There is a crisis regarding authentic manhood in America in what might be the most critical period in our history. It’s reflected in fatherlessness, cowardice, effeminacy, pornography, divorce and giving a pass to spineless politicians, coaches, celebrities and leftist anarchists masquerading as “peaceful protesters.”
The deception, chaos and confusion is not being taken lying down! Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin, 36 year military veteran who served as Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, oversaw Delta Special Forces plus high profile missions regarding the Iran hostage rescue, Black Hawk Down and the hunt for Pablo Escobar is blazing a path for biblical manhood and calling us to follow!
Out of uniform, Jerry allows me to call him friend as we serve together in the kingdom of God. In addition to his role as Executive Vice President of the Family Research Council he travels throughout the country to address gatherings of men to equip and challenge us to reject cultural counterfeits and be bold, brave ambassadors for Christ.
With the Promise Keepers virtual global gathering this weekend along with the enclosed podcasts with Paul Wilbur‘s exhortation to be men, I want to encourage guys and gals to invest 10 minutes and listen to General Boykin express his passion for us today.

Men another source to look into for authentic fellowship and brotherhood is the combined resources of Gibborim Studios and Soulcon.
On July 14th, Gibborim Studios released the trailer for their first movie, Hold the Pass, which is about Shamgar fighting the 600 Philistines as written in Judges 3:31.
Gibborim Studios is an engaging ministry for men to help us find the strength to call on God when we have lost the physical strength to continue. Gibborim does this through movies like Hold the Pass, podcasts, a community away from Facebook guidelines, and the discipleship of Soulcon, and the Soulcon challenge. Soulcon challenge is six weeks of special forces boot camp for God’ army where you learn to get out of your comfort zones by denying yourself and picking up your cross, daily.

The Holy Spirit lead me to Soulcon over two years ago when I was addicted to pornography, and He has freed me from that darkness using Soulcon and Gibborim as a tool.

Father, I believe Your family mountain is just as essential to society as every other mountain. You have placed husbands and fathers as authority figures in those families. Thank You for them. I pray for them, that You, Father, give them a new fathering, faith-filled heart for You and their wives and children. I pray You raise up father figures for those who are without this vital, living part in their family’s well being. I pray those who have an orphan spirit because of fatherlessness would today be introduced to You, Father, through Your Son Jesus Christ’s perfect giving of His body and blood for each one of them where they are introduced to their spiritual Father, You, and Your Spirit of adoption causes them to cry out, Abba, Father. Holy Spirit hover over this nations fathers, embrace them in Your loving arms daily, protect their minds and hearts to serve You faithfully. Thank You for being a good, good Father.
Father, give us strong godly men who follow you relentlessly.
