A student whistleblower recently revealed a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign lecture focused on illegal immigration, racism, and microaggressions, demonstrating that wokeness is still alive and well in academia.

Fox News Digital obtained slides of EDUC 201, an education course for first semester students titled “Identity and Difference in Education,” from a student whistleblower.

The lesson from week 15 was called “Living in Uncertainty: Understanding Immigrant, Migrant, & Refugee Student Populations,” containing 25 slides promoting leftist talking points on immigration. The course is taught by professor Gabriel Rodriguez in the school’s college of education.

The first slide features a photo of a person holding a sign at a demonstration that reads, “No human being is illegal.”

The slideshow also encouraged students to use “humanizing language” such as “undocumented” when discussing immigrants. It also claims that there are just under 14 million illegal immigrants in America, despite an “extremely conservative” 2018 estimate from Yale placing the number at anywhere from 16 million to 29 million.

The presentation also highlights a study co-authored by the professor, in which Rodriguez blames President Trump for “white supremacy and xenophobia.”

Fox also obtained slides from week 8 of the course, which reportedly asserted that silence in classrooms is sometimes the result of racism or sexism, highlighting examples of microaggressions that allegedly silence students.

Since taking office again, President Trump has taken remarkable steps to curb wokeness in schools, especially in higher education. However, these presentations show that, despite the Trump administration’s best efforts, wokeness and divisive ideologies are still flourishing in academia.

Let’s pray for wisdom for President Trump and Education Secretary Linda McMahon as they work to address this, and let’s ask God to remove all woke instruction and curricula from our schools!
