As many states have introduced biblical laws to combat the oppressive transgender ideology, California is working to undo their progress.
From NBC News. Democratic state lawmakers said they will introduce legislation to offer California as a safe haven for parents in other states who risk having their transgender children taken away or from being criminally prosecuted for supporting their children’s access to gender-affirming procedures and other health care.
The measure is a response to moves in several Republican-dominated states and particularly Texas, where Gov. Greg Abbott has directed state agencies to consider removing transgender children from their families and placing them in foster care. A Texas judge last week temporarily blocked that effort, although the state is appealing.
California Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener said his bill would ensure that “California is a place of refuge for transgender children and their parents as a wave of criminalization sweeps through Texas and other states….”
The bill to provide refuge to transgender youth and their families is the latest effort by California officials to counter moves on generally liberal vs. conservative issues like abortion and gun control in other states.
Wiener’s approach is similar to the provisions in another pending California bill responding to efforts in other states to restrict abortions.
It would bar the enforcement of civil judgments against doctors who perform abortions on patients from other states. It’s among several measures designed to make California a sanctuary for people seeking or providing abortions….
Like the abortion bill, the transgender bill would reject any out-of-state court judgments removing transgender children from their parents’ custody because they allowed their children to receive gender-affirming healthcare….
It would also prohibit California officials from complying with out-of-state subpoenas seeking medical or related information about people who travel to California for gender-affirming care. To be blocked, the subpoena would have to be related to attempts to file criminal charges or remove children from their homes for receiving gender-affirming care.
The measure would also make it California’s policy that any out-of-state criminal arrest warrants based on an alleged violation of another state’s law against receiving gender-affirming care would be the lowest priority for law enforcement in California….

Father, we ask that this bill would be stopped. I pray for protection for children across our nation from the mutilation of their bodies whether through surgery or drugs to stop puberty. I pray for wisdom in Texas that children would not be removed from their homes but that parents would open their hearts to what is best for their child and not be taken in by Satan’s lies.

We thank God for all the states like Texas and Florida that have advanced laws restricting abortion access after the detection of a fetal heartbeat in anticipation of the jubilee victory of the demise of Roe vs Wade. We declare that SB 1124, a bill proposed by California lawmakers Nancy Skinner and Anna Caballero to use tax subsidies to fund people from out-of-state to access abortions.
This bill, a preemptive attempt to codify protections to abortion access in law before the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade is defeated by the Ekklesia with the authority given to us by Christ. We are fully committed in fastings, prayers, decrees agreeing that California and other state shall not be havens of abortion. We declare that Roe vs Wade shall be overturned and that no state in the USA shall defy the sanctity of life. We bind all evil spirits and human puppets of evil, the Biden and Gavin administrations, and any other state administrations attempting to create abortion havens. We tear down all existing abortion altars of Bael in the USA. We pray for repentance and accountability for those who murder human beings for profit. We declare their assets frozen and the full enforcement of civil judgments against doctors and staff who perform abortions and all government officials and private organization staffs that have promoted abortion. We decree the complete defunding of Planned Parenhood and all other abortion centers, and also the defunding of abortion clinics in other nations from receiving American tax funds. In Jesus name. In Jesus we declare that all efforts by State Sen. Scott Wiener; Tami Martin, director at Equality California, the largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the U.S, and Planned Parenthood to co-sponsor a bill to make California a place of refuge for transgender youth are null and void. California shall not be complicit in the sterilization and permanent disfigurement of America’s children. We bind all evil principalities and powers behind these efforts. We loosened God’s Holy Spirit and holy angel armies to intervene, defund, and stop these rebellious efforts. We pray for a great revival, an awakening of our children to God’s Truth, an outpouring of God’s grace to heal their sexuality in California and across the USA.
The transgender experiment plays on the move towards panhumanism, playing off baal whispering lies to children falling prey to commercially prodded depravity.
It should also be recognized that this group of people is among the heaviest trafficked.

As much as we don’t want to facilitate transgenderism in any way, I question legislation that results in removing children from their homes against their parents’ will. That sets (or continues) a frightening precedent. Praying for Godly wisdom for our legislators in this matter.
