A federal judge late Tuesday rejected Oklahoma’s challenge to the Pentagon’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for National Guard troops…
The judge said that claims by Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt, a Republican, and state Attorney General John O’Connor were without merit. He ruled that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was justified in requiring that all National Guard troops get vaccinated by their service’s respective deadline…
Judge Friot wrote. “The court is required to decide the case on the basis of federal law, not common sense. But, either way, the result would be the same…”
Oklahoma officials were joined in the lawsuit by more than a dozen National Guard personnel who claimed that Mr. Austin overstepped his constitutional authority in applying the vaccine mandate to Guard forces and that Guard troops who don’t want the vaccine shouldn’t be forced to get it…
They claim that National Guard troops remain under governors’ control until they’re called up for federal duty, meaning the Pentagon is limited in its power to require vaccinations.
The vaccination deadline for Air National Guard members was Dec. 2. Army National Guard forces have until June 30.
Each service’s vaccination deadline for active-duty troops has already passed.

When an injection (that has not been successfully proven) …that is injected into the human body,…certainly it should not be a mandate but FREE RIGHT TO DECLINE.
Please pray for Jonathan. He is in the national guard. He received his vaccination 3 weeks ago. Jonathan has developed congestive heart failure. Before the shot he was able to hike with my daughter and she could barely keep up with him. They went for a walk today and he coughed uncontrollably when he tried to walk at a brisk pace. Please pray for all our military. Please pray that Jonathan can get the care he needs and can be exempt from his second dose. He truly wants to serve our nation. His brother is being dishonorably discharged for not receiving the vaccine. Please, please pray. My heart is breaking. Today I saw a commercial that said 100,000 children were affected by the Delta variant weekly so get them vaccinated. These numbers are just made up numbers. This is fear tactics. These vaccines are not safe. I know so many people who suffered adverse events, some are permanently disabled, one national guardsman died after receiving his. Please, please pray.
Vaccinations don’t appear to be the answer to this problem. Some reports indicate the virus is shed more among those who are vaccinated as opposed to those who are not.
I believe the focus should be on treatments proven to be effective, such as, Ivermectin and Monoclonal Antibodies Infusion.
This would promote natural residence and heard immunity which would be far more effective in controlling the virus.
My next door neighbor died of covid and was fully vaccinated. My close friend now has a bad case of covid and has spread to family members and he is fully vaccinated and has had booster. Why would you mandate vaccines??????? We need answers on why this is a mandate!!!!!! What is the REAL reason????
I honestly believe the vaccines are the forerunner to the mark of the beast. Too many in our government have become satanic marxists and want the elimination of Christianity and Judaism.
Mandating a vaccine that does not prevent you from getting or spreading the virus does not make any common sense. The government and Judges have overstepped their boundaries. We do we still have constitutional rights? Or, have the liberals completely thrown them away.
The president’s mandate is simply a “nuisance law,’ not constitutional law or right. Even Romans 13 does not support “laws” that are not conducive to the common good, as “vaccines” are immune system weakerers. They do in the end not heal, but weaken and eventually kill people.

I’m a bus driver assigned to a route for a school here in California .The vaccine mandate went into effect last October. Since then there are only about ½ of the kids on my bus now if that much. The traffic keeps getting better where there used to be traffic jams. Where did all these people go? The last count that I read about was over 70% of the people here in California have been vaccinated and that was earlier this year before any mandates. Mandates are not federal law and to make them federal law would be to violate the 10th and 14th amendments to the constitution.

Even though I agree that the Federal government does not have the right to mandate, the National guards are being called up to help out with healthcare and other places where outbreak of covid is causing shortages of staff in hospitals and jails. These servicemen need to be vaccinated to work in these areas. Not only for their safety but the safety of people in the hospitals.
