When the Big Beautiful Bill became law, many pro-lifers celebrated. The legislation promised to withhold Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood. Yesterday, however, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani indefinitely shut down this provision.

In her Monday order, Talwani said that the court was “not enjoining the federal government from regulating abortion and is not directing the federal government to fund elective abortions or any healthcare service not otherwise eligible for Medicaid coverage.” Instead, Talwani said that her decision would block the federal government from excluding groups like Planned Parenthood from Medicaid reimbursements when they have demonstrated a substantial likelihood of success in their legal challenge.
In its lawsuit, Planned Parenthood had argued that they would be at risk of closing nearly 200 clinics in 24 states if they are cut off from Medicaid funds. They estimated this would result in more than 1 million patients losing care.
Talwani argues that she is not stopping the government from regulating abortion, nor is she forcing the government (or taxpayers, in other words) to fund abortions. However, this fails to account for the fact that Planned Parenthood is, at its core, an abortion provider. Even if funding does not directly go to abortions, it will likely still end up indirectly funding the murder of children.
Planned Parenthood has attempted to argue that the Big Beautiful Bill’s provision will stop women from getting important medical care. In a statement on Monday, CEO Alexis McGill Johnson said, “This case is about making sure that patients who use Medicaid as their insurance to get birth control, cancer screenings, and STI testing and treatment can continue to do so at their local Planned Parenthood health center, and we will make that clear in court.”
Johnson’s attempt to frame her organization as an average, run-of-the-mill healthcare provider should not be taken seriously. Again, no organization has done more in our nation to devalue the unborn and legitimize abortion. Johnson’s argument also fails to recognize the other healthcare providers that offer all the services she listed without also pushing for abortion.
This is a blow to the pro-life movement and the unborn across America. Let’s pray for the Big Beautiful Bill’s ban on Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood to be miraculously allowed to stand!

Dear Heavenly Father we pray that you will bring clarity to those in Planned Parenthood and to those who support Planned Parenthood and what they offer that is not of God. We ask for forgiveness for our Nation that we have not avocated enough against the murdering of our unborn children. Every Christian in this nation I pray will be on their knees praying with deep conviction of the unrighteousness that our country has been a part of in murdering Gods children. Lord I pray for people who do not understand the ‘Truths’ that we are to uphold in your name. I pray that Christians and non-Christians will come to the realization that we have all sinned in allowing this to happen to those who do not have a voice for themselves. Lord God, I pray that our government will continue to fight for your precious children and WE THE PEOPLE will stand strong for you God and the millions that never had a chance. Lord help us to fight, fight, fight for your miracle of life in 100% of ALL pregnancies. This genocide has to stop as we know ALL humans born and unborn have a purpose. God I ask that you bring conviction on everyone that does not believe in you to find the inhumanity in their actions. Help us ALL to LOVE your precious children from conception to death, no matter their race, mental state, capabilities or gender. We know All that you give life to (starting in the womb) are worthy of living and thriving. No one is more worthy than another and we ask that you change hearts and minds to accept every child that is in the womb. We ask that you instill remorse in the people who do not believe but are more interested in depopulating our nation and financial gain over life. Please Lord take the selfishness out of the souls that have been brainwashed to believe children are a burden. Help them to realize your miraculous gift of children and the blessing they are in our world. We deeply pray for abortions to STOP and for the sanctity of life as it should be as created by you. It is with a saddened heart that we have to pray for righteousness of how this nation has treated human life. Lord, we don’t understand how a District Court judge can overrule/stop a federal law???? We bind the forces of darkness that allow this misjustice & loose the true intent of our Constitution with regard to the Judicial Branch, in Jesus’ name! We ask You for JUSTICE for the Judicial offices in our nation. We declare – NO MORE!!!!!! In Jesus’ name!
In America, many pets get more love, food, shelter, and medical care than children. Pets are wonderful companions, and we should all care if they are mistreated. But, what about the precious souls that are aborted? Mothers and fathers burned their children on altars as sacrifices to idols in the Old Testament. It appears little has changed in the hearts of some as they seek their own will, rather than the will of God. Dear Lord, please bring the hearts of our judges and legislators to you, to change their rulings in favor of protecting the unborn. Amen.
Judge Talwani has over stepped her authority no matter how she tries to justify it. Judge Talwani and CEO Johnson have been tricked by satan in believing that abortion is health care when it is really a grave sin against God. Children are God’s gift to us and not a choice. Judge Talwani should be immediately removed and investigated to see if permanent removal from office is justified due to her showing bias in her rulings. Again she is wrong in this she does not have constitutional authority nor can she supersede God’s laws. I trust God to take care of this great wrong. 🙏😇🙏
As “Planned Parenthood” has a problem, because their clients are truly planning to be parents, then their service of an abortion which terminates a pregnancy is anathema to their planning to be parents, and thus it constitutes sin.
As “Planned Parenthood’s” plan is for their clients to have unfettered access to sex without the consequences (biological imperative) of their services, and thus it constitutes sin.
As the children that are aborted due to personal choices do not belong to the mother and the father compelled to do the Father’s will, they belong to God the Father and His plan, and thus it constitutes sin.
I pray that the Almighty God continues to bless all unions and, to protect the sanctity of the unions and those involved in them as agents of His will and to His glory by removing “Planned Parenthood” from providing services that are sinful.
I pray that God shall not be mocked as it says in Galatians 6:7 and that the deception of “Planned Parenthood” shall be eliminated.

Does the law not have any weight or meaning anymore?! When any rogue judge can overturn a law passed by both houses in congress and signed by the President of the US.
Father, with this law that was signed by President Trump, the curse over our nation was broken. But these evil judges are trying to re-establish that curse on this nation. Father, the remnant are standing in the gap and crying out for mercy for our nation.
Father God, we ask in the name of Jesus, for your intervention in this situation and that You would stand in the way of these rogue judges from trying to stop what you have commanded and from nullifying YOUR WILL for our nation. We declare

Father, put these rogue judges in their place and make them recognize and acknowledge that they do not have authority that supersedes the President. And You ALONE have authority over EVERYTHING.!! May Your Will be done!

Lord have mercy on the unborn child who’s mother is risking her own life and the life of her baby by using Planned Parenthood and may Talwani’s eyes be open to see your glory and stop blocking the big beautiful bill. In Jesus name Amen.
Lord, I ask that those who love life and love helping the poor would hear Your voice speaking ideas to them about new clinics to replace Planned Parenthood. These clinics can provide the necessary care that the poor need without providing abortions of any kind. It is time to teach and train citizens how to take care of themselves, not get pregnant, etc. And Lord, You gave Your people the keys to the Kingdom. I declare and decree that the murder of babies in the womb will stop. Close the doors of PP now because they do not honor You or Your Kingdom. Let those clinics which do honor You and Your Kingdom now thrive, and may more be built. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
