Former Secretary of State and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton approved in late 2016, of an operation to target then candidate Donald Trump with a scandal involving Russia “by tying him to (Vladimir) Putin and the Russians ‘hacking of the Democratic National Committee.”

“The IC does not know the accuracy of this allegation or the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggeration or fabrication,” stated a letter from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. Ratcliffe declassified a slew of documents and information requested by the chairman of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday, hours before the first presidential debate. . . .

The documents pertaining to the disclosure of the information were not made public but may be made public in the near future.

A former senior intelligence official told SaraACarter.com that it would make sense that Clinton’s plans would be usurped by Russia’s GRU, it’s military intelligence, as well as Russia’s FSB, its equivalent of the CIA, when former British spy Christopher Steele began peddling the Russians for information.

“The real people colluding and conspiring with Russia were the Democrats, Hillary Clinton and Fusion GPS,” stated the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the nature of their ongoing work. “It’s the weaponization of the agencies and those like Clinton who built their own private Idaho in the U.S. bureaucracy. They gave the keys to the kingdom to Russia to wreak chaos in our nation for the past four years.”

Moreover, the information reveals that former CIA Director John Brennan allegedly knew of Clinton’s plans and briefed President Obama on those plans in July, 2016. It was the same month the FBI opened up Crossfire Hurricane against Trump and his campaign officials.

Further, on Sept. 7, 2016, “U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral to FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok regarding “U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” . . .

The documents declassified are as follows:

• In late July 2016, U.S. intelligence agencies obtained insight into Russian intelligence analysis alleging that U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against U.S. Presidential Candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee. The IC does not know the accuracy of this allegation or the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggeration or fabrication.
• According to his handwritten notes, former Central Intelligence Agency Director (John) Brennan subsequently briefed President Obama and other senior national security officials on the intelligence, including the “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.”
