that the procedures’ effect on mental health is worth any of the risks. And the State will prove that this area of medicine is incomplete. …
Not every case requires such an aggressive approach. This one does, and Ohio will not concede the ground. …
All who suffer from gender dysphoria, especially children, deserve to be treated with compassion and dignity. We should assume that the families of those children want the best for them. Which is precisely why a growing number of nations, and more than half the states, have passed laws protecting children from irreversible, adult medical decisions for which they are ill-prepared. As in Ohio, these laws reflect the consensus of the people of their states. They ought to be defended and upheld against the assault of lawfare practitioners who would substitute their elite judgment for that of the duly elected representatives of the people.

Lord, please protect our children from the evil that is flowing through our country, mutilating and injurying our children both physically and mentally! Father, thank you for our state’s and Dave Yost’s stand on transgender medication and surgery. I pray for him and for this battle, that we as a state would win this protection battle for children! We declare in the name of Jesus that Satan will not win but will be defeated.
When one considers the depravity of the ACLU it becomes obvious that more is at work here than just mental derangement. That is clearly a factor because it violates basic common sense and science. But there is also an a deeply evil agenda at work. The war against reality itself is part of a bigger plan to first unite than enslave the human race. The plan is to wear people down over time with more and more lunacy and that will force people to adjust their innate view of objective reality in order to feel socially acceptable. That explains the war against science. It is really a war against God’s natural order. From God’s perspective it is a way of “thinning the herd”
as false believers start buying into things like the acceptance of perversion on the church or the “social justice” Marxist lie. These are the ones who will turn on and eventually betray and hate the true believers as Jesus warned. Real Christians will make the fair weather ones feel uncomfortable because deep down they know they have given in to the lie. And they don’t want to be reminded of it. Globalism is satan’s last gasp before the Lord’s return and he is going to cause mass chaos and anarchy to prepare for his lawless one to temporarily reign. That is the context which explains evil organizations such as. ACLU, the UN, WHO and worldly political systems including our own.
In the state of Delaware, we are in fight against the trans agenda our general assembly is trying to pass. The bill HB346 proposes to take away parental rights of those children who are diagnosed with diaspora, make Delaware a hub for out of state reassignment surgeries and chemical therapy and remove liability from the medical community for bad outcomes. The Bill HB230 received a lot of criticism so our general assembly reassigned it a new number to fool the public with some added amendments. The problem is an uphill battle as Delaware is a democratic trifecta. Please pray that our people in Delaware would wake up, that the grace of God would intervene on our behalf and that in this next election righteousness leaders would replace those who would advocate for such an evil agenda.

My heart aches for these children who have no clue what is going on. If I had been a young person now I might have been convinced that I was a boy.
The plain truth is that these surgeries are experimental and carry horrible side effects and alter God given sexual anatomy. Transgenderism defies biblical sexuality. I bind antichrist ideologies and surgical procedures that are abusive to children. History will look back at this and call it barbaric. The human body is God’s creation, and it is good. We are all created in the image and likeness of God, male and female. I bind the agenda of the enemy to destroy children and they are truly a gift from God. Heavenly Father, please dismantle the darkness and the words of untruth being uttered in Ohio by the ACLU. They boast for decades in how they have dismantled the U.S. laws, expanding and manipulating them according to their agendas. Prov 16:18 Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall. Father it is Your will alone that we choose to have done, both in heaven and here on earth and Your word we choose to receive and believe. Let the Praise of Your Name be exalted, truth reign forth and the innocent be protected. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
