Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala D. Harris said Monday that she will “definitely” be involved in the upcoming confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court.
“I am definitely going to be involved in the hearings and performing my role and responsibility on the Senate Judiciary Committee,” Ms. Harris said while campaigning in North Carolina.
The committee’s hearings are scheduled to start on Oct. 12, which would sideline Ms. Harris from the campaign trail during a crucial stretch but would give her a high-profile platform to be a part of the must-watch event. . . .
At least two judiciary committee Democrats – Sens. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Mazie Hirono of Hawaii – have indicated that they don’t plan to meet personally with Judge Barrett before the hearings.
Ms. Harris said she wanted to focus on what’s “within our power” in the next five weeks when asked if Democrats could slow down the nomination or retaliate if Joseph R. Biden defeats Mr. Trump in the presidential election.
“What’s in our power is to elect Joe Biden president of the United States,” she said.
Earlier in the day, Ms. Harris said she didn’t plan to let the “infection” that Mr. Trump has spread throughout the country make its way to the Supreme Court.
The senator from California was credited with tough questioning during the battle over Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s confirmation, though Democrats failed to ultimately block Justice Kavanaugh from getting confirmed in 2018.

Alignment with Gods plan and purpose for Amy. That every tongue risen in judgement against her will be proven wrong. That she will be kept in His pavilion from the strife of tongues. And that the hand of the Lord be over her during this battle. His timing in place to seat her in this chair reserved for her. For such a time as this. Many in both parties to stand up for what’s right and a quick confirmation
Father, You are perfect in patience,love, and mercy. You see all, I am so limited. My prayer is that You would continue Your masterful work in bringing about this SCOTUS nominee at this time. I know You love sinners like Kamala Harris and desire her to come to repentance. I pray for this. But if she does not have her eyes opened to the truth and goes on to cause trouble with this process of confirming Judge Barrett I pray You would deal with her in Your perfect vengeance. Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus, I release peace over the Senate Chambers and every member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and declare that the Kingdom of God will rule over these hearings concerning the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett as our next Supreme Court Justice. I declare that she will be confirmed in a timely fashion.
Father God, surround her by your ministering angels to minister grace and peace to her throughout the confirmation process and warring angels to combat the forces of hell that are raging against her confirmation. Let her lie down and have sweet sleep and raise up intercessors around the globe to intercede for Amy around the clock so she can victoriously endure the battering questions and accusations. Thank you for the victory of her confirmation and the victory for the unborn.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for this faithful young woman, Amy Barrett. I pray that Your guardian angels will be all around her and her family during the proceedings for her confirmation. Father, I pray You will give her the strength and courage to endure the harassment that will be thrown at her by those opposing her. May her confirmation go well and quickly.
I pray that Sen Harris will come to the light of YOUR WORD and be convicted of the sin of abortion. There are many things that concern me about Senator Harris, but her influence to stop the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett is not one of them. Senator Harris is very far left and has blood on her hands, from the murdering the unborn; and I believe God is saying, This stops here! Yes I pray for Judge Barrett, that she will be empowered by the Holy Spirit to stand strong and allow His strength to in gulf her with His glory and power.
I am praying that God, our Father, the Creator of the universe would intervene and allow. Judge Barrett to be confirmed.

Tough questions, indeed. But were they intended to reveal the truth about the character and competence of Justice Kavanaugh? Or were they baseless smears and inuendos designed to malign a person who stood in the way of a superimposed agenda? The U.S. Constitution is the basis of our republic. Not the whims of one group over another. Righteousness exalt a nation. Father God, preserve us as a nation, under you.

Has anyone else seen Kevin Zadai’s videos on youtube? He had a near death experience and a 5 hour visit with Jesus. Jesus wants His church to engage and pray unceasingly.
He says Jesus told him a time of prosperity is coming with many hidden lies revealed. He told Kevin the appointed time has not yet come for the antichrist but we must help to declare and pray this time of abundance in.
