Troy Smocks is a 59-year-old black man from Texas. He was at the Capitol on January 6th but did not enter the building. They have been holding him for almost a year after they sent 30 heavily armed agents to arrest him. He was charged with sending two messages to social media. And even though he is a Black man, the leftists refer to him as a white supremacist.
He has been treated miserably, but he has almost completed his sentence and he will then return to Dallas and try to piece his life back together if he can. He was arrested on January 15, 2021 and is finishing his sentence this month. He is one of two black, white supremacists being held in the Gulag.
Here is his story in his own words: . . .
Dear America,
My name is Troy Smocks, and last year I was the fourth person from north Dallas, Texas, to have been abducted by the FBI, in connection with the incident that took place at the U.S. Capitol, on January 6, 2021.
I consider myself to be a Christian conservative, but I am neither Republican nor Democrat. This is because I believe in only one true political party, and that would be in the American people themselves.
I did attend the “Stop The Steal” rally in support of President Donald Trump, on that cold winter morning. But that is not why a thirty-member, heavily armed, FBI SWAT Team, came pounding at my front door just nine days later. I was taken by the FBI, not because I was at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, but because I was on the internet on January 6.
The federal government seized me, if you can only imagine, for making two political social media posts that the new Democratic-controlled regime, did not like. The Constitution says it’s protected speech, the Biden regime says, “we don’t care about no stinking Constitution.”

This is just one of the tragic stories of a person losing the protection of the United States Constitution. It is horrific and I do not think people realize what this man’s situation represents. It has not been “hammered” by any of the Christian groups not even by IFA and it should. We are living in days of lies, lawlessness, outright evil takeover and if we do not stand with Troy Smocks and others it will be us next. I urge this ministry and others to hammer away at the seriousness of this man and others. I am praying for him and his family and all those that he represents, that his sacrifice will make a difference in turning Americans to understand and then care through prayer and even hounding our elected officials to make this change for the rights of all Americans.
I think it’s important to know what Troy Smocks’ “two political social media posts” actually said.
I found sites that quote the FBI as saying “[Smocks] used a Parler social media account under the name ‘ColonelTPerez’ or ‘@Colonel007,’ to post threats on January 6 and 7 regarding the riots.
“The threats included that he and others would return to the U.S. Capitol on January 19, carrying weapons and massing in numbers so large that no army could match them.
“The FBI said Smocks said he and others would ‘hunt these cowards down like the Traitors that each of them are,’ specifically threatening ‘RINOS, Dems, and Tech Execs.’”
