The National Collegiate Athletic Association Board of Governors said on Monday that it “firmly and unequivocally supports” transgender biological male athletes competing in women’s sports at the college level.

It comes amid an ongoing push by Republican-led states to enact measures that seek to protect female athletes, who are likely to have a biological disadvantage if forced to compete against male-born students. . . .
Under the association’s policy, a transgender female athlete is allowed to participate in NCAA women’s competitions if the athlete is being treated with testosterone suppression treatment. Similarly, a transgender male athlete is allowed to participate in NCAA men’s competitions if they have received a medical exception for treatment with testosterone. . . .
“When determining where championships are held, NCAA policy directs that only locations where hosts can commit to providing an environment that is safe, healthy and free of discrimination should be selected,” the board wrote.
Several states this year enacted laws that would bar biological males from participating in women’s sports. The bills also acknowledges the inherent biological differences between male and female student-athletes. Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas are among the states that have signed such a bill into law.
Meanwhile, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, who initially had said she would sign a similar bill, sent the law back to the legislature over what she said were unrealistic requirements “in the context of collegiate athletics.” The state has since failed to enact the bill over disagreements about the changes.
Noem has, however, formed a national coalition to “Defend Title IX” to protect the rights of female athletes and keep competition fair. . . .
“Once we have enough states on board, a coalition brought big enough where the NCAA cannot possibly punish us all, then we can guarantee fairness at the collegiate level,” Noem said.
She has also signed two executive orders to protect fairness in women’s sports—one for K-12 athletics, and the other for college athletics. The executive orders came after the proposed bill HB 1217 failed to be enacted and seeks to temporarily address the problem, Noem said.
Student-athlete Linnea Saltz, who participates in the highest level of U.S. intercollegiate athletics known as NCAA Division I, told an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in February that biologically female athletes shouldn’t be forced to compete with athletes who were born biologically male. . . .
“I feel as if women are going to be watching their own sports from the sidelines, we’re no longer going to be wanting to compete in sports where we don’t feel as if we’re competing on a level playing field,” Saltz said.
“And if we’re allowing biological males that possess physiological advantages over biological females to compete in the female category, we’re no longer going to be interested in competing.”

Amen..I agree with this prayer.
The hard thing for me to understand is why anyone would want to watch a transgender female compete with female athletes. Why would the transgender female feel any gratification in winning against females? Where is the competition? Just as I knew my husband would always win in a lifting or running contest, it would be a rare woman who can win against those who are biologically taller, stronger, and faster. Where is the sport in that? Maybe transgender females need to compete against other transgender females and leave those born female to compete against each other. Now that sounds “fair” to me! Lord, please bring Your wisdom into this crazy world and show us just how many of our freedoms are being trampled on in the name of “fairness and equity.”
Lord we look to you to change the heart of those in leadership who’s heart has become hard and refuse to keep moral standards in our county. Lord it is you that we look to and desire to please. Help us Lord to take back the land and give us the wisdom to overcome the snares of the evil one. In Jesus name we pray.

The Bible or the Word says in Genesis chapter 2 that God made man and then woman, shouldn’t that be the answer to the NCAA. We let evil invade and this is what happens. These children, they are experiencing on, have no say in this procedure which will be everlasting. Where is this leading and what will be the outcome? It doesn’t look good. It does not bring happiness and maybe “buyers remorse”.
I pray that the NCAA will have second thoughts and change their decision and that more states will join Noem and adopt her ‘Protect fairness in women’s sports’ executive orders. Lord Men and Women have different body structures and these do not change by taking testosterone. The bone structure, muscle structure and lung capacity are still with them. Let them open their eyes and make the right decision in your eyes Lord, I pray this in Jesus Name.
Maybe they just want two male leagues. Women’s leagues do not bring in as much money. This way they might end up with two male leagues. Does that make sense? I think so… follow the money. God will sort it out. In the mean time boycott!
The Lord said he would poor out his spirit on his body. We are his body. He said that he would provide everything we need. He would never leave us or forsake us. He would transfer the wealth of the wicked over to the just, over to his people. We have to believe him and trust him. He will make a way for his people to prosper. I am believing that he will give us everything we need to shine in the darkness and to say no to this agenda of the enemy. He knows the agenda of the enemy and he is not surprised, he has already awakened the state legislators to come against the agenda of the Biden administration. We have to know our authority in him. In the gospels, it is written that the people were astonished by the authority and power that Jesus walked in. We have to walk in that same power and authority to speak his truth. He said his word will never pass away. He is the word. When we speak his word, we are speaking him into the situation. The Holy Spirit will take what is his and give it to us. It is by his word, his authority and his truth that we can destroy the works of this evil agenda. When we give thanks to the Lord, we are confirming that his word is truth, his promises are truth. Even when we are feeling defeated or threatened, we can be rest assured that God is who he says he is and he will make a way for us to stand and defeat the enemy. We know that he is faithful, he is still in control, his word will do what it says, ex. No weapon formed against us will prosper. When we send his word out, the enemy is defeated because he said it, his word is final. We don’t have to see it with our eyes, we believe it with our hearts. He said because of him, we will be able to stand against the enemy, with his word, his power and authority, and by his spirit. We know this agenda is not from God, so we take authority over these unclean spirits and tell them to take their deceit and their confusion and their lies and get off our families, get out of our government, get out of our country. We stand firm in our faith, that we our a chosen people by God, we will not tolerate the spirit of darkness over any part of our lives. We can stand in the faith and the authority given to us by the Lord. We command this spirit of darkness and confusion and misinformation to leave now. We speak the life of Christ, the peace of Christ, and the love of Christ, into our situations, into our families, into our government, and into our nation. We speak unity and not division, we speak clarity not confusion. We ask the Holy Spirit to send the spoken word of God into the hearts and minds of our leaders and those who are in charge. Forgive the NCAA, for they do not know what they do. Open the eyes of their hearts to the damage they will cause girls and women. Frustrate their efforts. Unify women to demand their rights. Bless Governor Noem, and those like her, to defend women against this gross violation of natural law. I agree with the prayers of the others beseeching You to defeat this scheme of the Devil. Amen

It’s becoming more and more obvious that LIBERALS hate women……….while they fuss over equal pay for women, they turn around and stab them in the back.
Did not liberated women of the 60’s – 90’s want equality with men? Did not women of the 60’s – 90’s want access to male only locker rooms, play men’s sports, compete with men and become ‘more male’? Just desserts. Now, confused men over sexual identity want to compete as women. Full circle.

Carol, thank you for your reply. You could not be closer to the truth than I am. The Left has destroyed the beauty of the Creation as God intended it to be, including male and female. Corruption of what was intended to be pure has infiltrated our culture on a very deep, ubiquitous level. As I surveyed the history of the United States, what we were when statesmen actually spoke the truth, and what we have become in this current generation, I felt led to ask a rhetorical question (which you kindly responded to) with the full realization that our country stands in need of revival. Evil is being revealed and will increase to the point that the Church, Christ’s bride is refined, spotless, courageous, faithful to the end. The stage has been set, the crucible is now full. We have a role to play in the Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. This is our time, and I sense you are a guardian of many through your prayers.
You are correct in that what the feminist agenda set out to do several decades ago has come back to bite them. This current movement has nothing to do with fairness for the genders, but with dominance of a particular group of people who are bent on corrupting what God has set forth. The devil himself is the leader of the movement, and his followers are so blind they don’t see where this is taking them.

I appreciate your comments. The refiner’s fire has been lit, and the Church is in the middle of it. You clearly recognize the spiritual battle ground on which this war is being fought and that is good. I am confident your prayer and desire for “us all to be more diligent” will be one of the outcomes the Father has in store for us. There is an ‘awakening’ taking place as in the book of Acts (Bible). Have you noticed that it is taking persecution to wake us up? So often that is the case. But, so be it. We honor God, and God is never out-done by his arch-enemy. God’s kingdom will be full as many will come through fire, and many through the flood, but all will come through the blood. Thanks for writing.
There is something that people who know the difference between right and wrong must do – boycott the NCAA, which is fueling by $$. Don’t attend the games no matter what it is. Don’t support their sponsors. When their revenue consistently dries up, then they will be forced to take a good solid look at what they are doing vs what they should be doing.
As Christians, its imperative that we take a stand. I was all out for athletics my entire life as an athlete, coach and supporter. I no longer watch any of it at any level other than possible support for small age groups up to high school. But even when that gets out of hand with their wokeness, I drop that support immediately and I am clear as to why when asked questions. To watch college and pro sports today is pure compromise (for me) and I simply don’t miss it at all. If normalcy and respect ever return to the game, I will reconsider but not until then. The NCAA continues to try and force feed their “gender twisting or trans bending” into our faith and I am not going to share in their misguided attempt to have me swim in their vomit.

The NCAA Board of Governors is so far out of touch with reality that its mind boggling. They treat the situation as if every 1 out of 5 athletes is transgender and they bow at the behest of corporate lackeys who just drift in the sea of PCness without a rudder. Its probably realistic that 1 out of 50K athletes is transgender and that might even be a stretch. This is what happens when you gave a governing body of people that leave God out of their equation and decide they know what is best.

Biological males should never ever be allowed to participate in female sports. This is so unfair. God created males and female differently. He created males to be physically stronger. Florida House has passed Kaylee Tuck’s bill to keep the biological genders separate in sports activities. Now need to pray that the Florida Senate follows the same path.
Simply put — the NCAA has declared war on female athletes. A disturbing trend is happening as Big Business and the NCAA are coming together over ‘wokeness’. What they are doing destroying Title IX requiring equal treatment for women in education and sports bastardizes women’s sports! I hope every female in the country comes down on high school and college administrations and gives ’em some holy thunder! You certainly have a right to!!
The solution to this is quite easy.
The reason the NCAA has taken this stand is all of its leadership are liberals.
Want to change that? Then get involved at the national level and run for office & get appointed to their board.
This is how many organizations and groups have been turned around but remember you are going to get a lot of flack and have to invest a lot of time and effort. Many schools districts have been saved by this process, some city & county government have also.

May you grant them courage and a “thick skin” as you use them to turn back the wickedness that has seeped into these organizations. May the hearts of those serving in the NCAA be pricked and their eyes opened to the unfairness of expecting women to compete against “transgender” women. This is where we as Christian Conservatives need to ban together and boycot all entities that support the LGBTQ agenda, the Pro Abortion agenda and the Leftist movement. It’s way past time that Christians stand up and act. This will mean sacrifice.

I know it’s been often stated but the world is going crazy. Black is white, up is down – we’re living in the world of Orwell’s 1984. The worldview of our leaders is completely detached from reality. It seems as thought they are simply looking for areas to to switch the norm for no other reason than its “the norm” and it needs to be changed.
We are in God’s Hands and must stand for our beliefs because of who we are in Christ not who the Administration and it’s spokesperson think we are. We are Children of God. Do you really think the NCAA is going to stand against the “woke” culture that could be construed as support for our position. It’s all about those in power and with money creating their kingdom. Now, the CEOs are joined by NCAA. I pity them.
Heavenly Father, we come to you today begging for forgiveness for any part we may have played in some of these societal decisions tearing our country and church apart. Forgive our apathy, our silence and detachment by not standing for You. Many of us are feeling the battle is almost lost but remind us of David’s triumphs and Joshua as the walls of Jericho came tumbling down. We pray these “walls of the insanity of wokeness” will also come tumbling down. We continue to pray for an Awakening in this nation but give us strength so we do not become faint hearted but filled with the Holy Spirit and not afraid of the evil for You go before us and you’re with us against the the enemy. How sad. And, we do need to keep praying that common sense will finally come about regarding this matter but… these organizations like the NCAA as well as the NFL and MLB only understand one thing… MONEY! So let’s pray that their coffers get affected in a very real and hurtful way.
Oh LORD GOD, WAKE UP your sleeping church that we might once again become light in a dark and depraved culture. This is about removing YOU, and your image MALE and FEMALE in each of us. Raise up a spiritual army to stand firm in Gospel truth that we may battle against the principalities behind this damaging movement. My husband currently coaches at a Christian NCAA Div 2 university. He coaches both male and females. Lord, we pray against what the NCAA desires to further do.
May GOD protect your husband and give him wisdom and courage to change the things he can and release other things to GOD. May your family be protected as you grow deeply rooted in your faith.
I have never been a sports person, but it is wrong with what is being done. But, people have idolized sports & their players. Sports has become their God. I have seen it & heard it through the years & it has continued to get worse. I am not so sure that God will intervene on this situtation. Some people can tell us everything about sports & their players but they know nothing about the bible. All the screaming, betting, idolizing & so on. I know not all fans & players fit that catagory but I would say the majority do. Then you have churches that have big movie screens so you can join in church & watch the superbowl along with snacks.To me that is an abomination. The church is not the place for that nonsense.we better be asking God for forgiveness. The love of sports has taken over the love of God & his son Jesus.It has gotten totally out of control. I will be bold & say the same is happening with Nascar. People idolized that sport as well as other sports.I know some of them. God cant be happy with the situtation.

When I was 7-8 years old, I could outplay any boy my age in baseball. I pleaded with the coach to let me play on his team. He told me he would Love to have me on his team, but I was (am) a female, so I couldn’t play on his team. I was heartbroken. When I was in high school (1967-1970), I began playing on a city recreational girls softball team because at that time schools did not have many girls sports. Our team began traveling and playing throughout the Atlantic states. We even went to the ASA Nationals. I was a left fielder and was considered as one of the best outfielders, if not the best outfielder, in my state. Females Finally had the opportunity to be on an even “field” with the guys. Title IX came to our defense, the Women’s Lib were outspoken for our “rights”. Where in the world are these people Now??? I cannot believe after all we fought for is being taken away!!!! I cannot believe women are not in arms about all of this!!! Well…. it’s the Women’s Libs and all the women’s fault for not yelling for their rights that we fought so hard for all these years ago!
Jackie, I hate to burst the bubble, but the organized feminist movement does not care about women’s rights – they care only about power. If they did, you are correct in stating that be all over this travesty. We have to pray that the true spirit-filled women will promote the God ordained women’s movement.

I have seriously considered it, but I do not believe this is God’s leading for me. I will be 69 years old next month and believe we need some younger candidates. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
Well no surprise here. Sports has become a god. Sports on Sunday’s to include parents allowing kids to participate in various sports (to include traveling)activities, demonic super bowl sundays, churches bowing at the alter of their fav teams wearing fav jersies etc etc. Rushing through church on super bowl Sundays &
closing churches on Sunday night in honor of nfl because “nobody will show up” Sunday night, because they are at super bowl party/gatherings.
God is 2nd to NONE. In this case sports.
We bind the lying spirit that has settled upon these young men and women and brought them into a false sexual identity. We pour out upon them the love and truth of their identity as designed by creator God. Let there be a new awakening and turning. We say that no entity will profit from the mental deceit perpetrated upon these individuals but instead stand firm in protecting and agreeing with God’s designation of male and female. May the fear of God fall heavily upon them and their hearts and minds be forever changed.
One more confirmation that we are living in the end times. This is so ridiculous. If this happens, it will make the NCAA one sport that will be losing a lot of viewers. Don’t these pinhead radicals have any clue about what they are doing? They are so blinded by satan and his minions, that they don’t know right from wrong anymore. Lord, please intervene in the lives of people who are making these decisions. Please make it clear to them that Your will is of utmost importance to their mindset. Please cause this attempt to ruin NCAA basketball to fail miserably. In Jesus’ name we pray.
Father God, our nation has strayed from You. We need You! Please restore us! Help us to bow humbly before You and repent of our sins so You can heal our land. Show me how to be a light for You in this dizzying chaos happening all around us. And please help me to be an agent of Your true and powerful love. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, this is so NOT FAIR on so many levels. First and foremost YOU created us male and female, and that’s it. No other genders, no exceptions. For the NCAA to do this is SO WRONG! Please forgive us, God, for not giving YOU first place here in the U.S., and for the sins of this nation. Please do not remove YOUR hand of protection from us. Please let goodness prevail.

The NCAA is wrong to allow this to take place. This will be such a disadvantage to these women. We must do all we can to fight this.
This is what happens when the Creator of the universe is kicked out of a nation. All Hell breaks lose. Fairness? Folks there is no fairness anymore with those in power. We of faith know this is demonic. America must fall on its knees in repentance for over sixty million babies slaughtered and the destruction of the nuclear family. These are the days right before Christ returns for His bride. Every morning I cry for America and the world and pray to Jesus “when are you coming for us Jesus” ? Are any overwhelmed at times like me? I pray and seek Him who gives peace in the storm. Psalm 121. Is this our Red Sea moment upon us? When the Son of God comes will He find faith? I want to say how greatful I am for IFA. Sanity in the midst of chaos.

I, too, want to pray “Come, Lord Jesus, come” but the Bride of Christ is not ready yet for His return. But I believe He is allowing these very things, unrighteousness and injustice, to bring us to our knees bowing before Him, shunning all other gods, declaring He is King of kings and Lord of lords and we will not bow to another.
In praying for situation, some questions came to mind. When athletes dope, aren’t they taking, among many drugs, testosterone? Is there a legal parallel that those who are biologically male have a chemically/hormonally-based advantage similar to doping? Curious about the science and if argument would have legal standing. (Of course, praise the Lord for His design, word, creation and so much more has true standing!)
The problem is the spirit of delusion is rampant. Common sense and fairness play no part with these reprobates. God has given this nation over to reprobates. They are now mostly in the Democratic Party in power and thru out America. It’s a growing Cancer. Romans chapter 1. The church must recognize they played a part with their apathy to evil. Many churches and evangelists are becoming woke!!! Apostates! Jumping on the Critical Race Theory band wagon. Oh woe to them!!!
Goodbye to women’s sports. After fighting for Title IX, its come to this – we were created male and female. I understand sometimes there are exceptions but bottom line, why bother. Former, pre-title IX athlete. This is a crying shame.
You are correct. Women’s sports has been destroyed by the left and Joe Biden and his party were the hatchet 🪓 strikers. No Christian can be a a Democrat ever. They are the enemy of God. The lines are clear. Get out if you are in that party. You cannot save it. You cannot serve Satan and be a friend of God. That is an oxymoron.

1 Samuel 17 is a great teaching for us HIS church. Let’s press in and pursue our enemies with HIS Word. It is not a time to fear the demons but to chase them with God’s word.
Father, You reign! You are sovereign over all. You are never surprised. The NCAA has just eliminated women’s sports. Fairness isn’t the goal. You will not be mocked. I ask for mercy for the directors and that Holy Spirit will use this to draw many unto Your love and strength to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jesus is our one true hope. In His name~Amen
Almighty God,
We petition You in Your courtroom of Heaven to make right this wrong that has been perpetrated upon collegiate sports in our nation. It makes a mockery of Your divine biology of mankind – the creation of male and female made in Your image as you willed it to be. We do not agree with the NCAA’s Board of Governors policy. Cause more and more states to say no, rise up and take a stand against this injustice for the sake of female athletes and this nation and its future.
