Mere hours before President Trump was sworn in, Biden issued some key last minute pardons, protecting Dr. Fauci, Gen. Milley, and the January 6 Select Committee from investigation.

Biden’s pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.
In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, “Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.”
Notably, Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are not included in the pardon …
Fauci accepted the pardon in a statement shortly after Biden announced the move, claiming he was subject to “politically motivated threats of investigation and prosecution.” …

Can Biden or any president pardon people who haven’t been formally accused of anything? also Can a president say I pardon whoever going back a number of years for anything they might have done? This seems like abuse of power, if they can it ought to be repealed.

Why does he continue to be allowed by congress to break constitutional laws? How is it legal to pardon people who have not been indicted? I never want to hear a democrat say no one is above the law ever again. These pardons are obvious proof that these powerful leaders are guilty, yet without being indicted and investigated for their crimes against humanity, in Milley’s case, treason, Fauci has done worse that any brutality of dictator’s past, how in all legality can they be pardoned? We have truly gone over the cliff into dark times when our constitution can be so trampled on as has been. Where is congress why do they get paid hugs salaries by We The People without any results to our benefit. Oh Lord have Your will and Your way, and please come quickly.
Lord, this is just another unjust act in a litany of unjust acts by the previous administration. (I love the sound of that – previous!!) But I take solace in the fact that nothing is hidden from You, the Just and Holy Judge of the whole earth. A presidential pardon does not prevent You from stating Your verdict and Your sentence – which takes precedence. And if they do not trust Yeshua to take their “guilty” verdict and it’s ensuing punishment on their behalf, then they will receive their “just” rewards.
