Hours before the expiration of Title 42, a federal judge blocked Biden’s catch-and-release strategy.
From Fox News. A federal judge on Thursday evening blocked the Biden administration from implementing a policy that allows for the release of migrants without court dates — just hours away from the end of the Title 42 public health order.

Judge T. Kent Wetherell II imposed a two-week restraining order on the Biden administration policy, which would see migrants released on “parole with conditions.” …
Under a parole release, migrants are rapidly released into the country, do not get an alien registration number and do not receive a court date.
The use of parole is being authorized if a sector capacity goes above 125%, if agents apprehend 7,000 a day over 72 hours or if average time in custody goes above 60 hours. Agents have been encountering over 10,000 migrants a day since Monday. …
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody had sued after media reports emerged of the planned releases, arguing the policy was “materially identical” to a “Parole + ATD” policy blocked by the same judge in March. Judge Wetherell agreed with that assessment in his order.
” … The Court has no trouble concluding that Florida has a substantial likelihood of success on the merits because the challenged policy appears to be materially indistinguishable from the Parole+ATD policy vacated in Florida — both in its purpose (reducing overcrowding at border patrol facilities) and manner of operation (releasing aliens into the country without first issuing a charging document placing them in immigration proceedings and simply directing the aliens to report to ICE within a specified period for further processing),” he said.
Moody, in a statement late Thursday, said the lifting of Title 42 “presents an unprecedented crisis at our nation’s Southwest Border.”
“The Biden administration did absolutely nothing to prepare for that crisis. Then, just yesterday, it issued the Parole with Conditions mass release policy, which is virtually identical to the policy a federal judge already invalidated. These actions demonstrate a striking combination of incompetence and bad faith. I am pleased that a federal court understood the situation and acted appropriately,” she said.
DHS had warned that blocking the use of parole has the potential to cause chaos at the border, and estimated that doing so would result in an overwhelming 45,000 migrants in custody by the end of May. The judge said he did not find those arguments persuasive.
“Putting aside the fact that even President Biden recently acknowledged that the border has been in chaos for ‘a number of years,’ Defendants’ doomsday rhetoric rings hollow because, as explained in detail in Florida, this problem is largely one of Defendants’ own making through the adoption an implementation of policies that have encouraged the so-called ‘irregular migration’ that has become fairly regular over the past 2 years,” he said. …

Lord forgive us, believers, for just complaining about Biden-Harris incompetence, at best, and deliberate conspiracies to destroy our nation. Father, in Jesus name save them or let their evil fall on them,not on other people any more.
We cry for Your forgiveness and merciful Way to restore the years locusts have eaten, more like gorged. Father, pour out Your Spirit, to bring real repentance, real authentic wise, loving kindness, raise up Your church Father to lead in this time of desperate need. I don’t pretend to know the steps to solutions but I know You have them Lord. Help us Your children to be ready to live that song Trust and obey. To love well, much and without hypocrisy, like You do.
Close the Border. Assume policies that allow for the complete registration of ANY foreign national entering our country for ANY reason, along with necessary court dates and penalties if such court dates are not met All illegal immigrants must have a court date. You have an obligation and responsibility to honor the concerns and the needs of American citizens in this nation: safety, restoration of law and order, real consequences for crimes committed by illegal immigrants against American citizens including deportation from US for breaking law and /or threatening the health and safety of American citizens. We are watching carefully as you make your decisions concerning our fate and the fate of our nation.
Please do EVERYTHING in your power as my representative government officials to stop the INVASION of 10’s of thousands, which have become 100’s of thousands of illegals pouring into our State of Texas. With no border protection policy, we have no country! What country has no strict border protection??????? We Americans want our borders, our language, our culture!!!!! This is INSANITY … PLANNED DISTRUCTION OF OUR NATION BY THE DEMOCRATS.
It appears we all have very short memories. We are and have been since Biden took office, “searching” for solutions to the border crisis. Does no one remember “remain in Mexico?” and the ending of “catch and release” in this country? It wasn’t that long ago both these policies were in effect simultaneously (during Trump’s presidency) and they worked! We didn’t have these large numbers of illegal aliens. It was just three short years ago, but no one seems to remember that. This is a created crisis by the Biden administration and they have no desire to nor intent to solve it. That’s why everything they do makes things at the border worse – worse for U.S. citizens who are harmed by these border policies, policies which promote sex trafficking, drug cartels, increased fentanyl use, increased crime due to letting criminals from other countries in, services going to illegal non-citizens rather than to U.S. citizens etc. This problem at the border is solvable, it had been solved, the Biden administration “fixed” what wasn’t broken – causing so much pain, misery and human suffering – which continue in the absence of the policies that worked. But they don’t care – they want to destroy this country, which means destroying us, its citizens, the hard working, taxes paying, small business owning middle class. If they succeed, we will no longer be a free nation – ironically at that point maybe we won’t be such a desirable destination for illegals – we will no longer be what we once were. And they want these six million plus immigrants to be able to vote – non-citizens don’t vote! legal, illegal or otherwise. We don’t vote in other countries’ elections – why would we allow others to vote in our elections? It makes no sense not to mention it is unconstitutional.
Our media has not covered our southern border situation, (preferring instead J6, J6, J6) assuming out of sight, out of mind – or the “if they don’t talk about it, then it is not really happening) I bet the people living in Arizona and Texas would beg to differ, they know it is happening, they are living it. (New York gets a few bus loads, a small fraction of the total number of people and they complain? Remember Martha’s Vineyard? the hypocrisy is more than can be hidden and yet the media seems up to this task)
As usual in the name of compassion, these policies have created dangerous, damaging conditions putting everyone at risk, including the border patrol faced with an impossible task and given no support to do their job but rather vilified instead, just like our police officers nationwide have been under this presidency. The Biden administration knows chaos rather than law and order makes it easier for the government to step in and take control. Lord, we pray for Your protection at the border for all from illegal drugs, from sex trafficking, from the cartels and other terrorists entering into our country, – please protect the children being bought and sold, help the border patrol to do their job – we pray for wisdom and compassion for those in power to make the decisions necessary to end this crisis and to secure our southern border. Father God we thank you for the judge who has ruled righteously on this immigration issue. Bless him and keep him as he continues with his job. What has been ruled is key to saving and preserving our country. Immigration must be done legally or we face total chaos and destruction. Without following the law, no nation can stand. May God send more people to help our country as we make more Godly and righteous legal decisions. God creates nations. Sinful man is working toward “The Great Reset” and the one world government in the Book of Revelation. In Jesus’s Name let Father’s good and perfect will be done and prevail. I pray for the USA to be restored, but above all may Father’s Will be done if it’s time for The Great Reset. Proverbs 14:34 “Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people. “
Father, many people are coming to America to get away from government that have been so corrupt their nations are miserable to live in.
Some are coming because they have been let out of prisons and mental institutions and told to come here.

For those who have been of a criminal mindset, or those who are afflicted with mental illnesses, we ask You to rebuke the spirits behind it all, and by His authority and in the name of Yeshua, by His Blood and through the power of Holy Spirit, we bind them to keep them from interfering with the ability to think clearly and without confusion anymore. We loose the people from the grip of evil, on earth as they are loosed in heaven. And now we ask You to give these masses of people a new and stronger resolve and courage to go back to their native country and DO WHAT IT TAKES to make IT a better place to live.

Bless this judge, Lord. If he doesn’t know You, bring Holy Spirit filled people into his circle of influence. If he does know You bless him in a way he knows that he knows it is from You.

The Father set the boundaries from the beginning. This wicked, treasonous plan has/is/will completely destroy our country if not stopped immediately.
We are praying that the Lord will show Himself strong and demonstrate a miraculous stop and intervention for which no man can take credit. We are thankful for the intervention the Federal Judge made against Title 42! We pray more will stand up! We pray while a remnant of the invaders might be saved (whom He predestined), that He will swiftly stop the inhumane, illegal and wicked sex trafficking, drugs and attacks on our Southern border states and which is spreading across our country! We pray HIS Godly leaders will soon be seated, replacing all the wicked who have currently stolen seats of power and those who side/sided with them. He pray, Jesus come quickly!
We cannot sustain this kind of influx. We are having issues sustaining those who have come here legally. Please uphold and continue Title 42, for the sake of our country,

This national crisis has definitely got to be stopped. And it is my prayer and belief that the injustices of this administration be dealt with sharply by the courts and by we, the people, to put an end to it. This administration’s policies are affecting the world population and is unfair.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I pray that YOU would thwart all the plans of the wicked one, and all the deceitful schemes of wicked people.
I pray that You would overrule all decisions that are not in line with Your will.
I pray that only those people led of YOU will be allowed entry into this country and that those with wicked schemes, and drug dealers would be recognized for who they are and would be turned back.
Protect our borders, LORD, for only YOU can. Foolish people have made foolish decisions and the border control people are suffering so much. Help them GOD. Please send your Holy Angels to guard them and guide them that the plans of the wicked one to invade this country would fail miserably. Please Lord, remove those in positions of power who will not co-operate with YOU. In Jesus Name. Amen.
